Our experienced and talented team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice.
Your child's exam will take about 45 minutes. Each regular exam includes a detailed teeth cleaning, in which we will clean, polish, and rinse the teeth to remove any tartar and plaque that have built up on the tooth's surface. Visiting our office every six months gives you the chance to talk to the doctor about any questions you may have about your child's oral health. Regular exams are offered by appointment only, so please contact our practice today to schedule your child's next dental exam and teeth cleaning.
Dr. Sarah Wallis Karnish, DDS is excited to return to her hometown of Ardmore and join the team at Pediatric Dental Associates. She attended Oak Hall Episcopal School, graduated from Ardmore High School, and then obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University. She practiced as a Registered Dental Hygienist for several years before returning to dental school and obtaining her doctoral degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry.After dental school, Dr. Karnish (affectionately known as Dr. Sarah to her patients) completed a residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis, TN.

Pediatric Dental Associates is amazing. My son is terrified of going to the dentist, but the staff here are very friendly, patient, and kind. They helped make his experience wonderful. He was proud to get a balloon sword. They are very professional and make going to the dentist a fun experience rather than a scary one.

From the time I got lost, they helped me locate the facility. As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was pleasant and they have a play area. The people were simply amazing at the front desk. The check in process was so easy and quick. They do theirs on computer which is so much faster than having to fill out a new patient form. By the time I made it in the back, the people were absolutely amazing.they are just wonderful with children. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility.

They were very professional they made my kids very comfortable right from the beginning. We were establishing a new dental relationship and I appreciate their ability to share exactly what needs to be done and how we're going to do it and they got me scheduled in a timely manner. I would recommend them to any dentistry need for your child.

My 4 year old has been a patient here for a little over 2 years and each visit has been wonderful! He has had issues with enamel forming on some of his molars, so he has had 2 "hats"(as they call them) put on, plus multiple cleanings and an xray or 2. The staff always has a fun, happy, positive attitude and make his visits easy. They are excellent with kids - they know how to talk to them to put them at ease and make it fun for them. I greatly appreciate the staff. They are welcoming and put us at ease. I highly recommend Pediatric Dental Associates in Ardmore!

Absolutely wonderful staff from the front desk all the way up to the Dentists. They have great communication. User friendly/simple sign in/paperwork. My 7 year old has been going here for 2 years and confidently goes back with staff like a grown up! He isn't afraid to visit the Dentist. I love them and so does he!

I am always referred here by my children's dentist for dental work that requires my children to be asleep. I can honestly say that they are the best pediatric dentist i have ever been too. They are very friendly over the phone and in person. Great location and facilities. They will for sure make your child forget they are at the dentist. I am very happy with their great service.

I love this dental office it is amazing! I have been bringing my kids here for 5 years and I would never go anywhere else. I have 4 littles and they enjoy their dentist visits. Everyone I have come into contact with is so helpful and kind. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the staff that works there.

I take my children here and for years have had nothing but good experiences. The kids actually are happy when I tell them that it is time to go to the dentist. They love the games in the waiting room, the decorations throughout the whole place, the friendliness of the staff, and the prizes after their visit is over. I love their easy check in system, the friendliness of the staff and the thoroughness of the staff.
