Terrible dental office. Rude staffing, terrible skills. My mouth is in more pain than before I had work done. JUST TURN AROUND. I will be contacting my insurance company to let them know that they never completed the work they paid them for.

Nothing but top shelf Dentistry here. Have had major dental problems as I've gotten older, they have done everything same day in my emergency cases. I absolutely love Hannibal Dental Group and their Dental professionals

Dr Courtney is amazing and so are the hygienists. I wish she was with a different group however. I currently live on a limited income and avoided the dentist due to lack of insurance coverage. I went in and got my teeth cleaned and at time had a broken tooth that Dr Courtney said she could fill. I stated I would have to know how much it cost prior to getting it done and she sent me to their billing dept.

They sat down looked over my delta dental insurance and what I needed done and told me that it would cost $70.00 to get it fixed. I went ahead and scheduled. Now, after the work is done I am getting a bill for $107.00. I know this doesn't sound like a big deal to most but when you discuss with their billing department prior and they quote you a price and then after work is done they bill you 50% more than estimate that is ridiculous! Unfortunately, I won't be going back although I absolutely love the Dentist and her assistants.

Staff is very welcoming & knowledgeable. They helped me develop a plan that met my needs & optimized my insurance. Dr Ricker was amazing, I highly recommend becoming a patient here!

Best dental care I have experienced in my y 73 years. Friendly desk staff. Knowledgeable assistants and dental hygienist. But the real star is the dentist. He is just plain old awesome.

I had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Matchett. She goes by Dr. Courtney, and she is incredible! She was kind, efficient, and professional but felt like a friend. Her assistant was also very helpful. Dr. Courtney makes the typically stress inducing dentist trip easy and simple. I would recommend her to anyone I know!

My daughter has major anxiety about going to the dentist and letting people touch inside her mouth. Dr. Ricker and his team have been so patient and caring with her, and she is finally comfortable to do xrays, scaling, cleaning, etc. This team is amazing!

Wasted my time, entirely unhelpful and when i showed up to an appointment but didnt have the right insurance card they made me reschedule the appointment a week later

As an over the road driver appointments and scheduling for any type of service can be challenging. These folks worked me in and took care of me with very courteous, over all wonderful service and a great price. Dr. Ricker did an absolute awesome job and his personality and ability to make you feel comfortable made this the best and least stressful visit to the dentist in my life. Went in to get a filling. Everyone from the dentists to the assistants to the receptionist were great. Very gental when working and have had no issues. Very plesent experiance. 10/10 would recommend.

The got me in the day after I called to set up an appointment. I saw Dr. Rickers and he did an awesome job explaining what I need to have done. His and his hygienist chair side manor put me at ease. I have already recommended my grown son contact them for his dental needs.

I have a sensitive mouth, so dental visits are usually incredibly unpleasant no matter the staff's awesomeness, but here I have experienced the lowest pain of any dentist office! Super happy I found them, really great attitudes and very nice interior so you have some things to focus on besides what's going on in your mouth.

Dr Ericcson talked to me at length. He is personal and professional. He tells you each step he is doing. He seeks your opinions. I've never run into a dentist who did this or inspired my confidence. Chris was a great and gentle hygienist. Marge and other pretty lady were reassuring and happy folks. Tina in the office fixed me up with appointment to get 3 teeth pulled in Wentzville next day which was done today with no problems.

She was also very helpful explaining insurance and costs to me. I have anxiety attacks and I was scared but I'm not anymore since they were so good with me. I'm sold on my new dentist and his team. I couldn't be happier. I kept putting this off but I feel I'm on my way to true dental health now. I think my treatment was first rate!

I had the wrong tooth pulled using their diagnosis. After spending $89, I had to have two teeth pulled, to get the correct one. Fourteen days of pain waiting to get correct one. Now I need two implants instead of one. Customer service was absent and never called back. Be careful where you go. They were going to refer to a dentist, to have my tooth pulled for $800 Affordable denture in Columbia Mo, did this service for $225. Highly recommended, .

I am very upset with how the staff handle things! I have been going here for years and never had a problem until now. I had some teeth filled recently and then had to have 3 teeth pulled they scheduled me to have more teeth filled the day after I had 3 teeth pulled. so I called down and canceled the appointment. Then receive a letter a few days later saying I am no longer along to be seen there so I called and asked why and they said because I didn't call and cancel my appointment witch I did. then the staff gos on to tell me that I hung up on them witch I did not. and when I was telling them this she hangs up on me. then when I call back down to try and talk to someone else about this problem they hang up on me again. so we got no where. The staff there are very rude. I will never recommend this place to anyone!
