I must say that I was impressed with our first few visits with this office. I felt like it was a perfect match. My children were requested to return asap as they had few cavities. I just now reached out to schedule an appointment for my daughter to have her teeth fixed and the first appointment is in November! It is now July! I was told that I need to take a photo of my child's cavity (this is ridiculous) and send it to the doctor in order for him to prioritize!
This is crazy! I have already paid for the x-rays and the records are available to the doctor. I am shocked and disappointed to have such grade service turn to this. If remember thinking that it was too good to be true. I just hope that this dentist is not in it for the money only and have done all that he had to to gain the following but is not able to actually keep a solid responsibility towards the children.
This office used to be open any time of day, weekends as well to 'help' accommodate the cleaning of the teeth, but are not able to do the same to fix the teeth. I do not recommend.

Dr. Dyson had my two and four-year-old kids belly laughing during their visits. He truly has a gift with making children feel comfortable. His staff is also great. While my kids are small enough that they've only ever had to have cleanings without any cavities, etc., I would recommend him to anyone based on my experience so far.
