I've been a patient at Rauchberg Dental for close to 2 years after searching for a new practice that was gentle, affordable and used newer techniques/technology. I enjoy coming for my cleanings and have never had any painful experiences, even getting filling work from Dr. Oh and Iris. I've had the same hygienist Ilona and she's always pleasant and personable. Highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Rauchberg and his staff are extremely welcoming. I was looking for a place to shadow as I am aspiring to become a future dental practitioner and Dr. Rauchberg welcomed me with open arms. He has allowed me to watch exactly how he treats his patients as well as discusses with me why each procedure was done the way it was and how things can be improved in terms of oral health for the patient. Also, his front desk staff, hygienists, and dental assistants have made me feel like family even though I have not been with them for as long as they have. I have shadowed other practices as well, but nothing comes close to how Dr. Rauchberg and his staff treats everyone.

Extremely accommodating. I've been coming here for years, and even after moving 45 minutes away, I will still come back because the dentists because of the quality of work and trust this office offers. The doctors, especially Iris are extremely nice and do their job very well.

Dr. Kazi and assistant Iris provided an excellent experience. Very professional, skilled, and gentle. All procedures were explained step by step and I felt so comfortable getting treatment done. The office is equipped with high tech such as digital impression scan, dental cone beam CT, and in addition the office air is filtered by the medical grade purifer.

I felt safe and protected especially during pandemic era. The location is easy to find and the parking is so convenient. At last, the staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. I highly recommend this practice

Dr. Kazi is amazing! She's so patient and understanding and really takes the time to make sure you're comfortable and not in any pain. I highly recommend coming to see her for all your dental needs. Her assistant Julie is always great at making sure everything goes smoothly as well.

I love it here at Rauchberg Dental Group! They always take good care of me and have even entertained my children while at a check up! Iris, Dr. Kazi, and Dr. Sylvester have all seen me/taken care of me and have done an outstanding job! They make me feel so comfortable I would highly recommend them.

Hands down, the very best dental service I have ever experienced. Truly recommend it 100% I've been seeing Dr Rauchberg for a couple of years now and he has attended to all my dental needs so well. Dr. Oh was really great during my first patient appointment. He took the time to answer all my questions, provide helpful suggestions and referrals. He also made sure that I was comfortable throughout the cleaning.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a very very very long time. To say I was scared, nervous, embarrassed was an understatement. The staff and hygienist were nothing but sweet and warm and welcoming and Dr. Alan was understanding, kind and made me feel better about myself and about going to the dentist! Highly recommend!

The entire staff at Rauchberg Dental Group is so friendly and inviting. They made me feel so comfortable in a situation that makes me very uncomfortable and they fulfilled all of my needs leaving me and my smile feeling so confident! The moment you walk into the office you're greeted with such a warm welcome from the girls up front and the positivity is continued through out the whole visit from all of the staff. They work out financial agreements with you as needed and they also accept care credit. I'm not nervous once a toothache occurs because I know Rauchberg Dental will take very good care of me!

Clean friendly office. Went here to inquire about a procedure and I was seen by the dental Assistant, Iris- she was professional, knowledgeable and really friendly. Looking forward to going back soon!

I called Rauchberg Dental Group through a family member recommendation since I was looking to change my dentist. As a new patient with an emergency, the office scheduled me for a consultation the same day since my front tooth cracked and came out at the gum line. Dr. Kazi and the dental assistant made me feel so comfortable and Dr. Kazi quickly put a plan in place for an implant/crown. The front office staff went above and beyond to schedule my appointment for the implant within a week. I am so happy I chose Rauchberg Dental!

Dr. Allan is professional and compassionate. He is extremely patient and smart. You can tell he loves his job because he is so passionate about it. He also has a great team, Michelle and Iris are beyond professional and always make me feel that going to the dentist is a pleasure!

