I have been going to Dr Berris for many years. All of the staff are excellent. The office has been taking precautions against COVID-19 over and above what's necessary. I feel totally safe there. Also, the appointment reminder texts are awesome.

I am a new patient at this office. My dentist retired. I had a filling done by Dr. Berris the other day. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed and confident in what he was doing. Happy to be a new patient with this practice. My tooth is fixed and comfortable. I recommend this office especially Dr. Berris because I haven't met the other doctor. The girls at the front desk are personable and helpful. Toni did my deep clean and it was a breeze!

This is, hands down, the best dentist I have come across in Michigan. Dr. BERRIS is patient, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He makes every visit pleasant and has wonderful staff. Highly recommend! I am so happy I found this place. I was considering keeping this gem to myself but because a good dentist is a very rare encounter in my experience, but the world needs to know

Dr. Ron Berris is the most wonderful "painless" dentist. He is so careful about making sure that everything in your mouth is as it should be. The whole office is patient-kind and considerate. Can't imagine going anywhere else. He can't ever retire.

This is a really wonderful dentist office! Dr Berris and his staff are extremely kind. friendly, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Besides the amazing and incredibly helpful staff, the waiting room lobby is very cool with a beautiful collection of antique dentistry equipment on display!

This dental practice is the absolute best! The dentists are excellent. So is the support staff. I can't say enough good things about them.

Five stars would be an inadequate measure of the extraordinary service Dr. Ronald Berris rendered to me after completion of my scheduled early morning appointment with Wendy, my long-standing dental hygienist. Dr Berris ordered his assistant to take xrays that showed I needed two root canals. He contacted a nearby root canal specialist who agreed to perform the service at the end of his scheduled day. Dr. Berris and his assistant remained after closing hours insisting that I return so that he could temporarily replace the now useless upper front bridge that had had to be removed.

This inconvenience to him and his staff was so that I would not have had to suffer the temporary indignity of a toothless grin, an especially sensitive one for an 84 Year old woman! Not only is he an excellent, thoughtful Dentist, who runs his office like they are Family, but also makes sure they are as well cared for as his patients by installing the best Air Filtration Equipment.

I do want to mention how appreciative I am of Wendy, my Dental Hygienist, who has a very thorough method of "erasing" my errors with patience and concern for my well being, while being gentle. Visiting Dr. Berris's office is like being with family, and she is one of the special reasons why.

Where to begin. 2 weeks before appt. I called to make sure some x-rays I had recently had were sent from my last dentist. I was told no but that they would contact the previous dentist and later that day received a voice mail assuring me everything was all set. I returned from out of town for the appt. even though I had other business I needed to attend to out of town.

After a rude receptionist (god forbid she ever have any real power) and a rude assistant who abruptly told me there were no xrays and implied the fault was mine, I sat for a hour in the chair after the woman who left the voice mail came in and admitted it was her voice and went to continue to search for them. Next a rude dentist came in and seemed annoyed with the situation saying they should just take new xrays.

I agreed but said there should be no charge since whatever mixup was on their part not mine since I checked a second time. When she said no there would be a charge, I left. With an hour wasted and feeling abused by an office who all seemed resolute in the power they thought each of their positions afforded them. The only exception was the person who left the voicemail and apparently made whatever error that caused this entire fiasco. Anyone know a good dentist?

I have been a patient of Dr. Goldstein and Yelena, my hygienist, for 3 years. i had been with my previous dentist for over 25 years. I have appreciated the care and level of skill of both my providers. Dr Goldstein is extremely skilled in all facets of dental care. She is very conscientious and detailed. My hygienist also has much experience, an engaging personality, and detailed oriented too. I told my husband when I returned from my appointment that I had so much confidence that my dental care was in the right hands!

I followed my awesome hygienist Karen here. The bonus is that I have found a wonderful dentist here in Dr. Goldstein. Pain free dentistry & a new beautifully fit crown. Highly recommend

The hygienist did an excellent job at putting me at ease and addressing my dental concerns. Dr. Goldstein did very well at explaining the next steps in my treatment program.

I was very impressed with Julie Goldstein and her team for the way they helped my 91-year-old mother and her broken tooth. They were sensitive and accommodating to her and she came through in flying colors! Thanks again for making this experience bearable.

If I told you it's possible to have a fun, fearless, relaxed dental experience you probably wouldn't believe me. But it happened to me too this week. I arrived in town Mon. with a broken tooth. Dr. Berris was able to fit me in Tues for cleaning and exam. Sent me to a specialist for a tooth extraction and fit me in Fri to have my four front teeth bonded.

This was accomplished with a fantastic, helpful, friendly staff, And of course the very talented, very knowledgeable Dr Berris. I will always fly in for my dentist needs. He's the Greatest! (And funny too) Thank you!

Extremely clean. Dr Berris has gone to great measures to keep the everyone Covid safe. Karen cleaned my teeth. She is excellent and has a gentle touch. This office is excellent.
