Always a great experience! Appointments are easy in, easy out. Plans clearly discussed and have not once felt pressured to commit to anything! My daughter actualky looks forward to coming(maybe bc she gets to miss some school while shes at appt). Friendly staff. Waiting area is big. Complementary wifi. Nice little coffee/kitchenette/lounge area. Kids area for the little ones to stay occupied. I deff recommend.

For the most part they are very nice people. The only thing is is braces are extremely expensive so no matter where you go you're going to pay an arm and a leg and probably another arm and a leg. I could say you get what you pay for in some cases I'm sure that is true. But so far we are content except for the cost

Dr. Powell and Staff are very talented and very professional. Dr. Powell and Staff worked wonder's on my teeth. I went from an ugly smile to a Beautiful smile. They make you feel comfortable and welcome. I Highly recommend! The Best place ever! If I could give 10 stars I would! You guys see the pics this all the proof you need!

At age 53 I figured the only way I would get straight teeth would be with dentures when I was very old. Well I was wrong! Powell Orthodontics was highly recommended to me from my dentist. I went through with the free consultation and decided to give it a shot. Photos were taken and a clearly laid out plan was put in place. They used a "quad" appliance to widen the arch of my mouth after braces were applied. Rubber bands helped move my lower jaw to the right and back.

After just over two years, I would have never dreamed my teeth would be so straight. Now with my braces off, flossing is a breeze and I will never be embarrassed to smile for pictures again! Here are some other highlights for me: - Free consultation - Early appointment times starting at 7:20 am - Explained procedures along the way - Gave me ample supplies - Doctors were only a phone call away if an emergency came up.

In two years I only had one loose back molar band. I called, they gave me instructions, reassured me it would be ok, and got me in ASAP the next business day. - All x-rays and getting fit for my retainer was like them taking a photo with their top notch state of the art dental equipment (painless) - No white gritty powder impression. They use their state of the art equipment. - My retainers were made at their location using the 3D images (amazing) - Easy to use website with great information resources - Easy to make payments online - I viewed their work area as a well oiled machine! - Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and kind.

Called and asked if they participated with my insurance. They said yes. Pulled my kid out of school. Showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early as advised to find the door locked. They did not open until my appointment time. Then at the end I find out they do not participate with my insurance but will bill them as out of network. Great bait and switch technique. Horrible way to treat potential clients. I will never go back or recommend.

Going to be all smiles for a long time! Thank you Dr. Powell and team for all you've done throughout the past year and a half! The team is so welcoming and nice and the doctors are just sweethearts. I will recommend them to all my family and friends!

From the moment I began my braces journey to the very end, Dr. Powell and everyone in the office has been so professional and kind. I would look forward to every appointment that I had at the orthodontist. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Powell and his staff as they are so trustworthy and amazing. I love my smile now!

We have had a good experience with Dr Powell and his team. They are efficient, and I found their prices to be fair. Never waited more than a few minutes to be seen (rare in the medical field that they run on time). My daughter came out smiling each time. The prize treasure chests are a fun treat. A great experience, I would recommend this orthodontist.

Payment plan is nice too, generally it is expected that payment in full is due up front. It's nice they offer the ability to finance interest free over 12 months. My daughter's teeth look great.

This office gave a referral to an oral surgeon but when we got to the oral surgeon they had not received the xrays with the referral a week after the xrays were taken. The oral surgeon could not get in touch with the office and ended up needing to take a second set of xrays.

I'm so grateful to Dr. Powell and the staff for my new smile. As an older adult I was a little nervous to get braces but the staff made me feel so comfortable. They are so friendly and encouraging. The entire office from the front desk to the clinical area is run very professionally. I never had to wait for my appointment. I was usually in and out within 10-15 minutes. I love the way my teeth look and I would highly recommend Dr. Powell's office.

Dr. Powell is an excellent orthodontist. His office is friendly and impressively organized. He runs an efficient, knowledgeable and caring practice. Dr. Powell is willing to go the extra mile when needed. My son was hit in the mouth with a baseball after Office hours. We called Dr. Powell's emergency care line and he met us at his office. Luckily, my son did not loose his bottom teeth, that were knocked in, because of the quick care he received that night.

I went to Dr. Powell as a kid and now my daughter goes there. The office staff is very forgetful so if you call to make a change, expect to call again to follow up on the change. As for the doctor himself, he's very good at what he does but he's not as friendly as he use to be. When I called today, it felt like he was too busy to talk to me. He pretty much hung up on me. I wish I would have shopped around for a smaller office with less patients.

The BEST staff I have ever encountered. Dr. Powell is amazingly talented. They are very professionally, personable, compassionate, very affordable and offer a detailed payment plan that is very accommodating. I would recommend this orthodontist office to everyone. Very family friendly as well with their advanced technology. My daughter was very nervous going into this process and everyone was very considerate in making her feel comfortable with all of the treatment. They seem to be doing a decent job with getting my daughter's teeth straight. The waiting room is always packed but they get you in on time. They call in numerous kids at once, so it's like herding cattle, but it works. Very clean office and they do payment plans do all good. The waiting room has coffee and cookies in case you are still half asleep like I was, and the staff us friendly.

They call you in after to explain what they did and what your kiddo needs to go to maintain the work done. There is an area for little kids to play in so feel free to take them along.
