Hi 5 is a wonderful place and I highly recommend here to everyone. I had many gaps between my teeth but they are gone after 8 moments of Invisalign. All of staff are very nice and friendly. I truly appreciate Sophia because her explanation at my initial consultation was very clear and she is very nice and friendly all the time and that made me decide to start Invisalign here. Now I am very happy and thank you so much!

I love Hi 5 Orthodontics! I recently had to move out of state and was very nervous about continuing my treatment with someone else, but that was not a problem with Hi 5. Dr. Williams and his staff have been very accommodating to me with my travel plans, and very efficient on mailing me my Invisalign trays

Had Dr. Gerald Smith work on my braces (and also my brother's braces). He did a great job! And even helped us to finish quicker than scheduled. Highly recommend going to him!

Amazing atmosphere! My daughter was so excited to get her braces here. Alessa was her assistant and made her feel so comfortable and explained everything. She can't wait to come back and bugs me everyday to go! Can't forget to mention the soft serve ice cream that was served to her after her appointment! It's like a parents dream come true to not have to drag your child to another appointment they don't want to go to. Highly recommend!

I went in for a consultation and they all took really good care of me. Super friendly, polite, and down to earth people. They help you out where they can and I felt like they truly cared about my health and happiness. Would recommend to everyone, even if you're unsure. Just give them a visit and they'll help you through the process.

Hi5 is the best! My 8 year old just got his braces off and picked up his 1st retainer yesterday. Went downtown for dinner and put the retainer in his backpack. While at the restaurant someone broke out my back window and stole his backpack. He was devastated about the retainer being taken. Talked to the amazing staff at Hi5 today and explained what happened. Dr. W is replacing the retainer not only quickly, 2 weeks, but free of charge. You guys all made our day!

My 7 year old daughter is very shy and anxious in new settings. Within a few minutes into our consult the staff had her laughing and chatting. And ice cream?! Yes! My daughter was actually disappointed when they said let's wait on braces and do another checkup in 9 months. She is ready to go back now! But as a mom I love they recommeded the "let's wait and see what happens in the next few months" approach. It tells me that they are about patients first and not just about money.

I see the HI 5 Orthodontist on the South Hill. They are not bad, but I have had a bad experience with them. I originally had invisalign put on my teeth in July of 2021 and have not been seen since. Its now mid January 2022. I spent over $4000 cash for the Invisalign with the expectation that I would have orthodontic care, but that is not the care I am receiving.

The doctor had staff make an appointment for 3 months and 6 months out. But because they are overbooked they could not make those appointments. The earliest they could get me back in to be seen was December 4th. So 5 months, and couldn't make the 2nd appointment. Hi 5 Orthodontics then calls and cancels my December 4th appointment because the doctor will be out of office, and the soonest they can see me again is mid February which is approximately 7 or 8 months and about the time my retainers are done.

I called back and told them I wanted a sooner appointment, and that will be the end of January's. I spent thousands, and will have only have had my initial appointment, and that's it. The day I signed a contract and paid $4000. At my initial appointment, after they got my brackets on, they gave me 2 boxes of Invisalign retainers, told me to switch them out about 1 time a week and sent me on my way.

I have not received any follow up calls or appointments in over 6 months. At that initial appointment, the assistants had to put 22 brackets on my teeth, which was incredibly painful. They would attach all 22 brackets to a mold, glue them to my teeth, and rip the mold tray off, which repeatedly took brackets back off my teeth. Each time we reapplied the brackets, they would go through this process of glueing the brackets, heating my teeth with the magic light, and ripping them off.

They did eventually get all of them on temporarily. But I left with my teeth literally feeling cooked from the inside, and my gums bleeding. As soon as I got home, I ate a muffin, and 4 brackets popped off in my food. So I had to go back to have them reattached. Again, mold, cook, rip. After 3 or 4 attempts, and with my gums bleeding and in some pretty bad pain from being heated up from the magic light repeatedly, we gave up.

The assistant told me that if they pop off again, to just leave them off and not worry about them. I don't know much about brackets, but I assume if the doctor ordered them, they are important, so that was disappointing. The next day I had to go back a second time, because one of the brackets that were put on my teeth prevented my top and bottom teeth from connecting when I ate.

They tried to sand down the bracket, but they didn't want the bracket to come off again. And with my teeth still hurting/bleeding from the day before when the brackets were put on, we gave up. My teeth still do not sit correctly, 7 months later and makes eating difficult. I am pretty disappointed that this has been my experience. Byte, and other competitors to invisalign are much cheaper.

