They are really kind and helpful here! I really love their office and all the people who work here that I've interacted with. They also did a great job with my teeth.

We have had 2 kids go through orthodontics with Dr. Ashmore and staff and have had an extremely positive experience with both.

Dr. Ashmore and her staff are so friendly. They take their time to explain everything to you and make sure you're comfortable with the treatment plan. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful offices, wonderful knowledgeable staff, and a very cool incentive coin program with prizes rewarding kids for various things (good brushing etc). Dr. Ashmore is wonderful and I couldn't recommend her more. I have one child who has completed treatment with beautiful results and another child currently in treatment and it's amazing to see the progress. My youngest child is anxiously awaiting her turn to start treatment.

I had a horrible time with the front desk, so much so that my initial appointment never even happened. I had an initial appointment scheduled, they spoke to my dentist office (without a HIPPA release on file) and move my first appointment (without my knowing about it). I received an email a few days later with my appointment moves again. When I called the office and spoke to the scheduler, she made it seem like I was imagining it.

I ended up cancelling my appointment via email with a screenshot of my appointments confirmation. No one reached out to me to confirm bthe appointment was cancelled. When I called them to confirm that the appointment was cancelled, I requested to speak to the office manager. Two more phone calls later requesting to speak with the office manager, and I never heard from them. It's been two months now. I will find another practice that values patients.

I got braces from Ashmore orthodontist. I was left with some significant gaps between my teeth because the process seemed to be rushed. I wore my retainers as much as I was supposed to. I went back in and asked about them on a follow up appointment and they changed my retainer to try and close one of the gaps between my two front teeth. This did not work very well and I still have two other significant gaps. Not worth spending your money for braces here. Go somewhere that will take their time with it.

The onboarding experience was quite thorough. The paperwork was explained in detail and all of my questions were answered. The second portion of the initial visit entailed pictures snd scans. Each step of the process was preceded by a brief explanation of what was going to happen next so there was no apprehension on my part. And I love the coin club. You can never be too old for fun incentives. I look forward to to my first Invisalign fitting next month.

I love this place. No matter how long it's been, they remember you and everyone is amazing. Kylie (sp?) Is my favorite, she has so much personality and gives my son a little guff. We're always laughing

We always feel welcome to Bremerton's office and have felt kindness from all the staff. I feel good and confident trusting my son in their care.
