If your looking for the best dental care for your children, this is it. I give 5 stars for the care they give the children and how well they address any concerns and thier priority is the children for sure. The friendliness of the staff is above and beyond too. It's also got a lot of fun stuff for the kids to keep entertained. All around this dental office is amazing.

My boys had an amazing 1st time at the dentist. I couldn't be more pleased with the Doctor and the entire staff. Everyone there was so polite and attentive. I would recommend Kids Little Smiles to anyone looking for a great dentist.

2 of my kids have bad enamel from their biological father. This is the second dentist office I have taken them to; and we are going here from now on! The staff is so nice! They understand and respect you! I will never take my kids to another dentist!

Staff seemed nice, but be aware they will not do any work without putting your child under. They will also say "feel free to go elsewhere" unless you do what the doctor 'recommends'. Obviously they aren't recommending anything they are telling you what you will do to your child. Completely uncaring and all about the money. They own most of the pediatric dentists in Kingman, Bull Head, and Havasu.

So if you want second unbiased opinion go to Henderson. And they charged us 50% of the procedure fees, when we discussed with insurance they informed us we were only to be charged 20%. Fraud. So sad they are using little kids to make a living.

Kids little smiles are the best they are so kind and very polite. My kids love this place because its so kids friendly. I recommend this place to anyone

Totally reinvented the Psychology behind the dentist for kids. Free arcade and fun zone for the kids. Great dentist who really cares about the kids and staff is just as great. My daughter loved her experience. It was my sons first time at the dentist, when we left he immediately asked when we come back, lol. Thank you to the people at kids little smiles for making a positive impact on such important little people. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Our experience was awesome everyone was kind and polite. They walked the kids through it and made them comfortable. They have a play center and games so I was able to fill out paperwork while the kids played. If this were here when I was a kid I would have loved the dentist. This is so awesome glad we found a great place for our kids.

Taken my grandkids here a few times and they absolutely love the place! I remember being afraid to go to the dentist when I was a kid, but not them. You can learn a lot from just observing, staff members are always nice and professional. Dr. Kort and dr. Urquart are great with the kids. Wish I had their experience when I was younger. Great place.

Amazing doctors but unfortunately they lost 3 patients (my 3 daughters) due to the front counter staff. Absolutely rude! They refused to see my daughter because we were 9 minutes late for her appointment even after we had called to let them know we would be late and the lady said, "okay that's fine just try not to be later than 10 minutes if possible".

After walking in the doors at 1:09 (her appointment was at 1:00) the young male dental assistant looked at us and then made a motion to one of the receptionist and said, "interesting" as she rolled her eyes and got up to get the paperwork. We stood there waiting for someone to greet us and then this older lady came over and said, "you're 11 minutes late, we can not see her!" Mind you, we were the ONLY ones in there!

My husband stated that the lady we spoke to on the phone was aware that we were going to be a little late and said to try not to be more than 10 minutes if we could help it and he showed the lady his phone with the time 1:10 on it. But the older lady refused and was absolutely rude about it. After that she changes her story and said, "well you needed to be 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork" that we had already filled out at my other daughters prior visit.

But she continued to refuse us. Had they told us over the phone that they would not see her we wouldn't have wasted 30 minutes getting into town and would've just rescheduled. At this point, I'm appalled by how we were treated and honestly I will not come back. Im hopefully that the dentist at this facility won't get a bad rep based on the terrible staff.

My husband had got a same day appt for my daughter because of her emergency situation, her wisdom teeth were impacting and was bleeding. My husband had to stop at the bus stop to pick up one of our other kids before taking her to her appt, so it had made him 12 min late. They refused to take her under these certain circumstances knowing she was in extreme pain.

They turned her away and scheduled an appt for a week later! Very unprofessional in my option! If it was just a regular check-up I would totally understand rescheduling her appt but with an emergency like this, they should have made an exception! Very dissatisfied!

I'm a little angry at the fact that my daughter had an appointment yesterday we showed up early for and had been scheduled for a while, they were running behind that they did notify me about, but somebody else showed up after us probably about 30 45 minutes after we had already checked in they checked in got weighed in and got their meds to go back and see the doctor before we even did when we had gotten there first on top of that when I expressed my frustration towards the fact that my child was a second thought I was told that we were scheduled in as a convenience to me when we've had the appointment for two week on October 26th THEY called me and scheduled the appoinment.

So I don't see how a last-minute appointment that comes several weeks before the actual appointment is "scheduled in" if it was going to be an issue they should have not scheduled us for that morning. I don't like being treated like I am being done a favor when I'm not. They need to work on their CS skills. Attached is the picture of the text I recived from their office confirming my appointment for the 9th mad in advance not last minute like I was made to feel.

My kids went here for the first time yesterday and they absolutely loved it! The jungle gym was a blast, they loved every aspect of the establishment! The employees go above and beyond for the kids and the parents to ensure the experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Very satisfied.
