Dr. Hazzouri (who has worked on my teeth and my families teeth for a decade) the team and the Doctors have always done excellent work. From character to procedure, Hazzouri Dental's priority is for a patient to feel comfortable, prior, because they understand that dental work can be a big stress for anyone. So we greatly appreciate Dr. Hazzouri and the Hazzouri Dental team they are easy with the needle , they're soft handling, caring approach and not to mention they have the latest technology. I've been going to Hazzouri Dental for a couple years. I'm now discussed with them. One time they told me a price to pull a tooth. When the insurance bill came they charge me extra for a shot that wasn't in the itemized cost and I wasn't asked if I want. I just had a cap put in and I requested the cost out of pocket for me. At the time/day of the appointment they provided what it would cost.

Today they sent me a bill and wanted $60. some dollars more and didn't want to hear anything about the overcharge. They just wanted their money. Another thing that makes me upset is the billing person comes in while I'm in the dentist chair and wants to be paid. Sometimes before the procedure. Never had a dentist office do this in my life and previous dentist din't want anything over the insurance cost.

In some instances they'd bill you after they received payment from the insurance. They take x rays every year, yet I still end up with decay and tooth chipping off. They're not any better than the last dentist I had. They always seem to want to do some kind of dental work since I have insurance. They previous asked to copy my drivers license which they have no right to. I value my personal information. I plan on finding another dentist.

Dr. Genello is a great dentist, but I was extremely uncomfortable when interacting with Dr. Hazzouri. He asked me very personal questions about where I live, where I'm from, what I like to do, etc. to which I gave one word answers. He called me dear. Patted me on the leg. I will not be returning because of these interactions.

I called to see if they took my insurance. the lady who answered was EXTREMELY disgustingly RUDE! Life has been rough since I lost my job and my kids being on state insurance is NOT enjoyable to begin with! But it's even worse when someone who claims to be a professional insults me about it! I said ohh noo I think i need a different company because no one seems to except mine. she pointed out that's BECAUSE I have state insurance. ill make sure to tell ALL my friends

Dr. Houzzouri has always gone above and beyond for me. I have been a patient for 10 years and he always made sure when I was leaving his office I was ok. I own a restaurant so he always worked with my schedule. Always asking how my business is doing. His staff is also great. Easy 5 stars

Dr. Hazzouri tries to embellish work to be done. He is more concerned about making money than serving best interests of patients. Avoid!

So Dr. Hazzouri got arrested for groping a female patient. And then in a recorded phone call, monitored by the Scranton Police, admitted the sexual attack. BFD! Not once did Dr. Hazzouri "Grab her Pussy", as recommended by his old fat golfing buddy. What he did should not even be considered a crime, at least for rich people. FREE Hazzouri. Let his dick be free to roam and poke. Best Dentist in Scranton, which says a lot for Scranton.

We have been patients of Dr Hazzouri for some 18 plus yrs. My mother was also his patient. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our dental work. He is the best in NE PA. We have had a lot of work done over the years and are very happy with the services we have had. His hygienists do our teeth cleaning every 6 months and now our young children also.

They always schedule our next cleaning 6 months out as short notice hygiene appointments at this practice are hard to find. Its a perfectly normal thing to do at any surgery which brings me to this other patient who is a dishonest professional complainer. I have been reading the reviews on this platform and I have to say the woman from Seattle who moaned at them for requesting that she takes down a bad review and talks to them should go back where she came from and stop being so bitter when a professional was only trying to help her.

There is more to this than meets the eye though. I just got dental insurance myself and its very confusing what you can do or not do and in your own home town or not. I had to change the policy in order to use my favorite dentist Dr Hazzouri, so we did it. Insurance companies make errors and so do clerks or did this patient from Seattle have insurance that did not cover this particular out of town dental office or this service and scammed them for the work.

The latter appears to be more likely the case. She could have simply contacted the dentists office if she was honest after they reached out rather than trashing a good dr. That would have been the appropriate and adult thing to do. They knew her review wasn't honest or called for and had every right to ask her to remove it. Being in the hospitality business I see people trying to get something for nothing all the time.

