I had a dental emergency and called around to a few places to no luck. These guys got me in within a few hours of me calling, quickly found a solution to my problem. They're so nice and absolutely amazing to work with. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Their time is apparently more valuable than the customers. My first appointment, I sat and waited on someone to come get for 15 minutes. Usually not a big deal to me; I have lots of patience. However, I do not have patience for being 10 minutes late and them rescheduling my appointment. I drove an hour and left work early for that appointment. They cost me roughly $80 to turn me away for 10 minutes.

Now I understand as an adult you should be on time for appointments, as previously stated I drove an hour and there was unexpected traffic. Most offices give you a 15 minute window. It should have been specified when THEY called to reschedule my appointment to THIS day, that it was a time sensitive appointment. This was a cop out because it's Friday and they didn't want to have to wait 10 minutes, but it was ok for me to wait 15 on them?! Very dissatisfied with this office today.

Visited today, they actually listed to what my problem.then they gave me a nice solution. They even made me an estimate in writing, showing the amount the insurance would pay and how much I would have V to pay when they did the work. Perfect, Polite, Professional. I be will be back

I have been a patient of Dr Williams for over 20 years. I am so comfortable and relaxed with him and the friendly staff. I had horrible anxiety with dentists before I started seeing Dr Williams. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and have the high tech support that make me proud to smile!

Everyone here is so friendly and they are very professional. They make notes for return visits so that they remember how to take care of each patient. I have been very happy with my experience with Dr. Damien and everyone here.

This is quite simply an outstanding dentist. I've had a number of issues and each time they've been nothing but courteous, caring, and extraordinarily accommodating. Even when I called with immediate needs they worked with me to get me in despite a full schedule, and never compromised their care and attention despite my unexpected appearance. The doctor even called me back personally the next day to ask if I was doing okay and if there was anything else I needed.

I have never seen this level of warmth and empathy from a dentist. Needless to say, I am also more than satisfied with their work. Meticulous, always concerned about my comfort and wellbeing, and right on top of my dental needs. Very impressed.

This is a highly organized, spotlessly clean, and caring dental practice, with top notch dentists and technicians. Dr. Ben Williams is so good with anesthetics that one can barely tell a needle was used. I recommend without the slightest hesitation.
