Dr. Charles Fine knows this neighborhood! He went to both Randallstown and Pikesville High School (he enjoys having many of his high school classmates and teachers as his patients). After high school, he attended the University of Pennsylvania as an undergraduate and then studied dentistry at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery where he received his D.D.S. in 1981.
Dr. Aaron Tosky grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, was a member of the drumline, and graduated with distinction in 2006. Dr. Tosky continued his education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry where he received his D.D.S. degree in 2011.
Dr. Wendy Burstein joined McDonogh Dental in 2004. She was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She attended the George Washington University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences. She continued her education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry where she graduated with honors.

On 6/6/22 I came in for my tooth extraction, I was called back in good timing. I was nervous Dr. Spiegel made sure I was comfortable & his dental assistant was nice also & comforting. A few months ago I talked with Dr Fine because I was concerned that my teeth were shifting. He suggested Invisalign. I have always trusted Dr Fine so we went with it. Well I just finished the process. I can't begin to explain how happy I am with the outcome. I have nice straight teeth again. Thanks to Dr Fine and staff.

Sandra Lee, dental hygienist very thorough and efficient. Bev, at check out always a pleasure to have contact with. We calculated that we continuously have met and /or greeted each other in the dental office at least twice a year and sometimes more often for the past 40 years! She has had only two employers and I have been patients of her two employers. Impressive statistics, especially these days.

I have been going to McDonogh Dental for over 10 years. They are the best! Their Dentists, office staff, and personnel are so friendly, professional, and caring. They have abided by the CDC guidelines for COVID19 since the outbreak and still do, when entering their waiting room and individual exam rooms. If one needs to be seen in an emergency situation, they get you in immediately. I truly recommend McDonogh Dental for all of your dental needs. They have my 5+ Star review.

I have not been to a dentist office in like 4.5 years and McDonough Dental made me feel so calm during the entire first visit. My husband has been going here since he was a child and when I was finally on his insurance the first thing I did was make an appointment. Highly recommend this office as they are friendly, explain everything going on, and have afternoon hours (which is hard to find sometimes)!

Very nice office (appears new/renovated) and friendly staff. Courtney got me registered as a new patient and was a pleasure to work with. That first interaction sets the initial impression and is so important. Tatyana was my hygienist and she did such a wonderful, thorough job. Dr. Stein was great as well. I love my dentist Dr. Mark Sugarman. His main concern is that I'm comfortable through my procedure. His chair side manner is off the chart! Dr. Fine and the McDonough Dentistry Staff are the Best. Great Customer Service from check in to check out. I broke a premolar and Dr. Fine addressed it timely and professionally. He gave me 3 options I was able to comprehend to choose the best option for me. Normally I'm a crybaby when I have to go to the dentist but I always leave them pain free and satisfied. I strongly recommend their practice.

Several years ago a friend recommended that we see Dr. Lever at McDonogh Dental for our dental needs and we have been with McDonogh Dental ever since. Dr. Lever is an excellent dentist and the staff is very professional and friendly. We are very happy we found McDonogh and will continue to use them.

Very good group. I've been seeing these dentists since the 1980's. Some docs have retired, new ones come, hygienists come and go, but in the main they've all been great! My main dentist is Dr. Lever. great guy. On my most recent visit, Olivia was my hygienist. She's one of the best yet! I recommend this group.