Clearly she tried it on and when caught, needing to pay, just doesn't like it. Its the last thing she said :"sooooo dr, what I usually get when I post complaints or negative reviews.etc " admittedly and obviously does this a lot in order to bamboozle the receiver at the end for something and not pay afterward. Its criminal. Its called receiving goods or services by deception.

This is a criminal matter not a civil one. The complaining patient is the professional in this case. A professional thief and a liar. The pattern is self admitted at the bottom of her post/complaint/negative review. Who the h.ll looks for a dentist in yelp anyway?.Isn't this for restaurants and food delivery companies? You admit you wont call them back hiding behind your keyboard as you know you are responsible for the bill.

He didnt do thousands of dollars worth of dental work against your will now did he? What did he do knock you over the head and tie you down just to force dental work on you? No he didnt. however that is what you are suggesting. You know entirely what you are covered for and what you are not. Yet you still allowed him to do the work you were not covered for.

Have you run out of professionals to screw over in Seattle? You have provided no proof of any bad workmanship or even one of not wearing rubber gloves which is highly unlikely. There are 2 negative reviews on this platform from people supposedly from Seattle and even one from London. It all stinks of competition fraud. Amazing how jealous competitors get when you are doing well and they see you smiling brightly. Readers should see through this tripe and unprofessional behavior.

If any of this rubbish is legit then I have to say there are always 2 sides to the story and the customer is not always right. Dr Hazzouri is the top of his field in this state and I am fortunate to have him as my family dentist for so many years. He and his team are true professionals. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

So my brother has gone to this practice for years. I was going to Philadelphia to get what I needed. I wish I had tried hazzouri dental, would've saved me the trip! They do a thorough and excellent job cleaning your teeth, just like the place I saw in Philadelphia. Also I love the fact that you can also get facial treatments at the same office!

I trust this doctor, he really cares about his patients and does a fantastic job! The other Dr. Rebar I saw and again, great care and professionalism. But the outcomes so far, I'm impressed!

So many things wrong with this place. I experienced shoddy work that had to be redone at a different office, unprofessionalism (I won't say more than that) by the dr himself, and terrible communication with the front desk, especially the billing department. They incorrectly filled with insurance causing work to not be covered (unless it was the wrong tooth worked on) I can't be sure.

Also they are still sending me bills form YEARS ago that should have been felt with long ago. I can't communicate with anyone in the office so I have to pay or they will surely send me to collections. Save yourself a lot of headaches and stress and go elsewhere!

Dr. Hazzouri and his entire staff are PHENOMENAL. I cannot believe how wonderful they are and how much care they take with their patients. I am petrified of the dentist and they always make sure I am comfortable and informed about what's going on. During my appointment, the hygienist was very personable and made me feel comfortable during my cleaning. What was also pleasant was that my appointment was on time if not a few minutes earlier than scheduled. I feel that my time is considered valuable when I don't have to wait forever. After the cleaning, Doctor Hazzouri came in shortly after. Again, no long wait for my checkup and I appreciated his professionalism. If you are as anxious as I was about going to the dentist, you will be in good hands at Hazzouri Dental.

I've been going here to Hazzouri Dental for the past 7 years, and I'm pleased with the service. They've accepted whichever insurance my employer then-chooses-to-subscribe-to, and they usually give reasonable estimates on the cost. (Like I paid above and beyond the 'regular' cost of fillings because I chose to go out-of-pocket for white fillings, whereas insurance only pays for amalgam fillings.) I was also able to get in the same day when I injured my gum-line while chewing on some lime-covered tortilla chips. Yikes! Last, I specifically like the hygienist that I see; she's been here for several years now. :)

Really like Dr. Genello. Today i had my teeth cleaned by an excellent dental hygienist, Carey I believe her name was. No waiting, very efficient office staff.

They were great. It was my first time back after 5 years of avoiding dentists. They were pleasant and explained the pricing options for the work I needed before I booked it and the dentist and hygienist were awesome people.

Awesome staff, knowledgeable physicians, and gorgeous office space. Plenty of free parking, too! Have been a patient for 3+ years and couldn't be happier.

