At New Hope-Solebury Dental Associates we go beyond being just another dental practice. Our philosophy emphasizes caring for your personal needs on a one to one basis. This place took my appointment and cancelled on me 2 days prior to my appointment. The Reason: the dentist is a contractor and didn't feel that 3 appointments were enough to come in. They booked me a new appt 2 weeks later and they cancelled on me again this time with no excuse. I would say this place seems to have a pretty poor operation. Thank goodness i didn't have a real dental emergency. My advice, save your time and get an appt elsewhere.

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Walsh. I felt very informed of my options through the entire process. They made sure I had everything I needed before and after the tooth extractions. They followed up with me after surgery and before my follow up appointment. They even helped me remove my stitches early when they were not dissolving as expected. They were very accommodating.

I went for a cleaning today because they called me when they had a cancellation (SCORE!). The front desk is so nice and was pleasant on the phone and during my appt. My dental hygienist was THE BEST! I think her name was Lou Ann (sorry if I am wrong). She was amazing. She didn't use the ultrasonic thing that hurts me at previous appts elsewhere. She did it the old fashioned way.
She got off a lot of tarter but without me being in pain or having random shocks lol My teeth look and feel great! Im going to get them whitened next. I appreciate that the office called me with a cancellation. I can see why it is so difficult to get an appt there-they are amazing! Thank you for taking care of me. My family is scheduled for April. :)

Dr. M.Sullivan Walsh was very friendly and professional. Clinic was clean and there was sufficient seating. It was very nice to have a kids play center to occupy little ones while waiting. I like that your next appointment is booked before we leave the clinic and that I did not have to arrange it at a later time myself. The clinic has a good appointment reminder system via email and text messaging. Staff was friendly too.

For an initial visit, I had a very positive experience. The staff were knowledgeable, polite, and courteous. There was very little wait time, and everything was explained to me very thoroughly. I am typically a self-proclaimed chicken when it comes to going to the dentist, but everyone was very nice today, making me feel more at ease.

I love this practice. My boys and I are extremely happy with everything - service, dentist, and staff. My son has an issue with "gag relflex" and was very scared to go to the dentist - they were very accommodating and put him at ease. I also travel from New Jersey and it is well worth the trip - they fully understand my need for after school appointments and are always willing to help. The staff explains all of my services and costs and works well with my insurance. I'm extremely satisfied!
