Everyone was very pleasant from the start. when I got the initial examine. The next day they were pleasant and I was immediately taken to the lady who was going to do the work of cleaning my teeth. She was pleasant but no time wasted. She cleaned my teeth in a quick and gentle matter very fast. My mouth looks great now and I will be back in for another cleaning soon I bet

Dr. Sims has been my family's dentist for years and I could not recommend him enough. He recently solved a major issue I was having in a really practical and affordable way. He goes over things very well and gives you a thorough, no-bs explanation. I don't ever feel uneasy or questioning in his diagnoses like I have with other Dentists in the past. He is authentic, extremely knowledgeable, reasonable, and trustworthy. I will literally never see another dentist ever again as long as I possibly can :D Go see Dr. Sims!

I am a retired dental assistant, therefore I feel pretty qualified to say that Dr. Sims and staff are great. I get excellent care. They are professional. I like that he advises what I need without over treating. I used to live in the Clayton area but have moved to Apex over 5 years ago and still make the trip to there office, that's how much confidence I have in him.

Dr. Sims came in on a weekend night to take me in as a patient last minute due to a dental emergency. I couldn't be more grateful for him and his wife who were with me the whole time, keeping me calm and making me feel comfortable. I had an amazing experience and that's coming from someone who usually hates going to the dentist! I highly recommend this true family dentistry and I am forever thankful for the kindness and care they showed me!

Have been going to Dr. Sims for several years now. Always a great visit. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Sims very caring and professional. My last visit involved a tooth that broke off. An appointment was available the next day, but I had to put it off till the following day due to commitments. I was in and out of the office in less than an hour. Dr. Sims' rates are very reasonable.
And although they don't take insurance, they are extremely helpful filling out the required insurance paperwork for you to submit. Thank you Dr. Sims and the entire staff at your office for your service.

Dr. Sims has been my dentist for over a dozen years and I couldn't be happier with him as my provider. His staff is professional, his office is clean, and his advice is great. Trust is something you must have with a dentist and I'm glad I found a dentist I could trust in Dr. Sims. This is an unsolicited review; I like to recognize great work when I find it.

We always receive excellent care with Dr. Tim Sims and his staff. Everyone is friendly, setting appointments and follow-ups is never a hassle, and the treatment plans are explained in detail, so that puts everyone at ease. Care is always prompt, which is important when you've got a dental appointment scheduled on a busy day. We highly recommend their practice!

My wife and I have been going to Dr Sims for the last eight or ten years and are quite satisfied. The office is clean and professionally run. The staff is unfailingly pleasant and helpful and get you in to your appointment on time. Dr Sims is caring, concerned and does a great job. He takes the time to answer questions and make sure you are satisfied.
I have no complaints about the service. The only down side is that you have to pay at the end of your appointment and file your insurance paperwork yourself. Although, they do complete the required forms for you. If you are in need of a dentist in the Clayton/Garner area I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice.
