I had been with Dr. Caldwell for quite a few years and enjoyed visiting Full Circle Dentistry. Dr. Caldwell, Sharron and Ms. Kathy were pleasant, thorough, gentle, kind and detailed. Not wanting to go through the process of looking for another dentist I decided to continue as a patient with Full Circle Dentistry and today was my first visit with Dr. Thomas and her team!

The office has changed a great deal and the atmosphere was noticeably different. yet pleasant. Dr. Thomas came out and personally greeted me and we exchanged pleasantries which put me at ease. I was surprised when Dr. Thomas took time to explain in detail what she felt needed to be done and why and she then allowed me to explain my concerns and we came to a happy medium! Yes, I miss going down memory lane and singing to the oldies while sitting in the chair and yes I miss Dr. Caldwell, Ms. Kathy and Sharron, but I am so very glad I decided to stay with the practice.

Change is not easy but necessary. Dr. Caldwell, Ms. Kathy and Sharron served us all very well, above and beyond in a lot of instances and they will sorely be missed. but the knowledge gained from them over the years is priceless. And yes Dr. Thomas and her team are new and have HUGE shoes to fill, but Dr. Caldwell and her team were newbies at one time too! I am not one for change but I know from experience that a new cast iron pan gets better over time! It's a new SEASON! Namaste

Dr. Thomas is really nice and great at what she does. The changes to the office will take a minute to get used to. I'm used to the staff I've known my whole life. But, I have high hopes that everything will be amazing. Dr. Caldwell chose a great person to take over, but no one can replace her. I look forward to my next appointment.

Dr. Caldwell & Kathy were the best. I'm sorry that they have retired. This practice is taken over by a new dentist. I'm hoping with time they will smooth things out. I was irritated because I came in to have a certain procedure done only to be told I needed a medical clearance to get it done. Fair enough but they should've read my charts and told me that before I came in for my appointment.

Add that to the slowness of the practice. I never had to wait when Kathy was there. My paperwork was always in order and I was in and out. That said, they are pleasant folks and still very new. For those of us who are former clients of Dr Caldwell they have big shoes to fill but I'm hopeful that they will get better.

I truly appreciate Dr. Thomas taking the time to make sure that I was ready medically to have work done on my teeth. The entire experience was professional and friendly. I look forward to becoming a long time parent patient. Thank you for asking for my feedback. Sincerely, Virginia Lee

I have been a patient of Full Circle Dentistry for over 2 decades and will not consider seeing another dentist. The team is thorough, conscientious, friendly and welcoming and informative. They provide excellent care in a friendly and pristine environment. Service is affordable and highly professional and patient oriented. Her office is immaculate and comfortable and her staff consistently make you feel at ease. I recommend Full Circle to anyone seeking an excellent dentist.

Dr. Caldwell is absolutely the best. She made me and my husband feel so comfortable. I wish I had found her years ago. Highly recommend her and her staff to care for all your dental needs.

I am very pleased with Dr. Caldwell and the Full Circle Dentistry Staff. They are professional and provide relaxing atmospheres for all visits. They provide explanations prior to any procedures. I am completely satisfied with all the services/procedures I have received. They make you feel like family.

Nothing but outstanding service, both dentistry and administrative. Dr. Caldwell explains the dental work in layman's terms and answers all questions. She is gentle (doesn't hurt, ) precise with the needle, and quick. I use to be afraid of the dentist, but no longer! Cathy is the greatest in helping to understand dental insurance. She recommended to me a health plan (similar to a credit card that doesn't charge interest) that saved me immediate out-of-pocket expenses and no charges to my credit card. The entire staff is efficient and accommodating. I highly recommend Full Circle Dentistry.

Dr. Caldwell and Dr. Shanon (Dental Assistant) are amazing! They were incredibly kind and informative and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appt. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Caldwell and her team are exceptionally warm, thoughtful and most importantly thorough. The waiting area is warm, clean, and inviting. Dr. Caldwell explained everything to me as she was evaluating my dental needs and was extremely responsive to my discomfort. I am so glad I found this office!

I've been a patient of Dr. Caldwell's since 2018. She is one of the most kind, compassionate dentists I've ever known. She's worked miracles for many of my dental issues, including crown replacements. All of the cosmetic work she's performed has been beautiful and surpassed my expectations. She cares about her patients and the quality of her work and does her best to make sure I'm comfortable during any procedures and that I'm completely happy with any results.

She is always responsive to my dental needs, including a few emergencies I've experienced. I also love the professionalism and humor of her assistant, Sharon and office manager, Cathy. I always have a pleasant experience and a good laugh during my dental appointments. I look forward to many more years of working with her and her team.

My first time experience was amazing. I never smiled and felt so welcome at a dentist office. When I originally called to schedule an appointment, the turn around time was amazing, which was the next day. They was able to work with my schedule. Additionally, the staff was very outgoing, entertaining, friendly, and highly respectful. I definitely will recommend future patients and now I have found my forever Dentist officer. My experience visiting Dr. Caldwell's Office today was great! The staff (Kathy and Sharron) is always courteous and professional. Dr. Caldwell is gentle and constantly checks on the patient's comfort level. I am always pleased with her work.
