Very rude & the receptionist her name starts with an L has a nasty attitude every time you call make an appointment or your payment. They don't tell you anything about your progress, just look in your mouth, change whatever and that's it. Look into other places before coming here! You Would think they'd be more friendly with all the money you pay them!

The staff is lazy & unfriendly! Makes me really uncomfortable coming here & I'm considering switching orthodontics! They don't even go over with you information about your braces, how long you have to have them on etc. They make you drive all the way there to a SCHEDULED appointment just for them to come up with an excuse as to why they won't be able to "see" you that day. I wish I done more research before choosing this place!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a Orthodontist sweat shop. The facility sold me the dream to fix my smile for $8000. I chose to do Invisalign on my uppers and traditional on my lower. They charged me FULL price for upper and Lowers Invisalign and pretty much pocketed $2K that I didn't even get for services for from that company when I only received trays for my top teeth and we only did molds for my top teeth also.
After my Invisalign treatment, no post treatment scans were done to see if I needed refinement trays. May I mention the tech who was putting my attachments on stated to me she had never done them and hopes they come out okay. I was not comfortable with that and asked for another tech. Instead of supplying me with Invisalign retainers, they gave me cheap ones made in office.
I've had my permanent retainers break on both my upper and lowers as well as the trays to sleep in because of the cheap quality of materials they use. I called to make an appointment a year after my braces were taken off to fix the newly broken retainers and they told me I was not considered a patient and they would gladly do a virtual consult for $250 plus close to $2K for new retainers and could bill me.
I have NEVER been late on one single payment to them and this is how they treat their customers. The receptionists are rude and terrible. God forbid you have to reschedule and they push you out 6-8 weeks. PLEASE do you research so you do not get ripped off like I did. I have spoken to at least 20 other people who have been taken advantage of and currently working with Invisalign since I was mistreated so terribly.

I am having braces put on my son teeth. We both had lots of questions and was very excited. We left the office with all of our questions answered and more. My son even got a welcome gift and a very good book. We felt like we were in the right place and the staff upfront always made me feel like I was first. We arrived on time for our appointment and we were called to the back "very shortly" afterwards. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Reynolds or Dr. White to improve my son smile!
