Whether it is cosmetic bonding, veneers, crowns, full mouth smile design, an implant smile or dermal fillers and Botox; we have the expertise and passion to deliver outstanding results. Left: Patient unhappy with the poorly fitting and unattractive veneers done by another "cosmetic" dentist causing swollen gums.
Fifty percent of Americans are afraid of the dentist, just like you-it is nothing to be ashamed of. One in seven Americans admits to suffering a paralyzing fear of the dentist. If you are one of them, there is a very good chance that you have been avoiding the dentist. Intense dental fear kept me from seeing a dentist for over a decade.
Completely fixed and non-removable smiles that are almost like getting your original teeth back, but only more beautiful. Most Saint Louis County Dental "All on 4" or "All on 6" Implant Smiles are anchored onto 4 or 6 titanium dental implants the same day the implants are placed. Although this can be your final smile, often this is just your temporary teeth while the bone fully heals around the implants and your gums heal from the extractions. Complete healing usually takes about 4 months and then we make your final implant smile to fit perfectly with your healed gums.
The mini dental implant procedure is faster and more affordable than conventional implant procedures. Plus mini dental implants require no incisions, no stitches, and practically no healing time. You can snap in your dentures in our office, wear them home that day, and eat at your favorite restaurant that night!

I had an extensive procedure - a crown on a left upper molar and root canal and crown on an adjacent molar. I could not even feel the local anesthetic. I can tell he was technically totally competent, worked fast and thoroughly. His assistant was also excellent, technically and personally, as well. They kept asking if I'm doing ok and kept reassuring me on how things were going. I saw how deep the cavities were, especially the one that needed the root canal, and I was glad I didn't have to lose either tooth.

The staff are polite, caring and are considerate of my time by being as prompt as possible, getting me in for my appointment. Dr. Bialecki and his assistant, Michelle, frequently were checking with me to be sure I was comfort and not having any pain during my two hour procedure. I appreciate the personal attention and recommend them to anyone needing dental services.

The entire office is so friendly. Doctor Bialecki was patient and compassionate, constantly reassuring and encouraging. A root canal isn't a fun experience anywhere, but Doctor Bialecki and Dental Assistant Michelle made it bearable. Michelle was able to identify my point of pain and confer with the doctor to get it treated immediately. She explained all of my options thoroughly and I felt safe physically and financially before a tool ever touched my mouth. Very grateful for the quick action they took to get me out of pain and the humanity they displayed in dealing with my emotions about it. Highly recommend this office!

If I could give more stars for how amazing this place was, I would. This was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist due to a bad experience with an orthodontist. I have avoided the dentist for years and was prepared to continue avoiding them, despite knowing it was terrible for my teeth.

And then I found out about sedation dentistry. Most dentists would scoff at the idea of someone needing to be sedated for a simple cleaning and cavity filling appointment, but not Grayem, Brace & Associates. Everyone in this office was incredibly kind and helpful: the reception desk, the hygienists, the doctors, the scheduling lady, and the finance lady.

Every one. I feel bad that I don't remember all of their names, but seriously not one of them was rude or unkind. I was so nervous at just the consultation that my hands were shaking. Yet, the kindness and thoroughness of the staff helped to put me at ease. During my appointment, when I was consciously sedated, they made sure I was relaxed. Throughout the entire procedure they made sure I was in no pain or discomfort.

Not once did anyone show impatience or annoyance. They also had put an eye mask on me so that I could relax even more. I initially thought that would be anxiety-inducing because of not knowing what was going on, but it was actually very helpful due to their incredible bed-side manner. Because of how relaxed I was from the sedation, the appointment went by incredibly fast.

My last experience before this one, I had cried the entire time, begged them to numb me more (which they were hesitant to), and laid in a puddle of sweat during the entire one-hour deep cleaning process (which felt like an eternity). My appointment with Grayem, Brace & Associates took three hours because of the cavities and deep cleaning, but those three hours felt like 30 minutes, and at no point was I crying or sweating or begging to be numbed more.

They did everything they could to make me comfortable. I can't recommend this place enough. I'm actually not dreading my next dentist appointment. If you have avoided the dentist because of anxiety or fear, I recommend this place 100%. If you don't even have anxiety about going to the dentist and just need regular work done, I recommend this place 100%. You won't find a more caring and helpful staff than this one. Thank you Grayem, Brace & Associates!

Had my first routine check up with Grayem, Brace & Associates and wow! Such a professional, friendly, and transparent team of dentists and hygienists. They walked me through every step of what they were doing as well as kept me calm while patiently answering all of my questions. I had Gina, Dr. Kratz, and Debbie - all of whom were polite and fun to talk to while offering such valuable information and care. I hope to see them all again in 6 months for my next check up!

Super welcoming and friendly! Make an experience that I never look forward to, very easy and stress-free. Update: After a few procedures I want to give an update on my experience. As someone who has had bad dental experiences in the past, something as simple as fillings is a very nerve wracking experience. If you are someone who relates to that anxiety, you have to try this place out. Dr. Bruch was constantly checking to make sure I wasn't feeling any pain or discomfort.

She made it very clear that nothing should be painful, and if it was we would stop and address it. If your nerves are keeping you from the dentist, please just try them out. After 10 years of putting it off, I now feel so comfortable coming to see the dentist and I know my health is better for it.

I can't say enough about the great staff at this office, starting with Debbie on my first visit! I went there thinking it was the end of the world and she gave me so much hope that I left believing it was just the beginning of a new life for me! Dr. Brace is simply the best and my hero! Antoinette and Jen are extremely compassionate and made my visits something to look forward to (a first for me!) I will be referring everyone I know. You have truly changed my life and I can't thank you enough!

St. Louis County Dental Partnership is a team of caring, sensitive and motivated professionals who will literally hold your hand, if necessary. My first visit contained a step by step explanation of the several choices I had to complete what I needed to have done for the result that I wanted. That's pretty much it, in a nutshell. Here's your issue, here's your options, and depending on which you choose, here are your results.

You feel as if you're the only patient there because they take the time that you need to understand all of the procedures. I am extremely anxious when it comes to dentistry, and this team did everything they could to ensure I would feel at ease.

So, going to the dentist is always a little awkward. You sit in a chair while a stranger (until you become an established patient) sticks their hands in your mouth, starts examining you, and then goes to work with power tools which sound WAY worse than it is. That being said, I have to say the people here made me feel comfortable, walked me through everything they were doing, and even were able to work on a tooth that needed some help on the same visit. Definitely will be going back.
