I am pleased when care & thorough treatment I got from the tech Charmaine. The staff is always nice & considerably attractive. I recommend this office to anyone that crave a clean & friendly dentist office.

Let's face it, no one likes going to the dentist to get poked and prodded--not to mention how anxiety-inducing it can be--however, Dr. Tran and Dr. Wang make the visits so much more comfortable and easy that I make it a point to refer both family members and colleagues to them. Not only are they incredibly compassionate and non-judgemental, so is their team. I still hate going to the dentist, but it's worth it when you have a professional who is actually looking out for you.

I called for an emergency walk-in for my daughter on a Saturday morning however they didn't have any open slots to assist her. But the lady whom I was speaking with was soooo nice and calm and helpful. She was genuinely trying to offer assistance over the phone to comfort me so I can comfort my daughter that was in pain. She gave me great advice to help her until she goes to her dental appointment Monday!

I'm sorry I forgot her name but thank you for all that you could do because I have been frantically making calls all day and no one was patient enough to even find out about my daughter situation or soothing as you were!

My hygienist, Sharmaine, was very warm, friendly & thorough in her care. Added to this, Dr. Greenwood was friendly, caring and proficient. My son-in-law's recommendation of Carolina Smiles was right on point! I would highly recommend!

Definitely would refer friends and family to Carolina Smiles. The staff is very friendly and service is remarkable. My visit only took 30min top and I was very much impressed with my service.

I have been going here since 2015. Dr. Wang is the best, hands down. His bedside manner is just as amazing as the quality of his work. He makes sure you understand everything and gives multiple options when needed. He understands that people may be unable to pay for everything immediately. He and his well organized staff will work out a treatment plan that works for you and your budget (respecting insurance limits.) I just finished my treatment plan. I will continue to go for my cleanings along with referring anyone and everyone to Carolina Smiles. You won't find a better practice in the triad.

Be very aware! If I could give this practice zero stars I would. I was a patient at Carolina Smiles several years ago and an experience at a different practice with a new dentist made me feel as though I needed to share my experience. The first issue I have with this practice is that the dentist lied and told me that I had multiple cavities that would need to be filled.

After years of not going to a dentist, I went to a new practice yesterday. The new dentist/practice completed the most thorough exam I've ever had in my life. I was completely shocked and infuriated to be told that I had absolutely no cavities. ZERO CAVATIES! Zero cavities after being told by practitioners at Carolina Smiles that I had several. If that weren't bad enough, I also had a financial dispute with them.

I was told that I'd need to pay a particular amount for the services provided. This total was given to me after they billed my insurance and insurance paid their part. I paid what they told me those services would cost after insurance, but I kept getting billed after I satisfied that amount. I called their office multiple times to sort this issue out and it was as though my concerns were not being listened to or that the individual in charge of billing didn't know what they were doing.

The financial issue was never resolved and I have not paid them a dime over what they initially told me I owed. I already had pretty severe medical/dental anxiety prior to visiting this practice, but this is going to cause a lot of distrust when seeking treatment from other providers. I will now be filing a formal complaint with the North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners.

I'm mentally nervous with dentist office visits and the thought of what is happening with the scrapes and picks and drills and pliers in my mouth. But, this office was very very calming with the staff. very professional. clean.and they actually opened a spot just to accommodate me after my original appt. meaning they went ahead and made a schedule for that same day for the work that my exam showed I needed. Talking to me and through the process was very nice and my DR was super awesome. light hands. and no pain. one of the other Dr's had even checked me in bc the others were busy and I know that wasn't his job but that showed great one on one service. Definitely staying here with with the Dr's for future visits!

I love this office. The hygienists and dentist are amazing. I have seen Dr. Greenwood and Dr. Tran. I was there yesterday to have my four front teeth restored. Mike was the dental assistant and he was amazing. He talked with me and asked questions; his bedside manner and personality was first class. Dr. Tran was calming, informative, gentle and her bedside manner is amazing.

Her work is amazing. Her restoration work is beautiful. I have never had a bad experience. The assistants and staff have taken on the wonderful personalities of the dentists. My husband and parents go to this practice and if my husband is happy, they have done an outstanding job; and he's happy. Thank you to everyone from check in to check out.

I went in for a root canal Dr. Wang was amazing he was so patient he made me feel at ease. He was friendly and he has a great sense of humor. My root canal took longer than expected but he took his time to make sure it was done right. My tooth looks and feels great. I would highly recommend them.
