I've been here 3 different times in as many years, and always have been very satisfied. I went in today for what I thought was a broken tooth (that was previously repaired here in 2019) only to find out it was just needing a filing on the edge and was still perfectly fine. I called them at 5 PM and was in their chair at 6PM Svetlana took an X-Ray got Dr. Shetty and he remembered me for 2 years ago, he explained what was going on and took care of me at not cost. So as far as I'm concerned this is my go-to for Dental work. Thanks Dr. Shetty and Svetlana you are GREAT!

This place is wonderful, best dentist office I have been to. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and really help you get what you need while keeping budget in mind. Thank you!

I don't even want call they back and even come back so bad clinic I don't recommend even come to they! I was in 2 doctors in different time and both just did the work in tooth for even don't was need to do like take off nerve from a healthy tooth or do bunch x-ray like for what? or injecting Pain relief incorrectly several times so that the gums are not too sweaty and the gums turn white! And a lot other things thus clinic as such bad clinic that I even was I never will be back in this clinic!

This place is wonderful. Awesome service and great dentists. My experience here has been wonderful.

I have been a client for over 10yrs. I continued to be serviced after New ownership. I need and Emergency appt. The young scheduler was rude and inconsiderate. She first tried to schedule me at 2pm two days away, with an indefinite wait time. I said well that's unacceptable I have small kids and they need to be picked up from school. She then rudely told me that if it's an emergency I have to take what she has.

I said I need something in the morning if the wait time is unknown. She then tried to schedule me for almost three weeks later. On a emergency visit. I have used this service loved the work all the dentist, but I won't return due to miss potty mouth. What a joke, this business doesn't honor their loyal customers.

I'm not sure where all the negative feedback is coming from for this office. I've been there in the last week and everyone was extremely nice and talkative. I had my teeth cleaned and she did a wonderful job. The dentist took the time to tell me his opinion on my teeth issues and let me know the best course of action. I will be going back!

I only needed 3 small cavities filled, and now I have so much pain on both sides of my mouth it makes me want to cry everytime I eat! I have contacted them several times hoping that they could resolve my matter but in fact all they have done is brush me off and giving it as little attention as they can because they don't care. I can't believe how poorly I've been treated! Please beware of this place

I live in Mankato. NO dentist in town accepts patients with my dental coverage except the open door clinic which has a waiting list of 300 people. I called Smile Center and they got me in within a week and accepts my Civic Smiles insurance (yes I have a job, my employer doesn't provide coverage.) The hygienist was very bubbly and friendly and the dentist I had was very gentle and polite. There is much diversity among the staff and patients. Nothing bad to say about the place.

I can't believe all the negative comments. And so many comments about low income people going there. What does that have to do with anything? I started going here a year ago & I love Dr. Shetty & his hygienist Lisa. So friendly. I've had two cleanings & just had 6 porcelain veneers put on my top front 6 teeth. I'm going in tomorrow for 2 permanent porcelain crowns.

I love my veneers. Dr. Shetty & his assistant took their time with me. He put my veneers on so I could see what they look like to make sure I liked them before permanently bonding them on. Dr. Shetty explained the best way to floss with veneers & crowns & recommended I use a night guard to protect my investment as I clench my teeth. If you are not communicating exactly what you want or envision, then how do you expect a good result?

Horrible experience for me and my children. My son was scheduled his apt at the same time mine was it took them at least 30 min after his apt to take him in to clean his teeth while the hygienist worked on my teeth and she did not do a good job at all cleaning my teeth. when i was done i went to see how they were doing with my son. the hygienist working on him didn't even know how to clean his teeth and took twice as long cleaning his teeth than she should have so that there was no time to put sealant on his teeth which he needs. if the hygenist would have been on time and knew how to clean his teeth there would have been plenty of time to do the sealant. then my daughter was next they didnt even polish her teeth or anything and they said they were done. so unprofessional. I will never go here again
