Smile Designs Of Lititz

We have been patients for the past 12 years (at least) after I was squeezed in for an emergency visit once and won't go anywhere else. My kids (9 and 8 years old) absolutely love Dr. Nickens and enjoy going to the dentist even after my oldest fell and had to have 2 teeth removed when he was 4 years old. I reccomend Smile Designs every chance I get.

I was made seated very comfortably by the Assistant. She executed her duties in excellent, pleasant manner. It was good to see Dr. Nickens, again. He was gentle and thorough as he completed the prophylactic. I would recommend this dental practice to everyone.

The routine dental care we receive is provided in a professional but relaxed, patient focused setting at competitive cost. Hygienist Justina is knowledgeable, gentle and thorough. From recent experiences scheduling appointments through Krista, we had peace of mind knowing if an unexpected dental problem occurs we will have access to high quality and compassionate care.

Hands down the most honest and personable Dentist I have ever met. I have move away and have changed many thing for convenience, but I will not change my Dentist. Dr Nickens is well worth the drive.

Thursday, I had the best cleaning by Justina! She was thorough and so gentle! One of the best cleanings I have had! I love coming to Smile Designs of Lititz! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Over all Great place! great dentist and great employees. Found this amazing office and dentist after 2 botched root canals at American dental. If I would have Chosen smiles designs first I would have two more teeth in my mouth! In my opinion They set the standard with dental work! Keep up the good work.

I have been to many dentist in my 60 yrs and although some ppl swear by their dentists no matter what, i am extremely cynical when it comes to dentists as i have had not only the worst advice, but the worst work on my teeth which has been costly and has cost me the health of my teeth. That being said, i found Dr. Nickens who is not only skilled but ethical.

He tells you straight up all of your options. He spends as much time as you need going over what is going on. He is extremely skilled, but gentle. I am so happy and grateful and i trust him completely to give me the very best option and work on my teeth.

I have extreme fear and anxiety when it comes to getting any dental work done and the entire staff at Smile Designs is absolutely so kind and understanding. Dr Nickens never hurries anything or puts any pressure on you. He explains everything and takes time with each and every person. You can tell that these individuals at this office love what they do, but also love the patients that come to their office.

Dr. Nickens and his staff have made going to Smile Designs of Lititz a family event. Our daughters (ages 2 and 3) look forward to visiting the practice as much as my husband and I do. The friendly and professional staff are the heart of the office. Dr. Nickens is caring and knowledgeable which is what we look for in a dentist. I've been to quite a few dentists but we will be sticking with Dr. Nickens and Smile Designs of Lititz.
