Commonwealth Dentistry - Colonial Heights

I highly recommend Commonwealth Dentistry in Colonial Heights to anyone searching for good dental care. The entire staff is amazing! From the receptionist desk to the dentist/specialist seat. I feel so comfortable trusting them for my care. I wish I could rate them with 100,000,000 stars! Thank you Joan Creath for having such a sweet spirit and for the amazing job you did cleaning my teeth.it's the best cleaning I have ever had in my lifetime!

This establishment is below ZERO stars to say the LEAST. First of all, I called yesterday as a new patient and Haley mixed up my member Id letters and numbers and then called me back acting as if I was not a member with the insurance company. Totally unprofessional. Second, I arrive this am after I am a confirmed insurance member anticipating a cleaning.

I get there and they do X-rays and the doctor does his exam. Jean then let's me know that they go to lunch and the cleaning can not be performed until 2:00. I already drove an hour to get there and no one told me prior that the cleaning couldn't be performed until after their lunch! How unprofessional yet again. They also try and take advantage of their patients; money wise.

People always emphasize the good in places and hope that will cover the bad but if you are anything like me and want what's best for yourself; don't pay this place a visit! Joan also said she is always the one to tell the patient the bad news so that proved that they don't explain their "lunch" to anyone which is absurd and the doctor said he would discuss it with the front desk but clearly he hasn't if it's still a problem! Go somewhere else; this place is a JOKE.

I have been coming ti Commonwealth Denistry approximately 23 years. The entire staff always greets me with smiles and makes me feel welcome. Regardless of the dentist or hygienist I am comfortable of their knowledge and expertise. I am very happy with Commonwealth Dentistrt and highly recommend them. A great team of caring people.

My experience was amazing and it was my first time for an emergency appointment. I was seen very quickly, they asked what was wrong, provided urgency to take care of this issue, and explain everything as well. This will be my new dentist office! Already booked my next appointment. The staff was friendly, and they provided great customer service!

First time visiting the office. They were straightforward on what kind of work needed done and how payments will work. The doctor was quick with a root canal and filling that I needed done and the nurse that assisted him was the absolute sweetest.

I sat in pain for 3 days trying to weigh out which was worse, the extreme pain or the anxiety/panic I would have going to the dentist (stemming from a previous horrible experience years ago). I finally broke down and went today. When I tell you that my dentist fear is no longer in me, I'm being very serious. The dentist I saw has some kind of incredible demeanor that soothes any fear/anxiety you may have.

I had a pretty big hole in the side of my wisdom tooth and he had to extract it. He did it so quickly that it was over before I knew it. To top that off I am not experiencing any pain/swelling whatsoever 7 hours later (and without any meds at all). Wait time was less than 10 mins, all the staff were amazingly friendly and sanitation was top notch. This office was truly a game changer for me.

I Always have a great experience at this dentist office. The front desk staff are polite and respectful. The dentist and his assistant shows care and concern about how your feeling throughout your time in the chair. I would recommend this dental office to all.

Very pleasant experience. Called for new patient appointment. After I explained that I was having some issues with my tooth and experiencing pain I was scheduled the next day. After I had my X-rays the doctor came in with treatment plan and I was able to come back the following day and have my cracked fill-in repaired. They're very detailed and even though cleaning and repairs to teeth can be a financial burden, I'll gladly spend my money here! At least I'll leave knowing they gave me the best care! Kudos!

Dr. Bryan Dixon is truly the best ever. Not only is he a genius on the medical side, he is an artesian when it comes to dental prosthetics. His work is so good that other dentists, I've seen, who see his work, are truly amazed. I can't tell you how many times I have been asked "who did your dental work, this is the best I have ever seen". Dr. Dixon will never let you leave with your dental work not being "perfect".

He takes so much pride in his work which makes it such a blessing in these times. His care and sensitivity towards his patients always makes it a pleasant experience. I traveled 890 miles 2 times just to get his consultation and dental work done, (I live in Atlanta GA ) But. it was worth it!

The front desk staff greeted me and were very helpful. The technician who cleaned my teeth did a great job, and as always Dr. Beltrami was friendly and encouraged me to practice good dental health. I had a great experience.
