Recommended by my friend, who is a local oral surgeon, I visited there to get a second opinion. Convenient location, clean office, nice staff.everything was great and most importantly, Dr. Vaughn was very communicative and professional. Thank you!

I have concern with the clean hygine of the stuffs when they put their hands and other things inside mouth. The stuff wore gloves to just to protect her own hands, and did not care about keeping it clean for putting them inside patient's mouth. She kept the gloves on the printed paper, touched printed paper, pen, keybpard, monitor and then put inside my son's mouth which I didn't like. I mentioned it before she put the hands inside his mouth, and she just said it's okay. Given the current COVID situation I am more concerned about this level of cleanliness.

I met with Dr. Vaughn today for a consult and I can't say enough positive things about my experience with him and every staff member I had contact with. My needs are both complicated and challenging and it became clear right away that he knew far more than other specialists I had spoken with. He took the time to answer my many questions and explained my options in detail.

Immediately after my consult Dr. Vaughn called and spoke with the surgeon I had consulted with previously. Two hours later I had an email from his assistant who gave me a synopsis of their conversation. If you are looking for excellence, compassion and integrity you owe it to yourself to make an appointment.

My teeth look AMAZING! I was a little nervous going to an orthodontist for the first time as an adult, as I wasn't sure what to expect. I was so pleased with my whole experience. The entire staff are so kind and professional. The Interbay office is gorgeous (only office I went to). You can really tell they all care about how good your teeth turn out.

I pretty much only saw Dr. Leone and Dr. Borda, and they went above and beyond to make my smile just right. The extra equipment and add-ons they have (OrthoPulse and Dental Monitoring) made the Invisalign experience so much easier and relatively painless. Worth every penny, seriously go see these guys.

Update: I had another appointment at a different orthodontist and had a much different and better experience. The other provider set expectations, explained things to me, and gave a very professional and thorough exam (better price too). My advice: shop around. L&V unfortunately made me feel like a paycheck instead of a patient. Initial review: I went in after referral of my dentist for long term dental health.

Instead of reviewing the referral the doctor asked me why I was there (?). I expected them to read the referral and connect the items written on the referral to their recommended treatment plan. Instead it was them asking me what I wanted to do. Aren't I seeing you for your professional opinion about this referral from another doctor? Also, very odd and invasive feeling to have someone barely introduce themselves to you then start photographing your mouth with a large DSLR camera. I was expecting a more professional introduction to level set me on what was going to occur rather than just pulling out the photography gear.

Love love love this place and what they managed to do with my teeth :) My entire journey to straightening my teeth was smooth and stress-free, despite getting it done during Covid. I had a 90 degree rotation in one of my front teeth (very severe) Dr. Leone had promised I'd get my straight teeth within 18 months and she managed to make it happen in 13 months! All the staff have been very polite, friendly and supportive. Highly recommend!

I'm starting my braces journey and so far everybody I meet has been very pleasant including the 3 orthodontist! They all are very welcoming and took there time to tell me what's happening what to do and not to do! They answered all my questions and were very explanatory! And the Covid Protocols were very safe and clean.

Unfortunately, I've been very disappointed with the results. I have a gap and there are black spaces between my teeth and gums all along my front teeth which weren't there before I had treatment. Food gets stuck between my front teeth in places that are visible and it's embarrassing. I brought this up to the orthodontist when we were close to the end of the treatment and was told I would have to go back to my general dentist and have bonding or veneers done to correct it!

This was a huge disappointment since I'd already paid $7,000 for the Invisalign. In addition, I found that there wasn't consistency with the care. They had 3 orthodontists and were running several chairs at once. They would be rushing in and out of the chair and often didn't have time to spend with each patient to give individualized attention.

I greatly appreciate Leone & Vaughn's dedication to timely service. I had both my daughters braces done at Leone and Vaughn and now that I am finally getting my own braces they are my #1 choice. They are always professional and never keep the client waiting. Best of all they provide the newest technology and products. Best choice for orthodontia.

Cristal was so super helpful and managed loose teeth under braces perfectly without any pain and did it with a smile! She made sure that the patient was comfortable and asked them how they were feeling every step of the way! Highly recommend this amazing staff!

