Cannon Falls Dental

I just changed to Cannon Falls Smiles. I am very pleased with both of my visits, and I have set-up my 6-month return appointment. Everyone was so friendly!

I was anxious today for dental work. They listened to what I wanted and delivered. I had nitrous, a warm neck wrap and sunglasses to help make me comfortable. Dr. Prochaska & Allison we're both gentle and kind when working with me. Appreciate it!

Get a second opinion before you have any work done by these unqualified hacks, me and my wife started going here after moving to the area. Last year they told my wife that she needed dentures which was shocking, because she is 25 and has not smoked crack or done anything to explain why a dentist would want to do something so radical, needless to say we got a second opinion from a qualified dentist which was also shocked that someone would want to do something so drastic for a young person, so after a couple of cavities, two crowns, and an implant she has a absolutely beautiful smile, no thanks to these incompetent butchers that are out of touch and offered no other options for me and my wife, I will never be going back to this place and I truly hope this business fails, they certainly deserve to. I got the impression that they only want to extract money from people that come here and do not care if people find a good or reasonable solution to their Dental problems.

Drs. Hamilton and Prochuska (sp?) are fabulous! Always very kind and gentle toned. The office atmosphere is calming. I have been going here with my family for 15+ years, and will not change, even though they are not considered 'in network' for my dental plan. The only downside is that the city of Cannon Falls has made it difficult to park near the office. There is a city lot nearby, which does require crossing the street.

Trying to make up for lost profit after being closed due to covid19. I called to make an appointment for my almost 3 year old, told them she had a cavity and something needed to be done. Waited 2 weeks for the appointment went in they looked in her mouth and criticised me for her still having a passifier, didn't do x-rays, didn't lift a tool, nothing and then charged me $90 and "referred" me to someone else.

Which I still have to contact myself and wait another 2 weeks for an appointment. Overall I'd say if you have too much money and need to get rid of some quick, stop in for a chance to be told what you already know. Would not recommend.

This is the best dental office I have ever been too. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This is what I would consider to be Gentle Dentistry. Dr. Prochaska is great. I was Dental phobic after several horrible experiences elsewhere. After coming to Canon falls smiles for a while I no longer am. I look forward to going in and always come out smiling because of the great experience. just put your trust In them and you will smile too.

Warm, friendly, and professional service. The office staff, dental hygienist and the dentist were great at explaining things and all of them asked if I had any questions. It is wonderful to have a great dentist so close to home!

Danelle was an amazing hygienist and the doctor and other staff were all very kind and friendly! I've never had such a thorough cleaning and exam at another dental office. For not having dental insurance I thought the cost seemed very appropriate. They use updated technology and equipment, gave helpful options and suggestions for other services I inquired about, and they didn't try to push any unnecessary services. I would definitely recommend this place!
