Waited three months for an appointment, only to not be able to make it due to work obligations. When attempting to reschedule I was told that company policy doesn't allow a reschedule for a missed first appointment. I let the state of my teeth decay for three months, leading a cavity into a full blown root canal, because they were booked out, and then they refuse to service me. My oral health is actually worse after trying to use this dentist office.

We are always pleased with our visits to VanSlambrouck Family Dentistry! Everyone is very kind, make you feel comfortable and valued. Dr. VanSlambrouck and his staff are very particular and do excellent work. Everything is very clean, just the way we want it to be! We can't imagine going anywhere else for our dental needs!

Dr. Scott came highly recommended by a friend who is very familiar with the Holland dental community. Everyone in the office is so friendly and competent and for the 8 - 10 times I've been there with my kids or on my own, I've always had a great experience. At my most recent visit, Kimber was my hygienist and I absolutely loved her! I definitely recommend Dr. Scott and his team to anyone looking for a profession and friendly dentist in West Michigan.
