The worst experience ever, he just took over and didn't listen to what I said. I and my family will Never go back. By the way he did a rant about handicapped people (he didn't know that I had a handicapped son who passed). I thought it odd that there was a woman in a wheelchair in the waiting room. The staff is also ignorant, even on their computers. Enjoy the coffee, because that's the only decent thing you will get!
