Excellent dentist staff terrible in the finance dept. They refused smaller payments from myself a (single mom of 2 ) they wanted $200 a week from me. When i couldn't pay the $200 they cancelled all of our upcoming appointments even after I was able to pay almost 1/2 the bill. Now they said they will take me to the magistrate. Unfortunitely for them i actually have proof of this and can post it here.

I live in the Lehigh valley are and I had a terrible abscess tooth that my dentist said needed to be extracted. I called a million different oral surgeons in my area and not one of them could take me for weeks and that was just for a consult! My family who lives in the back mountain told me to call Watkins and Medura. They got me in that very next morning and removed the tooth in ten minutes with ease and zero pain.

I am not sure of the dentist or the other girls name who worked on me but they were above and beyond phenomenal and could not be any more calming and comforting. I would recommend this place and these great people to anyone. Thank you guys again for helping me out

In the area from out of town (FL). Woke up with a terrible toothache and no experience with any local dental office. Within 1 hour of calling Watkins Dental Group had me in the office. Dr. Craig and Jillion were wonderful! Kind, thorough knowledgeable and professional. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. Thank you Watkins Dental Group!

I have been going to Dr. Scott Watkins for many years now. I would not even think about going to anyone else. I used to be so afraid of needles and he was very patient with me and has helped me along the way to overcome that fear. He listens to your concerns and explains everything to you so you understand what is wrong and how he is going to fix it. The staff is awesome and are all so nice. I look forward going to the dentist! I definitely recommend Dr. Watkins and his dental group.

You would be hard pressed to find a more qualified implant dentist in the area. Dr. Watkins is a highly credentialed implantologist, is always on the leading edge and I would have zero hesitation trusting him with any of my dental needs.

I hear so many good things about this place! Definitely going to give them a call for my dental needs soon! Close to my home and from what i hear, the staff there are great!

A very wonderful staff, I felt welcome from my first consult wit Dr. Scott! I got a coffee mug, which I felt was a very nice touch. I have a horrible history with dentists, but I have to say I've been extremely comfortable and relaxed during my visits. I'm in the process of two dental implants, and it has been flawless so far. I'm in the home stretch and I'm very excited to see the end result! I never have a long wait and everything has always been explained thoroughly. Definitely top notch!
