Lakeview Dental - James V Anderson

While living in Utah over the past year, we have been using the dental services of Lakeview Dental. I highly recommend them. We have been extremely satisfied with the professionalism of doctors and their friendly staff. I might also add that their professional fees are quite reasonable.

I had a dental cleaning today and I wondered how long the hygienist had worked there. She was too gentle with my cleaning and I had to ask her to go over some spots again. But when she was done my teeth feel real smooth. I would encourage her to polish my teeth a little more aggressively. But it's better to be softer than too aggressive.

My husband & I have been coming to Lakeview ever since we moved to this area a couple of years ago. A week ago I had a cleaning & after leaving, I noticed I still had some build up on my teeth. I called to let them know & they got me right in later that day to make sure I was happy with the results. Natalie is an amazing hygienist who does a thorough clean & explains everything so well! I definitely recommend this dental office.

Friendly staff and always mindful of your time too. After being at the same dentist my entire life, I needed a new one when I moved and Lakeview is great! I felt comfortable the moment I stepped in.

My visit to the dentist was very good. I felt that I had been treated great and that my dental work was excellent. The Hygienist and doctor were very professional in their work and made me feel very comfortable to be there.

My family and I have been going to Lakeview in Syracuse for over 8 years. We used to live abt a five minute drive down the street from them. Now we live about an hour drive from them. We will continue to go here. The staff are amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the dentists. Brandy my hygienist even remembered who my wife was. She didnt come today and hadnt been in since her cleaning a cpl months ago. This is just an example of one of the many reasons that we as a family will continue to make the trek down.

Love Brandy, she's been cleaning our family's teeth for 15+ years! When we needed a filling or crown the dentists do a great job! We haven't a bad experience all these years! I'm looking forward to seeing Dr. Fawson next month to fill a cavity! First one in years. Thank you Lakeview for many years of great dental care!

I usually do not like to write negative reviews but our experience was so bad that I want to warn others. We did not have a good experience at Lakeview Dental in Syracuse. I initially came to this office because it was closer and they could get me in. I needed a root canal and crown which they did very poorly. Later it broke and I had to get an implant from a different dentist.

On another visit a dentist at Lakeview told me that I needed multiple crowns and they refused to treat me until I agreed to have it done. Luckily one of the assistants in the office told me to get another opinion when the dentist. I got several more opinions from other dentists who stated that I did not need any crowns and didn't even have cavities in those teeth.

They also insisted that my wife needed a root canal and crown when she didn't. She also got another opinion from and endodontist and dentist who both stated that she did not need this. I do not feel that they are ethical. We are still getting bills for services that were paid for and also for dates of service we were not there.

Great service every time. Lakeview has provided my family excellent service for years. Even in emergency situations, the staff is most helpful. Facilities are ultra-clean and state-of-the-art.

It was my sons first dental visit. They made it such a positive experience! Anyone who has been around toddles knows new experience can be difficult. The staff were so patient and took the time to show him all of the tools. Such a wonderful staff who genuinely care. I have been a patient for years, and have never had a poor experience. It was an easy decision to bring my son here as well.
