The office is well run, very professional, & made me feel right at home. She listened to all my questions and was very patient with my throughout the process. Dr. Courtney Brady and the team at Cornerstone take dental visits to another level! My two children and I have had the honor of being treated by Dr. Brady for the past year and couldn't be more pleased. To provide context. I lived in NYC prior to moving to MA and was a patient of a dental practice on Madison Avenue. I live in Shrewsbury and have seen dentists in Boston and the Metrowest area in search for one with whom I might trust enough to make the leap to veneers.

I'm thrilled to say, I proudly wear Dr. Brady's outstanding craftsmanship and they are stunning. I have been considering veneers for many years for both aesthetics and function, but was concerned about an unnatural result. Instead, I have a full set (top and bottom) of what I'd deem perfect (shape and color) for my face and personality. My children, (15 year old son and 12 year old daughter) are just as impressed with Dr. Brady's ever so caring and gentle approach and look forward to seeing her and the wonderful staff.

Being a new patient, my first visit was amazing, how often do you hear that from a dentist visit. Received a friendly welcome, like I have been an old friend, not clinical. The practice is just beautiful, a more relaxed feeling as a patient, like being in a lovely home. Most important, Becky my dental hygienist was caring, and concerned about my comfort and very gentle, no soreness I had experienced elsewhere. Dr. Brady conducted one of the most thorough exams I have had, checking for cancers, abnormalities, asking questions, was not rushed. Highly recommend.

To say that I have enjoyed every appointment I've had at Cornerstone Dental might sound strange, but it's genuinely true. The office is clean and modern and inviting, with water and coffee available in the waiting room along with a large variety of reading material. More importantly, the staff is exceptional. I have never encountered a more kind and welcoming group of employees at ANY doctors/dental office.

The women at the front desk are simply the best. Always there to check you in or out with a smile on their faces. The dental staff is informative and gentle. I never have once felt like I was being "upsold" for any services, as I have at other dental offices I've been to. Love Cornerstone Dental, I was with my previous dentist for 15+ years so was hesitant to make a change and even considered driving over an hour to continue going there because of all the bonding work I have. Made an appointment to have Dr. Portnoff check a temporary bonding she did. She and Mary Lou had difficulty finding when it was done. Finally, they discovered it was done September 2009. This was a temporary procedure that lasted more than eight years. No words can describe the quality care my family has received from this outstanding staff. Highly recommend!
