A pleasant and positive experience each and every visit. The entire office staff is repeatedly friendly, welcoming and patient with our 10 year old. So much so that she actually looks toward to her appointments! Drs. Bill and JV are always professional with gentle and reassuring bedside manners. First off I have to say hands down, the Doctors and staff are the best. My families smiles are just beautiful. Everyone is friendly and seem to always be laughing with each other. Oh forgot to mention they have the best play list I've ever heard in a doctors or dentist office! Would highly recommend young, old or in between, you won't be disappointed.

I saw Dr. Bills for a second opinion regarding jaw surgery and I can't recommend him enough. He explained everything in thorough detail but also with clarity. He listened to my goals and concerns, walked through my options with me and helped me be confident in my final decision. He and Ermine were thoughtful and personable and gave me a clarity about my situation I did not have before. The only reason I did not switch to this practice was for financial reasons.

Our family loves this practice and everyone employed there. They are amazingly courteous and accommodating, but most importantly-my daughters' teeth are absolutely beautiful! We let Dr. Bills complete the whole process, from expander to braces, and we are so pleased with the final outcome. They are perfectionists and we couldn't be happier. I wanted to take a minute to express how pleased I have been with my daughters dental care. Doctor Bills staff is exceptional! I am in my 40s and I can tell you that the experience these kids are getting is out of this world. A long way away from what I remember as a child having to go to the dentist. I also wanted to thank one staff member, Amber, in particular.

It wasn't just her knowledge and the work she performed. The way she could communicate with my 11 year old is simply something that you can't teach. For instance, when we left I tried explaining one of the reason why I thought Amber was so good was because she was also very "Hip". To which my daughter replied " You see Dad, this is why your not HIP, because you actually used the word hip." Anywho, thanks again Amber and staff. Great job!

I Love Innovative Orthodontics! Super clean, on time, well organized and friendly staff. Orthodontists are top notch! As an adult at the beginning of my invisalign treatment, I am already seeing amazing results! This was a 50 th birthday present to myself. If you are on the fence about treatment as an adult, my advice is "Just do it, and Do it at Innovative Orthodontics"!

Innovative orthodontics provides orthodontic care in the most positive environment. The staff is knowledgeable and kind and go out of their way to make you comfortable as you explore the best options for your child's orthodontic care. I often joke with my friends that when I retire I would like to join the team at Innovative Orthodontics because everyone that works their is pleasant all of the time, and you can tell that they love their jobs and really care about their patients.

We had a great experience starting from my son's first appointment. Dr. Bill, Dr. JV and staff are the absolute best. My son had his braces on for 3 years and his teeth looked amazing once the braces came off. I would highly recommend I Ortho.

Dr. Bills and staff are very personable and knowledgeable! The dental assistant explained everything and even shared tutorial videos on how to clean and care for my teenager's braces. I really appreciated that Ms. Irmine remembered my other daughter's name and asked how she was doing! Dr. Bill's personally called me to see how my daughter was feeling less than 24 hours after he put her braces on! Totally expressed and would HIGHLY recommend. Professional from start to finish! Today was my daughters first orthodontic appointment with Dr. J. All of the staff were pleasant to meet. The office is state of the art and clean; it is also attached to a dentist office. I enjoyed the tour of the office and the explanation of every step of the process. Staff were informative and I enjoyed watching the video about the business. Dr. J was detailed about each step and friendly with my daughter. We look forward to the continued care of her teeth.

Dr. Bills and his team were fantastic through my time with braces. Everyone was always very professional and provided a friendly environment. A lot of my friends joked that whoever could fix my smile would deserve a Nobel Peace Prize. Well, I guess it is time to nominate them.

My son Kyle got his braces here. He recently got them off and is wearing a retainer. I can not say enough great things about this office. The staff is so friendly and knows everyone by name. The waiting area is very clean, comfortable and up to date. They have a huge flat screen tv, complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water, video games for the kids to play, and a charging station for your cell phone. Dr Bills is very professional and friendly. My daughter might need braces, and this is where I am going to take her. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.
