I made an appointment through their website for a cavity that was in serious pain. I went for a screening and the cavity had reached my root canal. I then made an appointment with them to have it all filled and then they gave me some medication which helped practically kill the pain until the day of the filling. The procedure to have the root canal filled lasted maybe like 1 hour and 10 minutes and everyone was so nice, kind and super caring.

It was super hot that day but they kept the place super cool so Jennifer Flippin offered to give me a blanket and even offered to give my mom a blanket who was waiting in the lounge. AWESOME! The whole procedure was pain free, while you may feel a small pinch when they sedate the area. Once it was over I was told I could eat after the sedated area wore off and now I am eating and feel like the cavity never happened.

Truly an amazing place and I recommend this place to everyone. Will be going here from now on. PROPS TO EVERYONE AT FAMILY DENTISTRY, THEY ARE ALL AWESOME! Hint - you might want to go in with a sweater during the summer. It will be super cool inside.

I LOVE Friendly Dentistry! All of the staff is professional and knowledgeable. For me, it is the extra care given by Dr. Blue and her team members! From the follow-up phone calls and texts, to taking time to chat about life while in the chair, and also cards and notes just when you might need to know that someone cares and is listening. Friendly Dentistry is far superior to any dental practice that I have previously visited!

I had 2 teeth extracted by Dr. Burton which was assisted by Audrey. It was my first time having any teeth pulled. They all were so "Friendly". Made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. Even after the teeth were out and days went by I was shocked to not be in any pain. I didn't experience any complications. I deeply recommend Dr. Burton.

Friendly Dentistry is a superior dental practice! Their office is conveniently and centrally located near downtown Greensboro. The practice is respectful of appointment times so wait times are minimal to none. The administrative staff is always friendly and accommodating. My hygienist, Kayleigh, is very professional and knowledgeable and is very thorough and gentle with my cleaning. Dr. Burton is always courteous and takes time to explain his assessment of my teeth and any other pertinent details. I highly recommend Friendly Dentistry as an exceptional dental practice for the entire family.

This practice is amazing. everybody I spoke with about my procedures was very knowledgeable, proud of their work, and calm. definitely the most professional practice I've ever been to, and I cannot recommend Dr. Burton and his team enough. Jodi, Emily, and everyone else I had the chance to speak with were amazing and very personable. even with the tight budget I was working with, they all made sure to do the most beneficial work possible for me and truly made me feel well taken care of. I can't thank them enough.

I recently began experiencing some pain with my wisdom teeth and urgently needed to be seen by a dentist. I randomly found Friendly Dentistry online. I completed my online inquiry and was contacted immediately. I am terribly afraid of going to the dentist and was avoiding going but from my first phone call from their staff member Bre I felt very at ease.

Once I arrived I was kindly greeted and seen right away. Both staff members, Angela and Pam, assisted in my initial screenings and were very supportive of not only my fears but my dental health as well. I received constant encouragement throughout my visit and my concerns were repeated to all who meet me so that all staff members were on the same page.

After all screening measures were complete, I then met my doctor and the care and awesome treatment did not stop! Dr. Blue was very comforting and listened to my concerns just as the other staff members did. She didn't make me feel embarrassed to ask any questions. And in turn, she asked me specific questions and created a path for me that eased a lot of my fears about reaching the goal of dental health I need.

Boy did I choose the right dental facility! A BIG thank you to those I met during my visit. I appreciate all of you and thank you for such a positive experience. You certainly lived up to your name. FRIENDLY!

I found this dentistry online, looking for the best, and I believe I found just that! I had a previous root canal done once at a different place and it went horribly. I had a crown done with this dentistry, by Dr. Wilkinson and his amazing assistants Amber & Jennifer, and it went very smoothly with only mild discomfort. I was so impressed! I just recently had another problem looked at by them and they are doing what they can to ease me through it. I feel so soothed by them that I'm not so scared by the idea of a root canal anymore! As long as they help me! I'd recommend this dentistry to everyone!

Hands down, this is the best practice I have ever been to and I've lived in multiple states. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Wilkinson and his dental assistant Jennifer have been absolutely amazing with me. They are extremely patient, explain as they go, and stop immediately if you need them to. Everyone at this office has always been courteous, caring, helpful, and friendly.

I had an issue that needed immediate attention today (2-2-22) as I am scheduled for spine surgery in a couple of weeks. They were able to get me in the same day, thoroughly examined me, took xrays, etc. I left feeling confident that there are no infections or anything else seriously wrong and I can go on to have my spine surgery. I would recommend this practice to anyone and feel confident they'd be in great hands. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Friendly Dentistry and all of the staff!

Really great dental practice. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. Performed extensive first examination for new patient and discussed findings and plan of care. No pressure for additional services, but did inform me of upcoming sales on products of potential interest (bleaching). Highly recommended this dental practice.

Having settled into city now, I needed to find a good dentist. A friend of mine gave me Friendly Dentistry as his dentist. I have also seen advertisements for them during UNCG basketball games. I called and set an appointment with them at the beginning of the year. They were very accommodating to my schedule. Everyone in the office is professional.