Wonderful experience! Very good job. I have had dental in the past but honestly none as good as our experience with Rauchberg. Very professional team. They know what they are doing and keep the patient informed of it at all times. No surprises. They treated us so good they made us feel like home. Will definitely get back! My dad is a patient of The Rauchberg Dental Group. They are simply, the best! Not only does Dr. Rauchberg provide excellent care, his entire staff, is just amazing. My dad has had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Rauchberg for several years. So his interaction with the staff, specifically Christina, has been wonderful. From answering his questions, to helping him get an Uber, they take good care of their patients! We highly recommend the Rauchberg Dental Group!

Nobody loves going to the dentist and I'm no different, but I couldn't imagine a nicer, more competent group of people working in a dentist office, than the folks at Rauchberg. Dr R has always been super pleasant and cool and the rest of the staff are just as good. I forget her name, but the Polish woman who works there is fantastic too, and she's always a pleasure to deal with.

I couldn't think of a bad thing to say about Rauchberg Dental if I wanted to. They're genuine people and they're good at their jobs. I would recommend this joint to anyone for their teeth needs. Zero complaints from me

I was referred to Rauchberg dental group by my daughter in law and I couldn't be happier. The office staff is pleasant to deal with and the whole unit is sanitized with an air purification system. Dr Rauchberg explains all your options and his assistant Iris is very thorough and has a great sense of humor to put your mind at ease. His dental hygienist (whose name escapes me) was so gentle and thorough and I am very sensitive. I would highly recommend this practice you won't be disappointed.

I had gone to Rauchberg Dental about a decade ago, and though they had state of the art technology, the hygienist I saw was very critical of my oral health & hygiene, to the point that I felt humiliated. I had been going through health issues & was hospitalized, so my oral hygiene was not in ship-shape, but I had done the best I could to keep my mouth clean & healthy.

The female dentist that I had seen, left me alone while I was waiting for the nitrous oxide to take effect for a crown they said I needed, and I felt very uneasy with no one monitoring me. Also, while she worked on my mouth, I sat quietly, and she suddenly told me that "if I don't calm down, she'll have to close up shop". I had no idea why she told me that!

I gave 2 stars, because the receptionist, back at that time, was very kind & understanding when I called their office to tell them I would not return. I do hope that by now things are better there for the sake of any new patients.

The only reason I'm giving them two stars instead of one because the medical staff is very friendly & knowledgeable even though they are probably getting family & friends to write the only positive reviews here. The office staff on the other hand has been rude to me and my family for years. I feel like a nuisance calling them or having an appointment.

Several experiences include: not updating my contact information when I told them to and still calling my old number for an appointment, canceling my appointment for an office party and not trying to get a hold of me, cutting me off when I'm talking, not following up to me asking about my records, etc. I'm so happy I moved out of state so I don't have to deal with them.

It astounds me that the staff is still there despite the many complaints about how nasty they are. The doctors are hurting their business and customer satisfaction by having them there another second! FIRE THE FRONT OFFICE!

Went there today for their new patient special and was very happy with the overall experience. Charge was $159 for full set of x-rays, cleaning, and exam. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hygienist took her time, and I had no pain or discomfort at all. She recommended having a tooth extracted, but said it was not an emergency. Dr. Rauchberg said the same thing when he came in; I appreciated that no one tried to scare me into a procedure that I may not need for years.

He asked if I had any questions and took his time. Sorry to see other reviews with low ratings. Perhaps the staff has been changed in recent years. Only minor complaint is that the waiting room is very noisy. It is a large practice, and a lot of talking over a loud tv.

Started my invisalighn today and could not be in better care with Dr. Rauchberg, the staff is very outgoing and friendly. Helped me with any questions, I needed. Actually very helpful, and being a student and young, they actually offer a great deal with dental insurance that help you get covered for the year with cleanings discounts on any dental work.

Very excited to be back and continue my journy to get the smile of my dreams. Thank you guys for making me feel good about myself and taking care of my needs during this time. 3 months from now, I'm going to have a perfect smile and brand new attitude!

