The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The dental hygienists are thorough and friendly. Dr Woo is very knowledgeable and does a great job.

I have horrible dentist anxiety, and have put off going to the dentist for years, the longer I waited the more anxious I became. I have had bad experiences in the past with dentists and was very worried I would feel judged and shamed for not going sooner, I decided to try this dentist for the first time about 2 weeks ago and they were all absolutely amazing.

Everyone was very very friendly and didn't make me feel bad or uncomfortable for not seeing a dentist in a long time. I just went today and got a few fillings done and normally this would have been a very stress inducing situation for me but they made me feel very comfortable and walked me through everything they were doing. The dentist I had was Dr. Wu and he was absolutely great!

Great experience my first time visiting Pewaukee Dental. Ambrosia is an excellent hygienist and Dr. Wu was extremely knowledgable using state-of-the-art equipment and technology to examine and then fully explain to patients what he observes during his examination of their teeth. I welcome Dr. Wu as my new dentist.

I have been going to Pewaukee Dental for years. Ambrosia did my cleaning and is very interested in exactly what your concerns are and able to offer solutions for the problems. Doctor Wu is great. He is so nice and takes the time to talk to you and listen to your concerns and is very good at explaining things to you. The girls at the front desk are all very nice and are thorough when it comes to checking out your insurance. I have and will always recommend this office to anyone looking for a great place to have dental work done.

I needed a tooth pulled because I have a bad habit of chewing ice. DON'T CHEW ICE! I thought about doing my best Tom Hanks impression from Castaway because I didn't have dental insurance but I couldn't muster up the courage so I turned to Google to research local dentists instead. Pewaukee Dental had the best recommendations so I called them and was in the office 90 minutes later. Dr. Wu explained everything that he was going to do before he did it.

He was very thorough and attentive in his approach and while no procedure is painless, he did the best to minimize the pain and keep me at ease during the extraction. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Wu.

I cracked my tooth over the weekend and have never had a worse experience at a dental office for an emergency appointment. At the time I did not have dental insurance, which I told them up front, and I feel like that drastically changed their attitudes toward me. They were rushing me, not really listening to what I was saying, and then brought the dentist in who was very young.

Maybe it was his age, or the fact that his dad probably owns the clinic, but he was VERY cocky and sarcastic with me. He quoted me 1800.00 for a crown, and asked if I would like to take care of it today. I said "I'm sorry I don't have that much money on hand, can I reschedule for a later time or is this something that needs to be done today?" And with the most attitude and sarcasm he said "UMMM NOOO you can't reschedule. OBVIOUSLY you can reschedule?" By that time I was in tears and left the office without rescheduling.

Pewaukee Dental is a wonderful and longtime asset of the Pewauke and Lake Country area. It is conveniently located just off of Capitol Drive. The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and experienced. The doctors are great, and they use the latest equipment and techniques. I could not imagine going anywhere else. Once you are there, you're family.

Pewaukee dental has been my dentist for years. Professional high tech friendly people always made me feel safe. I stopped going when I retired and no longer had insurance, several years. I finally went back and was welcomed back. I was worried about the shaming guilt I thought I'd get heaped on me. Instead they gave me a financial plan for seniors that I can do. I now have the peace of mind knowing my teeth will be taken care of as part of my total Heath care. Thank you dr Mike and Alex

Let's start by saying I normally have a ton of anxiety about going to the dentist. I have had very bad experiences in the past at the dentist. Needless to say my teeth were very bad. The staff at Pewaukee Dental is so kind and gentle! From my very first visit they took every step to calm my fears and answer my questions. They have a state of the art facility, yet their prices are very reasonable. Dr. Alex not only is a gifted dentist, he listens to what you want.

He works with you to achieve what's best for you and your teeth. They give you all the information you need to make an informed decision. They offer free nitrous, music, blankets, and kind patient smiles. I have had a lot of work done there, and I recommend this place for anyone. I know I'm a difficult patient, but they don't treat me like one.

The staff is amazing! I woke up in excruciating pain one Saturday and desperately needed to find a dental office that was not only open on Saturdays but that would also be willing to see me as a new patient so last minute. I was also at work, so I couldn't just run over there right away. They squeezed me in about an hour before closing and made me feel right at home.

I haven't had any actual work done by them, but I'm confident that the patient is their #1 priority. They also offer an awesome dental plan for people with limited or no dental insurance. It's $276 for two cleanings, two exams, and two x-rays for a full year starting on the date of purchase + 20% off of any treatments (10% off if you use a Care Credit card). I'm eager to start the plan since my current dental office is way too overpriced for someone with limited dental coverage!
