My crown randomly fell out of my tooth yesterday, so I called the office and they made some time for me to come in. Although they only allotted 15 minutes for me, I took longer because I am a baby and insisted on being numbed up.and then when I wasn't numb enough, they numbed me again. I apologized for taking up so much time as they were generous enough to squeeze me in, but Dr. Munch was so kind and patient, telling me not to worry. They fixed my crown right up and I went home. So grateful to them for making time for me and for their patience and quality of care.

Dr Mutch the hygienists, assistants and front desk staff are always friendly and thorough. I am particular when it comes to my dental care, and I want a dental office that doesn't have its own agenda pushing unnecessary procedures just to make a buck. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Dr Mutch was very meticulous with my teeth which I so appreciate. He pays attention to detail which I love for as a nurse, I am a perfectionist even though I'm not perfect. I'm so sad that you don't take Medicare plans which I will be transitioning to the end of this April. I have always loved your office and staff who are all friendly and professional. My daughter had a filling pop out of her mouth over the weekend. We called Monday morning for an emergency visit and Medford Family Dental Care was able to get us in right away. The dentist was thorough even though it was an emergency visit. Most of all, the staff was exceptional. The one specific receptionist went over and beyond to contact my insurance company to ensure coverage for the visit.