Been coming here for years. Majority of the desk staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, the hygienists are always helpful and tentative while Dr. Rauchberg will make sure to recommend the best option for his patients particular circumstances. Best in the area

This place only cares about your money. Front desk area is beyond rude and talks to patients like idiots. Not to mention NO patient confidentiality. Had a root canal done. 2 years and it fell out. Filling done and tooth looks horrible. And all the billing/receptionist cared about was balance. Not that I had no tooth etc. which she yelled across office. Really?

I do not recommend this practice at all. Advice if Dr. Rauchberg reads this. you need NICER front desk staff who actually show compassion and don't talk down to patients. They def lost my family as patients. All about money. So sad. Not 2 mention all the money I spent. gone. And now I have to spend more for an implant that I shouldn't need.

When I went for my appointment they removed 1 tooth instead of 2, after cutting my gum they never followed up on me. When I went to have another tooth removed doctor didn't show up. On top of that they wanted me to pay for another booking. I tried to contact them in regards with my balance and also to express my sentiments, they kept ignoring me. Told me they would call back but upto now they haven't phoned.

All they care about is money and sadly I can't afford being mistreated, besides I don't have that money. They stole from a poor person and hopefully it makes them richer and happier that I am still in pain today.

Just walked out of my appointment. This place is horrible. I tried to give them a second just after a new patient horrible experience. That was a big mistake. The customer service you get at this place of business is deplorable. Still, I thought I could just stay focused on what I needed, healthy teeth. Well - I was wrong. They messed up my teeth so badly that I cannot even enjoy a cold glass of water. Will never return.

Came here for my root canal and couldn't have asked for a better dentist, assistants, and experience. As someone who's afraid of the dentist and avoids coming in at all costs, I felt very comfortable and at ease. The front desk also set up my payment plan so I didn't have to stress about paying up front. Overall, I would recommend everyone at this practice!

1. First visit me and my children. Gave me 2 referral coupons worth $200 (not honored), should of known on my first visit when someone walked out yelling. 2. Wrote a check for service ins paid, took 6 months to get half of what they owe me back but not before attempting to get me to pay an additional over $300 over the phone. 3. When I tried to call and asked to speak to Dr. Rauchberg told I could not 4.

Very rude staff 5. Went in with no pain, walked out with pain that persists while seeking a new dentist 6. Still owe me $150 I will never see 7. Assembly line dentist office, you get who you get if you like that kind of thing. 8. Tried to get $35 from each of us to send x-rays to the new dentist, ask to sign a release or they will charge you.

Such a great place! Everyone there is so caring. The owner Alan really cares about his customers and I feel like family at my dentist appointments.

I could not agree more with these reviews. Everything is about money here. The main billing girl witht he red hair is an absolute train wreck. she is so nasty and bitter. The entire staff needs customer service classes. Absolutely worst experience i have ever had at a doctors office.

Zero stars! This place is a total scam, its comparable to buying a car. Every visit, they try and "sell" you on another service or product. How about you just perform the service I came here for? And the lady at the front desk.wow, she's something special. NEVER remembers who you are, no matter how many times you made the terrible mistake of going to that office.

She most definitely doesn't remember the credits she offered for positive reviews of her office. Plain and simple, please don't make the mistake I did ( more than once) of going to this office.

Agree with all of the reviews below. Also made a yelp account just to deter others from this place. I did feel like they were after my money and the lady at the front desk is super nasty.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. This practice is completely unethical. They overcharge for services and are incredibly sneaky. They try to sell you things you don't need. Who charges $230 for a basic cleaning? My husband and I will no longer be patients here for being tricked into unnecessary services.

This place does decent work but will for sure over charge you! I have never been charged so much for dental work. I then spoke to a few other friends and all have had the same experience. I paid 185 because they assumed that's what insurance won't cover, then sent me a bill for another 245. The total bill for my services was 450. So I asked insurance only covered 20?

They said yes. I called Delta Dental and they said they paid 80 % of my bill. I three wayed the rep and called back the girl said her computer crashed and couldn't give details. This place will for sure over charge you! Stay away there are much better dentists out there.