The doctors and techs here are so friendly and amazing! Very efficient workplace, and I was in and out in under an hour. They really take care of their patients. I expressed a lot of concern about braces and they found a way to make Invisalign work for me instead.

I have been working in the dental field for 30 years, 20 of these as a Registered Dental Hygienist. After referring patients to Leone and Vaughn for two decades, seeing beautiful results with my patients time and again, and entrusting them with the orthodontic treatment of my teenage son, I am now a patient. Dr. Borda completed my initial exam with attention to detail and clear explanation of her treatment plan.

The entire staff from receptionists to ortho techs, dental assistants, and orthodontists are wonderful! Everyone is kind, considerate, patient, and professional. These three ladies have been so helpful in planning my Invisalign treatment to include providing options in how I can continue forward with treatment even though I'll be heading overseas for work for most of my treatment plan. I took my daughter in today to start her orthodontic treatment! Dr. Vaughn and his team were exceptional. Leone and Vaughn Orthodontics are experts in their field. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, even with all the covid requirements. I felt safe because I could see all the measures they have in place to protect me. The staff, and the Doctor, were prompt in meeting with me, efficient, gave clear directions to me and did a great job explaining their analysis of my issues. They took time to explain my options and the process.

My 10yr old son just completed phase 1 orthodontia (expander, braces & now a retainer) with LVO. EVERY interaction we had throughout the year-long process was fantastic. The Dr's and staff are wonderful, the technology used for appt reminders is great and the offices (we had the opportunity to visit 3 of their 4 locations) are all beautiful. Thank you LVO!

Did a full course or Invisalign here after another orthodontist incorrectly told me I wasn't a candidate and needed metal braces. Everything was easy and painless and I completed my full course with Invisalign. Love my straight new smile! I paid exactly what I was quoted and the entire process was easy and painless. I would absolutely recommend them! All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

My experience with Leone and Vaughn has been mixed. As a whole, they are friendly and easy to work with. However, I feel that they are way overpriced and the treatment my children have received has been questionable. L&V recommended that each of my children receive a palate expander (approx $3000.00 each). One child also received braces (approx $2000).

This child has now been advised to enter a second phase of treatment costing $6000.00. This is absolutely ridiculous to spend over $10000 on care and I feel like a fool for not finding another orthodontist. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if for more affordable care.

Leone & Vaughn (L&V) is a top-tier provider for orthodontic treatment in the Seattle area. I was wary at the thought of getting braces, but after my original consultation in March of 2016 with Dr. Leone, I immediately felt excited at the prospect of fixing my bite/teeth with the Invisalign treatment. I have only been to the Interbay/Elliott area office, but it was definitely a beautiful and well set up space.

Everything is sleek, suave, and modern. At every step of the way, L&V was efficient, friendly, and accurate. Checking in at every appointment was a breeze, and I was always seen on time (that's a huge pet peeve of mine: when doctor's offices always see you much later than your appointment time). During my appointments, the orthodontic assistants were well-trained and accurate in describing certain procedures being performed on my teeth at the time of the appointment.

While I was never seen by Dr. Vaughn, I can say that Dr. Leone and Dr. Davis were excellent. I never felt nervous or worried about what they were going to do my teeth when it came to adjusting brackets or making cuts between my teeth to allow them to compact more. After each appointment, I met with a receptionist to confirm my next appointment. One little thing I really appreciated about this was the slip they printed for me that detailed my next appointment, including about how long the appointment would last.

I cannot thank Leone & Vaughn, Dr. Davis, and all of their orthodontic assistants enough for improving the longevity of my teeth. If you need braces or just want to get a consultation, check L&V out. I highly recommend their services!

They give off a very money-grabbing impression, and feels like they're trying to take advantage of folks that don't know their condition very well. I'm here once while I was shopping for an orthodontist for Invisalign options. I know what my problem is. They took some imaging, had the doctor come in poke around for 5 minutes, telling me that they're not sure if it'll be affective, BUT I should start with them anyway and gave my a financial contract to sign right there?

