This is a review of the downtown pharmacy, the south pharmacy is great. The staff is incredibly rude and inefficient. Got a call that my prescription was ready and went there and they"couldn't find it". Then sent my prescription to the south pharmacy TWICE after I called and specifically told them I'd pick it up downtown. When I went in to pick it up, there were no other customers but they told me it would be at least an hour to fill it downtown and that I should just go to the south location. I've never seen such rude, dense people. Scary that they work with patient's sensitive information. Lindsay at the south pharmacy is amazing

Went their for a dental appointment. This hospital and it's staff, doctors, nurses and receptionist are very courteous and professional. Hygienic hospital. Wheelchair entry. Don't forget to book a appointment in advance. They have a lot of appointments and getting one takes a lot of time. They also have a sliding fee program. Pay according to what you earn. Overall a very good place. Recommended.

My first visit at family Healthcare on November 3, 2020 was my worst experience I've ever had with hospitals in the United States. Those two people I interacted with, both the nurse and the doctor did not introduce themselves to me. After sharing my current experience that led to visiting a doctor, the doctor did not say a word to me about that neither did she recommend a laboratory test, I suggested to her that she need to conduct a test to know what's going on, fortunately for me, the test result was positive said the doctor, how do I know what she said about the result was true or false when there was no written report on that, the result was given by words of mouth from a doctor whose name I do not know.

Worst experience at a clinic ever. Was harrassed twice by a man who came upstairs from his office to tell me to fix my mask. Medically I cannot even wear a mask. The fact that he climbed 3 flights of stairs twice creeped me all the way out. Watching people from a camera to make sure they comply? 2nd they forgot about me. Waited for an hour- to be rescheduled because they didnt put my paperwork back. Came back a week later and the dentist didn't even introduce himself (still don't know his name) I'm between insurances right now and broke a tooth. Financially this was my best option as a single mother.

He told me we don't usually do this unless your a patient but we're being nice- so make sure you schedule exams.no thanks. Appreciate the filling but he was rough. Hygienist were exceptional howevee and the front desk lady was super sweet and apologized for forgetting about me the week prior. Would not come back.will not recommend.

How can I get a refund from this place? It's been over three weeks that I got a dental job done but the estimated amount was more than what they ended up doing. They said they'll transfer my case over to billing but I've been waiting and calling since last week.

I've been going there almost 10 yrs. I would not go anywhere else my doctor is absolutely super and the staff is absolutely wonderful! The pharmacy is also a great plus you're in and out and DONE.

I saw Dr. Amanda Terveen recently and it was the WORST experience I've ever had in a dental office. I was experiencing tooth pain and she showed absolutely ZERO empathy or compassion. She was so rough and was prodding around in my mouth with no regard to the additional pain she was causing me. She snapped at me when I (politely) told her that what she was doing was causing even more pain for me. It was so bad that I was fighting back my tears. Her demeanor was absolutely disgraceful and I'll never let her get near my mouth again.

Everyone cares and the doctors are very skilled. The pharmacy is the easiest to deal with, unlike the big names. They will also mail your medication to you if you can't pick it up. Flexible appointment times and great sliding fee scale; I can't express strongly enough how much this helps people, especially those without insurance.

I love FHC and Britney Micheal's but I especially love the pharmacy. The pharmacy does such an amazing job! They take great care whenever I pick up new prescriptions explaining exactly what I'm getting. I get phone calls letting me know when my prescriptions are ready. The lines are never bad. I will never go to CVS or Walgreen I'm also lucky that I've been dealing with the sames people for years.

They even call me by name when I walk up to the counter. Not just one of them, but ALL of them! (very cool) They have very little turn over unlike the impersonal national pharmacy's. They also extraordinary help in helping you pay for the insanely expensive prescriptions. These people truly care about the community and the individuals that make up this great city. Brittney Michales has diagnosed me when five other doctors at other clinics got it wrong/misdiagnosed. She also went out of her way to provide me with a very expensive medication free of charge. I can't vouch for the whole clinic but the nurse and provider I have seen were very good.
