Dr. Bruce C. Toillion has been practicing pediatric dentistry for over 30 years. His vision for pediatric dentistry has been an asset to the Spokane community and its children; in fact, many of Bruce's former patients now take their own children to Dr. Bruce and the Children's Choice. Dr. Bruce grew up in Eagle Grove, Iowa.
In order to provide optimum patient care, it is essential that we be given adequate notice regarding cancellations or change of appointments. Missed appointments deny other children the opportunity for emergency treatment and needed dental care. If your child becomes sick during the night or over the weekend, you may leave a message on our answering service anytime, day or night.

I don't normally leave reviews, but we had a great experience. I took my youngest to her first dental appointment and it was a success. The staff were welcoming and nice. Awesome approach on children's dentistry. They were gentle and took their time explaining each tool before use and to me that's great patient care. Would be nice if they had dentist offices like this for adults haha. Highly recommended, I left with one happy kiddo.

Every visit toThe Children's Choice has been fantastic - but this one just blew me away! My 2 year old enjoyed his last visit, but this time was nervous and didn't want to even sit in the chair. The hygienist spent so much time getting him comfortable, and in such an effective way! She let him use the suction and made it a game with sucking up water while she "counted his teeth" each time.
Didn't make him lay down or anything. By the end he was happily letting the dentist do a full exam. He ended up absolutely loving it. All three of my kids now adore the dentist thanks to this practice, and they are proud to be part of the "no cavity club!"

My daughter felt comfortable with the dental providers. She enjoys the fish in the lobby and the Disney movie she watched while they cleaned her teeth. I really like that the providers talk to her like a little adult. She is able to ask all the questions she wants, which makes her feel more comfortable.

Dr. Jared Karstetter did amazing work fixing my 3 year old sons front tooth that broke off. We were able to get in and have it fixed right away and you would never be able to tell it happened. The staff was also very friendly and kind and my little guy left smiling and happy. Cannot say enough great things about this office and the staff. Highly highly recommend!

I was not looking forward to the first appointment with our two year old due to her not loving her mouth touched but it went so well! The whole staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Jared was so incredibly gentle and good with her, even singing songs to her while looking at her teeth. She was comfortable and it was such a great first experience. Such a relief to have her not upset upon leaving!

Childrens choice is so awesome! With 4 young kids, going to the dentist is very stressful. Today, they had us in and out in 30 minutes. They move you through the process very efficiently and their entire staff is kind and helpful. You also receive a lot of reminder texts and emails, which helps this mama out a lot!
