Fishbaine only recommends treatment that is actually needed. Some dentists like to run up their charges by unnecessary treatment and this never happens with Dr. Fishbaine. He even offered to make an copy of a dental appliance for me at his cost with no markup. Patient-centered service is unequaled. Staff is very sensitive to patient's needs. They treat you like family and you leave the office feeling like you have a new set of teeth every time. I recommend them without reservation. Even though I don't live in State College anymore, I still come back for this dentistry experience.

Dr. Fishbaine offers many comprehensive services including bonding (tooth-colored fillings), single visit ceramic CEREC crowns and onlays, single and multiple tooth replacements utilizing implants, full and partial dentures, Clear Correct aligners for orthodontics, periodontal care, and more.
CEREC: The world's first system for the fabrication of all ceramic dental restorations in one office visit. This system allows us to fabricate natural looking tooth-colored inlays, onlays, and crowns in one visit! These restorations are sometimes necessary when a tooth needs to be restored but a conventional bonded filling is inadequate to successfully do the job long term. For you, the patient, this means less injections, less drilling, and less time out of your schedule!
Implant dentistry has revolutionized the way we help individuals with missing teeth. There are many clinical situations today that are treated differently than they were ten years ago thanks to the continuing improvement in this discipline. Often a cylinder- shaped titanium implant can be surgically placed in the jaw and used to replace a missing tooth. The bone in the jaw fills in around the implant (osseointegration), and a crown is then placed on the implant. It feels very much like a real tooth.

I was fortunate to have been referred here for some extensive cosmetic dentistry. I found Dr. Fishbaine and his team to be reliably focused on best practice in every regard, over a span of several months and varying conditions (such as time of day, day of week, etc.). I couldn't be happier with the results, and finished feeling that I had been expertly restored to my very best smile ever, in the hands of caring and trusted friends.

I have been a patient here for over 25 years and by far this is the best dentist I've ever had. Having had terrible experiences at the dentist as a child, I had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist as an adult. That has changed since Dr Fishbaine has been my dentist. The entire staff is friendly and caring and your comfort is important to them.
I never had to be concerned taking my children there that they would have the same experiences I had as a child. Christi does a super job cleaning my teeth and answers all my questions. We've recommended Dr Fishbaine to many friends and many have thanked us after they had their first visit there.

Our family has been going to Dr. Fishbaine for 20 years. Going to his office seems like visiting family now; our children always looked forward to their dental appointments when they were growing up. Dr. Fishbaine and his staff are always professional but very kind and caring. They keep up with the latest research and technology. We feel confident that we are getting the very best care!

Steve Rocks! The whole office does for that matter! I had a molar break/lost a large filling while visiting from the Northwest. Not cool. They got me in the very next day and totally fixed the massive crater in less than an hour! The whole process was awesome. Steve is really neat and keeps you comfortable and in the know all the time you are in the chair. Highly recommend!

Dr. Fishbaine and his staff are wonderful -- I've been a patient with him for over eighteen years. I recently did a ClearCorrect process to align my smile, and the entire experience was seamless and easy! My two children also visit Dr. Fishbaine's office and have had very positive experiences as well.

Needles, drilling, pain, quite literally raw nerves? That's how I was my entire life due to the way our childhood dentist handled us. Never a dentist visit since without 'white knuckling' the chair arms, until, my first appointment with Dr. Fishbaine. He and his staff kept reassuring me they were not going to hurt me and they didn't! At the slightest indication of pain, he backed off and gave me more novocaine.
Even the injection was barely detectable due to the numbing done prior. He and his staff are well educated, they explain everything, their equipment is latest tech and they relax you with either their daily chitchat or they offer you music. I personally go for the chitchat; they're interesting and caring people. Last visit, Dr. Fishbaine, said "we're going to make you comfortably numb, don't worry", and the next thing I knew I watching the live Roger Waters concert singing comfortably numb! It was an insanely cool experience to have at a dentist's office. Seriously, I can't wait to go back, there is none better than Dr. Fishbaine and his entire staff.
