Moats Dental

I was introduced to Dr. Michel Moats dental services about 30 years ago, by my good friend's wife, who was a nurse, who highly recommended Dr. Moats. I've been going there ever since. His service is thorough and conservative, with a drive towards tooth preservation. Dr. Moats and his staff are always very kind, welcoming and focused on the patient's health and comfort.

I've had some of the best, and most painless work done there; and I don't even mind going to the dentist anymore! I highly recommend Dr. Moats to anyone who really cares about their teeth and overall oral health. Barry Worster

They are all professional and their work outstanding. Dr. Moats is an exceptionally skilled dentist and his cosmetic dental work is second to none. He is thoughtful, considerate, compassionate and funny when appropriate. My daughter will soon be graduating from her child dentist to Moats Dental.

Dr. Moats is wonderful! He is personable and takes a lot of time to understand your dental needs. He made a TMJ night guard for me recently. Not only does it fit perfectly, my TMJ has finally calmed down. Thank you Dr. Moats!

Dr. Moats and his team are exceptional! I've had a lot of dental work through the years and no one is as knowledgable, thorough and as skilled as Dr. Moats. He takes the time to get to know you as a patient and includes you in the decision making process so you feel in control of your care. I needed a new crown while pregnant and he was simply the best.

I'll be going back post-baby for more care, including some cosmetic work. His entire office is wonderful, from Janet the hygienist, to Allison his assistant, to Mona at the desk. I appreciate them all and am grateful to have found this amazing dental practice!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Moats for many years. Even after moving further from his office, we continue to make the drive because of the positive experience and confidence we have in Dr. Moats. He takes the time to carefully explain any procedure and is always open to questions. His staff is courteous and caring. There is a warm welcome from the moment you walk in the door. I have seen many dentists in my lifetime, having lived in various states. Dr. Moats is far and above the best dentist I've ever had. The level of professionalism, explaining in detail what the issues were and what my options were. He was patient and thorough in making sure I understood the procedures as well as answering my questions in a manner I could understand.

In one treatment visit he took care of 3 fillings with no need of pain killers. I experienced no discomfort at all. That was a first for me! Dr. Moats's staff is also exceptional. Previous dental cleaning experiences I've had with other dental offices have left me in various degrees of pain often unable to eat that evening. Janet was great and I had no pain that night. Another first! Jenny at the desk and Nancy assisting Dr. Moats a delight. I wish I had found Dr Moats years ago.

Dr. Moats is exceptional! If you're looking for a solid dentist, don't look any further! I've been to many dentists that aren't nearly as professional or caring as Dr. Moats. My daughter's teeth were messed up by another dentist and was able to fix it. She moved out of state and will fy home if she has to have any work done on her teeth.

We only trust Dr. Moats! He will give you an honest evaluation about what needs to get done right away and what can wait. The entire staff is very professional, friendly, and caring!

Dr. Moats is by far the best dentist I ever met! Absolutely love this place! Dr. Moats is very gentle and caring. My entire family goes to him. In fact, my daughter lives out of state and will only let Dr. Moats do any work on her teeth. He is very professional and detailed in all his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a solid dentist! The staff is very friendly and caring as well.

I was really nervous to meet with Dr. Moats and to hear the laundry list of work that I would need to have done, but realized quickly that I was in good hands. I knew I needed a lot of work before I even went in, but what I hadn't expected was that Dr. Moats had a long term plan in place for me so that I would not need to pay for everything all at once.

He explained that some things could wait as long as I was not in pain. We got the first round of work done and it was flawless; Dr. Moats was gentle, efficient and understanding of the fact that I was nervous. His hygienist, Annie, was phenomenal as well. They both did a great job of making me feel comfortable with the work I was having done; in large part because they work as a seamless team and leave you with the impression that you are in very capable hands at all times.

All of the work that they have completed has been painless and perfect. Jennie at the front desk as really great as well- always greeting me with a smile, taking time to review all the intricacies of my billing with me when I didn't understand (which requires a lot of patience- I'm not so bright at insurance questions). I was also extremely appreciative of how they were able to work with me on being able to phase out my work so that I could keep up with the payments, rather than pushing me to get it all done at once.

I can't say enough good things about my relationship with the Moats Dental staff since I started going there; how they bent over backwards when I had a crown done by a previous dentist crack and needed to be seen asap, how he recommended a a really amazing specialist for my root canal (who was also really talented btw), and how they do all this amazing work with the best attitude you could ask for out of a professional.

My mouth has never felt this good and I will be a client for as long as they'll let me keep coming back. Who knew that you could truly look forward to seeing your dentist?!
