3/22/2022 I have an asphyxiation and gag phobia so having anyone's hands in my mouth is very trying for me, to say the least. I have loved Dr Patel from the very start of his practice in Bridgewater because he has always been understanding and will stop and let me swallow or take a break if I need to. I have had 4 crown procedures on back molars with little to no discomfort during the procedures.
He always explains what he is going to do and adds information during the procedure if he needs to. He is patient and kind and attentive to my needs and fears. But the biggest positive for me is that he is highly skilled in what he does. I never feel the novocaine injections. He gives a little at a time so that you are numb for any injections after the first one.
The results of his procedures are always incredible. I have had routine care and cleanings, bleachings, both at home and in office, and most recently I had 12 front teeth crowned. I have always been conscientious about keeping my teeth presentable, so when he recommended crowning my front teeth, I seriously considered it even though I am uncomfortable with all dental procedures, even simple routine cleanings. Dr Patel gave me a whole consult appointment where he showed me before and after pictures of other patients and explained the whole procedure and timeline as well as the cost and the benefits of doing it at age 71 rather than waiting any longer.
It took 4 appointments to get the 12 teeth done, but I am ecstatic today with the results. He is able to correct imperfections in your teeth and make them whiter and he works at the fitting until they are absolutely comfortable. I would say I had some slight discomfort at times during the procedure, but Dr Patel made it very, very easy for even a very reluctant dental patient like me to go through this procedure. I would trust him with anything to do with my teeth. Everyone in his office is wonderful.

I am thankful to have found this dental clinic. The staff and Dr. Patel do an exceptional work taking care of their clients. No wonder why I drive 40 minutes to see them. My teeth are well taken care of and I am very happy! Still on the works but soon I will be able to smile beautilly like never before thanks to my new invisalign

I had been a patient of dr Patel for years when i was younger, he always had my grandmother paying out of pocket for things even tho my insurance fully covered it and we had t realized any of this until i found a better dentist. He took my wisdom teeth out, i felt absolutely everything and was awake the entire time.he then also performed root canal without consent and sealed it with what my dentist now says is the largest one she has ever seen.
All the work he has done on my teeth throughout the years all has to now be re done because it was either not done correctly and caused further damage or wasn't done fully and things were left underneath the fillings. Absolutely under no circumstances will i ever recommend this place AgIn.

Do not under any circumstances go to this dentist. Not only is he rude and condescending but he will squeeze you and your insurance for every dime he can get. Regardless of the work being done or not. Also if you disagree with him he will call you and berate you like a child, and threaten to sue your insurance for them telling you that he legally can't make you pay a $200 copay!
Good luck! Definition of buyer beware! Especially if he starts the work then leaves you with a hole in your tooth to make you need to come back to fix it. He is not the only dentist out there. I will be suprised if he isn't shut down soon.

So I went in for a simple filling and everyone from the receptionist, to the nurse, to Dr Patel himself the experience was flawless. I'll be switching my dentist today to his office full time now. I get really nervous going to the dentist and trying his practice today has me second guessing my fears about the dentist. He explained EVERYTHING the nurse explained EVERYTHING, and as a nervous nelly hearing what's about to happen puts me in a better place. I think I was there for 20mins tops and my wife can't even tell where the filling is! That's how great his work is!

Dr. Patel and his staff are fantastic! Having grown up during an era where dentists were rough, tough and could be quite mean, I can honestly say that he does superb dental work! Given my level of confidence in Dr. Patel and his staff, I am more than happy to refer people to his office for dental care. I have no hesitation giving Dr. Patel and his staff a 5 star rating!

Dr. Patel and his great staff have been mine and my family's dentist for years. My mother takes in individuals from the state, Dr. Patel shows great compassion and patients, and always welcomes our extended family. The office is clean and the staff are always so friendly! Funny to say but it's always a pleasure going to the dentist!
