I absolutely love Dr. Patel and his staff at the Beavercreek office. Dr. Patel is so professional and his mannerisms and genuine concern for his patients are second to none. He has made me truly feel like I belong and it's like a big family there. I love the way Dr. patel takes all the time you need to make sure he has answered all of my questions and has explained everything to me no matter how long it takes.

I can tell he REALLY cares and understands my concerns, needs and wants. His staff made me feel important and that my concerns do matter. His staff was wonderful from greeting me and answering my questions and made me feel so welcome. I won't go any where else for my dental needs because I trust Dr Patel and his staff tremendously! Thank you all!

Huge, HUGE shout out to my amazing Dentist Dr. Tim Richter of Fairfield Family Dentistry! He fixed my front tooth to a perfect match. I had a traumatic pool accident in high school and needed a front tooth crown after. I've hated it for so many years, it was like a neon sign to me in every picture. Now, thanks to Dr. Tim and his exceptional work, you can't tell any longer!

Love this Dental Practice, Very Friendly, and Professional. They also care about your well-being. My husband and I have been Patients for well over 15 years. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

My daughter went here for a cleaning and since my daughter is 13 I had to sit and wait for her. Sad as my daughter is growing older, but they made me feel so comfortable about it. It was ultimately my choice, but I felt that is was good for her to do so. I felt my daughter was in good hands and they made her feel great about her visit. You could tell they where a bit short staffed, but they where incredibly nice and kind to everyone about it. Front desk and hygienist where incredibly kind and my daughter enjoyed her visit and was excited to come back to talk more musicals. Would highly recommend.

Great atmosphere and staff. Clean, friendly and orderly staff. The Dentist is very personable. He makes going to the dentist a non scary appointment. He is very informative and his work is of great quality. Trust me you will love your smile!

Yesterday was my first dental visit with Dr. Joe. My total visit from the beginning to end was exceptional. I want to Especially thank Denise for her cheerful and professional help with my insurance and scheduling issues. Cheryl, the hygienist, helped make me feel at ease and she was very thorough and pleasant. Dr. Joe was a delight and helpful in his assessment of my dental care.

I cracked a tooth over the weekend and they were able to squeeze me in on Monday to take care of it. Very thankful they were able to see me on such short notice. Their practice runs efficiently and the facility is clean. Everyone is very professional and caring. Dr. Tim Richter removed a tooth for me last year and replaced it with a dental implant and his work was flawless. Highly recommend!

Overall, very friendly and professional staffs. Dentist, I was seen was so careful while cleaning my teeth and done a great job with no pain at all. Highly recommended to everyone looking for quality service with kindness and care and flexibility in terms of service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Appointment was easy and quick and waiting time was only 5 minutes. The waiting room was Comfortable & clean and and the Exam room was also clean and sanitary. Beth gave me the best teeth cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Joe was very pleasant, friendly and did a thorough exam. Really like this place!

My appointment was overall pretty great. Lou was my friendly hygienist, has been there for years, and seems to love her job at this family practice. Dr. Joe Richter saw me today for my exam, and I think I see (his dad) Dr. Timothy Richter next time. The staff is friendly & professional, the office is clean & fresh looking, and they seem very efficient with processing appointments/book-keeping.

The office is very clean and they are thorough checking people for Covid. The personnel is very friendly. They took me on time for my appointment. Dr Richter has been my dentist for a few years now. He is very honest and inly will do work that is needed and he does it well. I recommend him for anyone!

Excellent work, very efficient, and very friendly. Dr. Richter is wonderful, both of them are actually! And the staff is fantastic, of all the dentists I've been to and the extensive work I've had done, this is my favorite by far. Who can say they LOVE going to the dentist, but I have to say that I LOVE that I go there now!

My daughter and I both had are teeth cleaned. Excellent at cleaning our teeth and making us feel comfortable. The Dr is caring and sincere, he isn't trying to make money off the patients he wants to help. They answered all the questions we had, the atmosphere is warm and friendly. I highly recommend this dental office.
