Really great staff and got me in and out with no wait. The worse part is trying to get an appointment, but when I get there it is like I am the only one that matters. They know how to take care of me and my family. I highly recommend them for dental work.

I always was so scared of visiting dentist offices, and when I visit Creekside Family Dentistry I told this to Dr. Stewart who not only has the patience to treat people like me but he was so professional and understanding my fears. He along with Mrs. Mitzy Davis, has helped me overcome with my fears and have my teeth clean and healthy. With no doubt I 100% recommend Creekside if you are really looking for an amazing professionals in the dentistry field. From a very happy customer, thank you guys.

Dr. Koehler is a fabulous dentist. The office staff is wonderful. They are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this practice. Since Dr Koehler has retired, the office has not missed a beat! I returned for a check on my dental implant and was impressed with the staff. The front desk staff was very nice. Tiffany did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Upshaw did a thorough check of my implant. Wonderful experience!

Best dental experience! We've tried 3 different dentists in the area and this is by far the best experience we've had. Very clean, welcoming facility. Everyone was incredibly friendly. The hygienist explained everything before she did it and the dentist was very nice too. Didn't have to wait either. Definitely recommend!

Creekside Dentistry provides an amazing level of care and service. This is a gem of an office! As a new patient I walked in and saw my name on a board welcoming me- I was pleased by this gesture- but really this only was alluding to what was to come! Never have I ever had such gentle and caring service by my hygienist- and I've lived in many cities and have gotten my teeth cleaned in multiple different offices. Tiffany was detail oriented, patient, professional, and took her time with me throughout the appointment.

I was also seen Dr. Helton who was very informative and professional. This is a privately owned practice and you can really feel the difference in the office as compared to a corporate office- every person I encountered there had such a positive vibe. Don't think twice about coming here for care:

This office is a golden treasure in Loganville! A beautiful up to date dental office with all the latest equipment. Very clean office, not a speck of dust or debris anywhere! A highly trained staff front and back with EXCELLENT manners. The hygienists are fabulous, I see Wendy S. My husband goes to this office as well and sees Tiffany whom he raves about. Wendy has a gentle touch and does a thorough cleaning without being overly aggressive to your gum tissue.

She's very sweet, with great chair side manner! I see Dr. Helton as my dentist and the same can be said for him, a gentle touch with a very thorough oral exam and great attention to detail. No over selling from this office, you won't feel pressured in any way. I recently retired from dentistry ( as a dental assistant) after 40 years. I've worked in many dental offices and for several excellent dentists. With all my time and experience I can truly say I recognize quality when I encounter it. You won't be disappointed, I promise!

I have had bad experiences with dentists in Loganville. My wife convinced me to give creekside a chance. This was like night and day. First and foremost, the staff makes you feel comfortable. They treat you like family. Everything is explained in detail and they let you choose the route you want to go. There is no rushing to get you in and out. Any questions you may have are explained in simple terms. I can't say enough good things about my experience with them.

Great service at Creekside Dentistry. Tiffany is a fantastic hygienist and very friendly. Dr. Upshaw explained my treatment plan and options carefully and was thorough. Everyone in the office is very professional and friendly. I've been with them for about 9 years and would never consider leaving!

I love this Dental office! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. From the front desk staff, to the hygienists, to the doctor. They are great with my kids as well. They explain everything to you and make sure you don't have any questions which is refreshing. So glad I found our new dental home!

Dr. Helton and his absolutely wonderful nurse are literally the BEST with children. Even when I took my kids to a pediatric dentist they weren't as calming, understanding & compassionate. They broke everything down so my 6 year old could understand the many procedures they had to do. I'd recommend this over any other dentist office for people of every age!