From the greeter, to the assistant, to the hygienist, the treatment coordinator, and finally to the dentist, they all are happy to see me and talk to me about my needs and treatments. Emergency service is amazing as well. I called late in the night with pain and it was taken care of the very next morning. Today, they were able to work me in for a root canal when I was really in need. Dr. Wilkinson did very well with the procedure.

I experienced very little pain and the work done was amazing. If you are looking for someone that cares about your dental health and you as a human, Friendly Dentistry is the place to go.

Dr. Wilkinson, Jennifer, Amber and Janice are a great team. I am international patient and I recommend them big time if you are from out of town! They are the most profesional and kind team you will ever meet. They also have a great sense of humor! Pd. I had not been to the dentist in a decade and was very nervous about my visit. Each person in the office was kind and considerate, walked me through the whole process, and it was a fantastic visit. The facility felt clean and safe and the care I received was top notch. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I can't wait to go back to the dentist!

Simply the best! Our family has been going to Friendly Dentistry for 27 years. When you find people (professionals) you trust with your health and are committed to your care (and take an interest in you and your family), you need look no further. I know Friendly Dentistry probably got its name because it's off Friendly Ave, but if you didn't know better you would think that was their office motto: Friendly Dentistry.and when your three kids look forward to going to the dentist and love the staff, you know you are on to something special.

Absolutely phenomenal staff. I went in for a Root Canal and dealt with Shannon, Bre, Amber, & Dr Wilkinson. Normally I'm terrified about going to the dentist, however they gave me reassurance that everything would be okay and did their best to make me feel at ease. I definitely felt like I matter and not like just another number. I highly recommend Friendly Dentistry to anyone who needs work done. It was quick, easy, painless, and they're very professional!

Incredible. From the moment I called to inquire about their services, Megan was so welcoming and warm. Meeting Leigh Ann, Denna, and Dr. Blue are all so sweet. It truly was an experience to be able to open up to this team about things that have been bothering me for so long. You can tell just from the atmosphere that they are a family. I have total trust in these ladies and will never be able to express the appreciation I will always have for them. So glad that I made Friendly Dentistry a part of my journey back to me. Amazing. The people at Friendly were very welcoming and considerate when I visited the office. I waited only a couple minutes, and I was early in arriving. Everything was explained to me in detail, including pictures. I got to meet the dentist who will do the actual work when I return next week. He was very warm and considerate of my situation. I had never had to pay out of pocket previously, so I was a bit surprised at the cost, but it's likely consistent with others.

New to the Greensboro area and based on available reviews, my family chose Family Dentistry for our dental care Beautiful location and truly "friendly" staff - but very suspect in driving up costs not covered by dental insurance. My husband was told he needed a multi- treatment deep cleaning to address gum issues. The cost? $800 and not covered by insurance.b He had a history of gum issues and bought the story hook, line and sinker.

My first cleaning was not covered by insurance because annual allowance had been used up, had to pay out of pocket for that. They said they had checked my insurance policy before I went for the appointment., but somehow advised m to come for cleaning and very expensive panoramic X-rays. Then my son went for a cleaning while home from college in December or Jan. 2019/20 All good, except need to have wisdom teeth extracted based on X-rays.

Six months later, and the day before wisdom tooth extraction (referred us to an oral surgeon), he went in for a cleaning. They refused to clean his teeth because somehow in 6 months he had developed "advanced gingivitis / gum disease!" Guess what? He needed the $800 multi part deep cleaning treatment that was not covered by insurance too! I have to say we felt scammed.

This kid had been to the dentist every 6 months for his whole life, never had a cavity. To believe that he had miraculously developed this serious gum condition in 6 months was a stretch. Granted, away at college he may not have been taking the best care of his teeth, but really? We had quite a heated discussion with Dr Ribando who treated us very rudely and called my son derogatory names.

In fact, he told us not to come back! He also insinuated that if I gave them a bad review, "slandered them", that he would see me in court! The next day my son had his wisdom teeth extracted and returned to college, no time for cleaning and couldn't for several weeks after the extractions. He came home for the holidays this year and went to a different dentist.

Highly reputable and recommended by a dental hygienist friend of ours. Guess what? No gingivitis or gum disease! Perfect exam and cleaning! I feel totally scammed by Friendly Dentistry. Beware of pricey add ons.

Do not be fooled by the name 'Friendly'. This business is focused on upselling as much as possible and providing excessive services. If you're looking for a standard cleaning - go elsewhere. Friendly will demand you get 2 appointments so that they can 'assess' what kind of cleaning you need, make you pay ahead of time, and not take your insurance.

Someone else I know went to Friendly for a routine procedure and they demanded he get additional XRays that he didn't need, just so they could charge for them. There are other practices in the area that are more ethical and focused on optimizing for the needs and health of the customer, rather than their own bottom line.

We recently switched to Friendly Dentristy when both my husband and I were having ongoing painful dental issues that our previous dentist was not resolving. My husband was in extreme pain and they got him in the same day for an exam and within days quickly resolved a situation that was becoming very serious. I was in more mild discomfort, left a message over a holiday weekend, they called me back first thing monday morning, i was seen on tuesday, and received a crown on that wednesday. they are professional, thorough, and make sure i am in comfort throughout a long procedure. everyone is very friendly and warm. we highly recommend!