I chose HI 5 Ortho expecting to have Orthodontic care and somebody to monitor my progress-especially because I paid so much. And like I said, HI 5 handed me 2 boxes of trays, told me to change them out 1 time a week and sent me away. No follow up care, no real instructions, they canceled my only appointment, and now I will only be seen right before my treatment is over.

I have teenage girls are who gearing up for braces, but after my experience, Im not taking them here. The doctor (dentist) is quiet and friendly. He doesn't say much but he is at least out in the open and overseeing most of what's happening. He is also pretty active in the community I have noticed and seems like he has really good intentions.

The receptionists are friendly, the environment calm and mellow. Its not a bad place to go to, but from my experience, the care here is no different than one of those mail in trays like Byte. Next time, Ill save a few dollars and just do the mail in braces. Hope that helps.

We love Hi 5! Best place in town. And I truly appreciate Lexi and her patience with my daughter. She can be difficult but Lexi puts my daughter at ease and makes her feel so comfortable. Thank you so much!

Went in for a consultation, and everything went so smoothly! The Treatment Coordinator Katey was exceptional at helping me understand where I was at in regard to Invisalign, and both of the doctors there (Dr. Williams and Dr. Smith) made me feel comfortable and that I was in good hands. Just a wonderful place filled with wonderful people!

Great friendly staff. Needed a wire fixed on my son's Braces and they got us in first thing so no school was missed. The free soft serve definitely helped with any discomfort from the new wire

My daughter Mariko enjoyed her time at the Hi 5 Ortho. They always treated her with respect and care. She has been inspired to reach out to feed the homeless through seeing how much they also give back to the community. I highly recommend this company!

Our family loves Hi5! My daughter went through phase 1 and now phase 2 all with Dr. Williams! I recommended to my sister and my nephew also gets to enjoy the Hi5 experience. Dr. Williams is one of the most caring men I have ever met. He listens to concerns, always discusses expectations and his plan for action, and cares for me and my family. I know that his treatment and care are sincere!

We primarily use this location though both are phenomenal! We love coming in and being greeted so eagerly to see how things are going. I love the incentives to interact with the employees to earn points for rewards. And the staff t-shirts are AWESOME! BEST ORTHODONTICS I HAVE EVER SEEN AND EXPERIENCED!

One of the office people does not wear a mask and kept clearing her throat like she was congested while I was there. I am NOT saying she had Covid, but the fact that she was congested and also not wearing a mask while working in an office filled with children getting their teeth worked on was unsettling. I believe her name was Terry and she was wearing a tag saying she didn't wear a mask due to medical conditions.

Why not require Terry to wear a face shield instead? I don't know of any medical conditions that prevent you from wearing a face mask, but there are definitely no conditions preventing you from wearing a face shield. Otherwise the office was very safe with their updated check in procedures.

I am just so thankful for Hi 5 Orthodontic. They really have made a difference in my kids life. My daughter never smiled before, and she has had quite a journey with her teeth. Now she has so much more confidence to smile. It has been a bit of a long process but the people have always been so kind and encouraging. The end result has defiantly been worth the wait. It is so nice to see my daughter smile with such confedence. We really appreciate Hi 5. Thanks for helping my family out.

Honestly the best place to go for Orthodontics! Every single person is kind and caring. I've been so embarrassed about my teeth for a very long time. I finally got up the courage to go in for a complimentary evaluation. I was so impressed with how kind everyone was and how fast the process was! They didn't make me feel bad about my teeth. They are so amazing!

If things are a little tight financially they will work out a payment plan for you, and they even extend the payments a little to make it more affordable. I am so happy I decided to give them a try.

Not taking COVID-19 seriously. No one there was wearing a mask this week, other than actively treating a patient, and that would be removed and reworn later. No signage about patient/visitor protocols for safety. Keyboards were not cleaned consistently between patients (and were used with gloves after putting the gloved hands in patient mouths). As someone who lives and works with high risk individuals, and who has made numerous personal sacrifices to protect others, an who knows people who've been in ICR for weeks, it makes me very upset to see people treating this pandemic in such a cavalier fashion. They act like there's nothing going on. If I could avoid them from here on out, I would.

