Dr. Anderson is really the best orthodontist I've had (and I've had several due to moving a lot as a military spouse). He has done several repairs for my upper retainer and always has the best demeanor and care. I won't go anywhere else even if they're booked out!

Eric Anderson does excellent work supporting my daughter's orthodontic needs. However, the billing process requires improvements. As a new patient of Anderson's Orthodontics we found ourselves with a $25 late fee and five days to react upon receipt of our FIRST bill. My daughter received braces mid-month. Apparently bills are due the first of every month giving us only two weeks to pay the initial bill. Talking with receptionist, the expectation was that we pay the first months bill before leaving the office.

I guess an oversight on our part because we were not tracking. A lot of information is thrown at you the first day. Most medical institution send the first bill in the mail if not immediately paid. We did not receive the first bill until approximately 45 days after our visit and a late fee was associate with it. The second issue was that our first bill was received on a Friday, five days before the next due date. Anderson's is not open on weekends so that gave us two days to react. Bills are stressful enough, but to have no flexibility in the billing process ESPECAILLY for new customers is not a good business practice. I tried talking to the receptionist. No flexibility.

Dr Anderson is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Awesome staff. We are so thankful for my daughters new smile.

The hygienists here are amazing and caring. When I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, they sent me a card. And they often check in with me when I go in for retainer-tightenings, all these years later. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and care.

Dr. Anderson is very nice and he is good with his patients, however, I do not like that they don't offer more convenient payment options (automatic or online). We are now moving out of the area and they are charging us to transfer my sons records to the new orthodontist. I have never been charged a fee for doing so and I am not happy about it. During COVID parents were asked not to come in for appointments with their minor children and since then, I have not recieved any updates on my sons care.

If they are going to ask me to wait outside, then they should be willing to call me and update me on his care. For these reasons, I would not recommend Anderson Orthodontics.

I would highly recommend Anderson Orthodontics for all of your orthodontic needs. They do both adults and children. I am 64 years old and needed braces to correct a crossbite and straighten teeth. Dr. Anderson and staff took amazing care of me during treatment. Both the front office staff and assistants in the back do everything they can to assist you and make your experience comfortable I am extremely happy with the outcome.

Wonderful group, had a great transfer from the previous orthodontist, and I felt instantly welcomed by Dr. Anderson. His constant smile and laid-back, casual demeanor helped me feel right at home and comfortable, with the other people working there being just the same. They will do everything in their power to fix whatever issues you have, and are overall a positive impact on my life. My teeth have never been better, and it is all thanks to them

Dr. Anderson and his whole staff from the front desk to the ladies in the back are very great and knowledgeable. I recently came in for treatment, their front office was very flexible with setting me up for a month to month basis payment. Great atmosphere! Dr. Anderson himself is also very AMAZING!

So I transferred from Washington State to Virginia and came to Dr Anderson's office to continue my ortho care. I thought the office back west was so amazing even after moving to VA I would fly back just to continue care. But when the pandemic hit I had no choice but to find something closer. Let me tell you, that I should have been transferred to Dr Anderson's office sooner.

Just his work ethic alone warrants not mine alone but everyone's service. He cares. Not in word only but in deed as well. And his personnel that he has hired to work in his office - simply impeccable. I feel sorry for myself for not coming sooner. I was sorely missing out. Pun intended. As a Google Master Reviewer, I highly recommend this business.

My experience has been the greatest with Dr. Anderson. I had braces on before and when my teeth were pushed far back my lip started denting in leaving me with an unhappy smile. When I showed Dr. Anderson my smile he said he can fix it and him and his team did fix it. I just got my braces off and I'm si happy with my smile. They moved my teeth back out and my lip doesn't dent in like it used to. Thank you Dr. Anderson for your patience to give me my smile back. I'm truly happy. God bless.

Although the employees are very friendly, this is an extremely slow practice. Every single day, month, or even year they gave me on when the braces would be off was doubled almost every time. I was told 2-4 years, it's been over 6. Yes, it is one of cheapest orthodontic practices out there. But you get what you pay for. Be prepared for retainers that don't last long and cost over a hundred dollars to fix and well over 250 to replace if you lose the smallest most expensive and fragile item you own.

Be prepared to be disappointed time and time again when you think you're nearing the finish line but you get hit with a surprise surgery that costs thousands and is traumatic. I cannot stress what a slow and painful process this is here. Please do not put yourself or your children through this unless you know you have VERY little that needs to be done to your teeth in a short, short amount of time, and then still prepare yourself for disappointment.

My son is currently in braces and my husband and I have both had braces from Dr. Anderson. His exemplary care and friendly staff make the orthodontic experience so enjoyable! Dr. Anderson is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He even calls to check on you the evening after getting your braces on! His office is clean, updated and spacious and he uses the latest technology to make sure his patients and staff are safe! We made it to all of our scheduled appointments therefore our braces were removed right on schedule and we couldn't be happier with the results! :

My son just finished his treatment and we are thrilled with his results. Our visits to Dr. Anderson's office were always pleasant and prompt. We were given thorough updates on his progress and treatment plan each visit. Updates to our general dentist on his care were also appreciated. Wonderful office and staff. All around great experience.

Dr. Anderson was my orthodontist way back in the 1980s. My teeth were a disaster (overbite, overjet, one even growing out of the wrong socket) and he did a marvelous job. To this day--35 years later--I still get compliments on my beautiful, straight teeth. None of them have moved out of alignment at all. Trust Dr. Anderson for quality work that will last a lifetime.

I love Dr Anderson.he's super funny!, personal, and informative. I'm so happy I went with my second consult. Staff is amazing, billing, front desk EVERYTHING to love. Only downside they don't take Medicaid. If they did I would send my entire caseload to him. My boys this place.

Dr Anderson oversaw a refinement of Invisalign for me. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, I found he and the staff to be incredibly professional and friendly. I truly enjoyed going to my appointments (which I know sounds weird). The entire staff always greeted me with a warm smile. To top it off, my teeth turned out amazing and I'm so so happy with the results. Awesome experience.

I love Dr. Anderson's personality! He is down to earth and very personable. His staff are friendly as well. Mitch is one of his staff and she is excellent!