I was faced with a front tooth that needed a root canal and was badly stained. The rest of my teeth were also discolored. This caused a lot of loss of confidence. The team at Friendly Dentistry were there to help me. Dr Ribando did such an amazing job on my teeth but also educating me on what and how he was going to achieve these results. Katie, Lee Ann, Jennifer all went beyond to be friendly and kind to make each visit enjoyable. Thank you for helping me smile with confidence!

Allison the scheduler is AMAZING! She makes the clinic a worthwhile place to clean your teeth and all other dental needs. She follows through and makes sure you are able to get an appointment and also ensures that treatments and procedures are done with your convenience in mind. I greatly appreciate all that she has done to make me comfortable in returning time after time.

This practice doesn't have 5 stars for nothing! The name truly speaks for itself. I've been going here for 2 years now and I love everything about this practice, especially Dr. Blue. I'm sure many can agree the dentist isn't the most pleasing place to visit but the staff will truly Create and unforgettable experience.

I love this place and the people here. At 73 I have seen a lot of dentists and their assistants but none better than here.

I really like this practice. They are very efficient and polite. Anytime I come in for a cleaning I am usually in and out in under 45 minutes which is awesome. I have been to other practices that are constantly trying to sell you cosmetic dentistry services or products and there is none of that here.

I love Dr. Burton and his wonderful staff. I first went here for a chipped tooth and Dr. Burton was so thorough. I had no pain during or after. This office has top of the line equipment and very well trained staff. I went back to get some cavities filled and every session I had the same great experience. I have already recommended Dr. Burton to several people and plan to be a patient for many years!

I was having an issue with a filling I'd had at another dentist and Friendly Dentistry was able to make time to see me THAT MORNING. That's the kind of service that I would hope for and expect from my dentist. Their care and concern was a breath of fresh air. Thank you to Jennifer and Dr. Wilkinson!

Dr. Blue and her dental hygienists were all very kind and helpful. There is hardly ever a wait and the exams and treatments I received are very thorough. You can tell this place has the best people and technology available.

I had a chipped tooth that made me look like a hillbilly. I was extremely nervous but Dr. Brittney Blue and Sara, the Dental Hygienist put me at ease. I repeatedly asked the same question over and over yet she was so patient with me. Can honestly say I was blown away by their professionalism and care. The place is well lit and everyone was kind and honest. I will be back and I highly recommend this dentistry. 5STARS!

I have visited Friendly Dentistry 3 times in the last two weeks. I randomly did a search on dentists in the Greensboro area and opted to give them a try. I was in serious pain when I first visited this dentistry. Katie, Dr. Ribando, Leigh, and Janice are true gems! They made a painful time in my life truly pleasant. I'm very grateful to have stumbled across this dentistry.

Dr. Simones is awesome and if ever there were rock star hygienists, it's Sarah and Pam. I am so glad I found this practice and our family loves going. The way they help us with billing, scheduling, the treatment you get from the minute they welcome you to the moment you walk out. I am had an implant and crown down with their help, and it was hard. Dr. Simones made the experience as good as it could be!

Hands down the absolute best. I have been coming here for over 5 years. Service is top notch and I have never had to wait past my appointment time. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I wish every business was as organized as they are here!

After visiting Friendly Dentistry a few days ago, I must say that I am extremely glad that my husband found their office on Yelp! Dr. Wilkinson was gentle in examining the painful area in my mouth and the staff there were super friendly and playful. The atmosphere there was warm and inviting. After visiting my regular dentist because I was in pain the night before, I left his office feeling hopeless and in more pain than before my visit.

He sent me out the door in pain with no antibiotics and told me there was nothing he could do for me but refer me to a periodontist that happened to be next door to their office. I agreed and they set me up with an appointment for a month away. After leaving their dental office, hurting, especially after my dentist measures the amount of bone loss in the infected tooth, my husband suggested that I get second opinion, and so he found Friendly Dentistry on Yelp.

They concluded after taking x-rays and examining my mouth that I do have an abscess and that is below the gum line. My chin and gums were swollen and very painful to touch! They were very friendly and gentle with my mouth. I was in excruciating pain, but thanks to Friendly Dentistry, I am being treated for my infection and I have an appointment with them to do a root canal after my infection is gone. I keep thinking how much pain I would be in if I had not gotten a second opinion.

My first appointment at Friendly Dentistry was easily one of the best health care experiences I've ever had. For one thing, I went in for a (very thorough) check-up and x-rays as well as a cleaning, and I received a free custom whitening kit as a first-time patient. More importantly, the service was prompt and friendly - I got in to the exam room right away and was "treated" by Leann and Dr. Semones, who were both courteous and professional.

The periodontist and hygienist did a great job as well. The whole experience was very efficient. They sent my forms electronically so that I could fill them out in advance, and they even took my credit card payment and scheduled my next exam before the cleaning even took place. The hand written, personalized "thank you" card that I received just a day or two after my appointment was a nice touch as well.
