Dr. Bettina McBeth was born and raised in Adams County; she is from a long line of fruit growers native to this area. She holds undergraduate degrees in art education from Kutztown University and in biology from Penn State University. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
Dental bridges are created to bridge the gaps between healthy teeth, where at least one tooth may have deteriorated from decay or been removed. If you are missing at least one tooth and still have natural teeth on either side of the gap, Dr. McBeth may recommend a bridge. Bridges are typically fabricated using one of three methods: gold, porcelain, or a porcelain and gold hybrid materials.
Crowns cover the visible area of a severely decayed tooth. They can make a tooth look more attractive, replace a filling, and offer support for bridges. Crowns, or caps, can cover the visible area of a tooth once it has been extensively decayed or damaged. After removing the damaged part of the tooth, Dr. McBeth will fit a crown securely over the top of it, covering anything above the gum line. Most crowns are made with a porcelain, metal or gold base, and then coated with a thin layer of ceramic for a natural and beautiful finish.
Our dental professionals are dedicated to providing advanced family and cosmetic dentistry for every major dental need. With her artistic background, Dr. McBeth is committed "to make the difference" in creating beautiful smiles in a caring and trusting atmosphere. The basis of sound dental care is regular dental maintenance.

Amazing professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Always explains carefully what needs to be done, and what is going to happen. Dr. McBeth and her staff have always been accommodating to a tough schedule I keep, and have always been there to help when I was in an emergency situation. I have been to many dentists and after being here, I have never left.