**Update: The staff at Hi 5 has handled my experience with the utmost care following the review I wrote. They contacted me immediately to discuss and I met them in person that day. They truly listened, and offered to let me move to a different orthodontist. That being said, they assured me my experience would be greatly changed if I chose to stay. I decided to give them a chance. We have a long way to go but so far we are happy with how they have handled things. I will update again in a few months.

My daughter goes here she's paying for her braces with a monthly plan and always talks about how great the staff is. She really appreciates the respect she gets when she goes there because her last orthodontist was a asshole. opps but so far her teeth are looking great and I can't wait to see them when they come off. thank you for treating my daughter.

Love Hi5! My son Carter has been a patient for six months now and I am super impressed! I have always been skeptical and nervous about Orthodontics. Dr. Williams and his staff are AMAZING! They take the time to educate me on the process and show so much care. Feels like we are visiting long time friends at every visit. Carter loves getting ice cream after each visit also! I recently completed Invisalign treatment with Hi 5 Orthodontics and I cannot praise Dr. Williams and his team enough for their above-and-beyond service. Hi 5 treated me with so much care and compassion and were so patient with me throughout my treatment. Beyond that, the environment at Hi 5 is positive + uplifting and always left me excited for my next visit.

Fast, efficient and friendly! My daughter broke two brackets so we made an appointment and they were able to get us in within two days of my call. When we got there my daughter went to brush her teeth and was gone for a while, I went to check on her and she was already in the chair getting the brackets replaced and getting new rubber bands; I was shocked at the speed of this appointment, we had literally been there for less than five minutes!

Everyone is so friendly and I've been very impressed with the way the office runs like a well oiled machine but doesn't feel rushed at all. This was our second visit and I look forward to our next one, I know it's going to be on time and run smoothly. Thank you Hi 5

Amazing Diann was amazing and very thorough. She explained all of what was going on with my daughters teeth. She explain in detail what the doctor recommended and how the process will work. Really felt comfortable at there facility. I will be taking all my kids there. The rest of the staff we came in contact with were amazing too

I'll be honest, I completely disagree with the other reviews here. When Hi 5 took over the last orthodontia practice here he lost my business. His staff are not well trained and are often confused and slow. The appointments usually take much longer than scheduled and the doctor is the most full and boing man you've ever met. About a year ago I took advice I trusted and asked them to put in a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth to prevent them from moving after getting my braces off.

They refused and it took three appointments and many tears to even get them to put it in. After they put it in I was told I would need t removed because they placed it too close to my gums, but I refused to go back. On top of that it is always busy crowded and hectic in there with people waiting too long for their appointments. I was absolutely done with the slow service and rude workers that I decided to never go back.

There are so many better places in the Spokane area to go to with great locations and professional staff I am in love with my teeth and the service that was provided to me at this location before it became Hi5 but I am very disappointed with what it has come to be.

Dr Williams is a superb orthodontist and after successfully completing my braces with him I can confidently say that I am happy bringing my business to him. As I moved to the Spokane area over a year ago I was searching for a new orthodontist to take over the care of my braces. I met with several other orthodontists and was frustrated by their ethics and service.

After finding Hi 5 Orthodontics I never turned back! Dr Williams is patient, observant, well skilled and professional. I never felt like he was just out for my money as he puts his patients and good work ethics first. This is why he has a solid reputation and many happy clients. All the various staff are equally friendly as well as being well trained, skilled and professional. I felt comfortable and confident sitting in the chair every time I visited. Our family loves this orthodontist. We've had 3 members get braces here. Easy payment plans and discounts for more then one family member. Dr. Williams is super nice and always very personable. Scheduling and rescheduling always easy and accommodating. Highly recommend HI5 for lots of reasons.

My son has been going to hi 5 for over a year and I couldn't be happier! Dr Williams is kind and patient and talks to my son So he understands what is being done and why. The hygienists are all great at making him happy throughout his appointment. And then there is Robin. where to even begin. Robin has befriended Holden and he adores seeing her and she is so great with him.

She asks about all his activities ( how she remembers who knows) and makes him feel so special each appointment. (Next time you are there ask to meet Mori ) I am truly grateful to her and all the others for making this experience so wonderful. Thank you!

We just moved to Spokane and had to quickly find an orthodontist for my daughter. One of her bottom brackets came off and we needed to get it fixed. First off, they're website is easy to go through. And they have a page dedicated to children and preventive care. The office is nice and spacious and the staff go above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable. Everyone I came into contact there was so helpful and patient. Customer service was amazing. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist.