The worst dentist I have ever been. I'm suffering of major infection due to what he did wrong to my teeth. Stay away, be smart.

A while back I was in a car accident that shattered a few of my teeth and left the rest extremely sensitive. I had reconstructive surgery but a few of my teeth had chips in them. I've been to a few different dentists and although my experiences weren't bad, none compared to the work that Hazzouri was able to provide. I developed cavities on my front two canine teeth that were beginning to become noticeable.

Their cosmetic work is phenomenal and my smile has never been brighter. The filling they use matches your teeth with perfection. I also had my wisdom teeth extracted by Hazzouri and it was completely painless. They were able to remove the teeth without any problems.

I would never trust anyone with my teeth other than Dr. Albert Hazzouri. Not only is he a wonderful dentist, but his staff is pleasant, kind, and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile as you walk in the door. I was there this week and had a wonderful experience. Kari was my hygienist and she was excellent. Dr. Hazzouri also took the time to talk with me about my new baby and how we can provide the best dental care for her as she grows up. If you are looking for a dentist Hazzouri Dental is the place to go.

So I have been to many many other offices in my life time and have left crying from more than one due to the pain that i felt from the needles and extraction after extraction.this office was great they saved teeth that I thought were gone for good. Doctor Hazzouri's Asst., Leah was informative and very personal. I felt comfortable and at ease. I am so happy that I finally am going to be able to smile and not worry what people are thinking with my old patch work teeth I needed to.

STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY Dr. Hazzouri him self who were my doctor there. He made my teeth just worse and did not fix my problems. BE WARE of his lies, ,,,, first, i cam to fix one tooth, and he told me that i need to do 4, i said no, just work on the one i came for he ignored me and did an ex-ray for the 4 teeth. and he came to start on one of the tooth that i refused to do. when i told him no he argued me over and over, then he did the one i want.

And the weird thing here, ,, he treated me with ungloved hands! when he finished he gave me a card with a new appointment on it and said: i made you an appointment to do the other 3 left! is he crazy? Second this, I have insurance card, and i clearly told Hazzouri plz check with my insurance company before you start treating me because i don't wanna pay extra money from my pocket.

He went for few minutes, came back and told me he got the approval. he did the work, and few weeks later i received mail from him asking me to pay over a 2000$ and when i called them they told me that my insurance company did not approve my case! so he lied to me. and now Hazzuouri dental don't stop calling me and sending me mails asking me to come to them and pay. and the more crazy thing, one of the calls i got from them they told me that tomorrow is my cleaning appointment and i should be there, ,! WHAT i did not made any appointment. anyway, STAY AWAY **** after posting my review i got a message from dr. hazzuouri, and here is a part of it: "you have a choice to call our office and correct your problems with us or put more negative reviews on the web.

I would ask that you please take this negative review off the web and please call the office @ 570-342-9136 and straight out the issues with our office." soooo dr. hazzuouri what i usually get when i post complaints or a negative review i receive an apology and asked to come back to treat me better. but dr. hazzuouri is ORDERING me to delete my review :

Buyer beware! There isn't enough space to document all the lies and deceitful marketing Dr. Hazzouri promotes, not to mention the horrible and rushed work he performed after spending over $10,000.00 for 10 "zirconia" crowns. The shape of the teeth were no where near close to what I described I wanted. Have gave me typical "chicklet" teeth. The digital dental impressions he claims he uses instead of the putty trays never graced the presence of my mouth.

I can't tell you how many times I had to sit with the putty impression trays just to have my crowns so off fitting, I had to go back to the office over 7 times to have my bite re-adjusted. Of course all the re-adjusting of my bite was actually the filing down of the crowns surface which in fact decreases the strength and integrity of each $1000.00 crown I just purchased. Now, just a little over a year later, all the crowns that he had to "adjust" the bite on, are all cracking and falling apart.

What is his response? I chew too hard and he is not responsible. Run from this arrogant man. He just wants your money and your body, in and out of his chair as fast as he can keep the herd going.