This is how it went with the orthodontist that I'm actually working with: first visit, they bothered to ask for my past history, and opted to get images from my last orthodontist instead of taking new ones. After some assessment the doctor listed out a few treatment options, and explained to me the rough expected results for each. He then asked if he could present my case to a study group to see if others have more thoughts about it.

Second appointment, I was given written details of the comments from the study group, and more in depth elaboration on the treatment plans that were discussed before. I agreed to start treatment and signed with them there. Bottom line is if your case need any kind of actual attention, this is not a good place.

I started Invisalign in October 2016, completed treatment in September 2017, and had my final check up this week. When I first met with Dr. Vaughn, I didn't think I was an Invisalign candidate due to my serious crowding. I'm very happy I was wrong and even more happy to have chosen such a clean, professional orthodontist. I spent many of my adult years being self conscious of my teeth, and my only regret is that I didn't make an appointment sooner. Dr. Leone and her husband truly are experts when it comes to straightening teeth with plastic :

Dr. Leone is very personable and explains the treatment plan in a simplistic yet unoffensive manner. Dr. Leone provided a realistic treatment plan with supportive explanations. The staff at the Bellevue office have--on more than one occasion, made me feel unimportant and as though they were doing me a favor. The Madison Park office has been great to work with.

As another review indicated, scheduling can be a struggle. As a frequent traveler for work, it's near impossible because the staff don't always communicate from one office to the next. I wouldn't not recommend them, but I will suggest scrutiny when working with the Bellevue location. Hope this helps.

I have been bringing my daughter here for several years for braces. Initially, she had a defective spacer that was in 3 months. At first they thought it was our technique in tightening it until it was removed and found to be defective. So that added 3 additional months with a spacer. Not fun. Since then it seems we are waiting at least 20 min for a scheduled visit.

This has not always been the case but seems to be the norm now. We have been pleased with professional staff, but not sure I will bring my other child here even if this is more convenient.

If you have a serious case I would be very wary of going here. After seeing others post similar reviews I feel it's about time I said something. I had my braces put on several years ago in this office, I was told during my initial consult that something looked odd about my case (just from looking at me) but they were sure my very crooked teeth could be fixed with braces only.

I felt like there was very little research or thought put into my case, just get the braces on and "all will be fine." I got the braces on and around a year later I was told without warning that I would need orthognathic surgery. I was shocked, and at this point couldn't undo what had been done with the braces. My story is very lengthy, so I'm not going to air the entire story here.

I just want people to know choosing this office was the worst decision of my life. Thankfully I moved to another state and had top of the line treatment. Unfortunately, my time here caused me a lot of heartache, pain, and further treatment to correct my bite.

A recent update. I visited this office in March, and received a treatment recommendation in email in May. The treatment plan reflects exactly what Dr. Vaughn told me in the first place, very rough and general recommendations, with minimum consideration of my preference. It was nothing like what was mentioned that they would put a lot of time and efforts in research.

I am not sure how they can give the best treatment plan as possible without thoroughly examining their patients. I've decided to go with another orthodontist who did a thorough examination on me, did x-ray for free, answered all my questions in a professional way, addressed all my concerns, and gave me a treatment plan that addresses my needs and meets my preference. I am not a big fan of L & V office. I am sure there are other people who found this place wonderful. This office just doesn't work for me.

I visited this office for an Invisalign assessment and pricing. I also visited two other orthodontists in Seattle (one downtown and one near UW) for an estimate. I did not choose this office for a few reasons. First, Dr Leone actually made negative comments about the quality of my last orthodontic treatment (braces). I think this is not the way to "sell" me on your services. I'm already visiting you because I'm not happy about the results of my braces.

Tell me that you are going to make my teeth a lot better, don't pick on the last guy. So that in general turned me off. I can't recall exact comments but it wasn't the usual ortho talk of your teeth don't align here and need to be more forward here. It was more like, your last ortho didn't do a good job and he clearly didn't know what he was doing.

And I mention this because she had no idea about the circumstances of my previous braces (I think I demanded they come off early). Then, when I received the estimate (luckily I got 3 estimates from 3 different orthodontists around town), it was $1500 more than the orthodontist I ended up going with. It was also $1000 more than the third estimate I received.

If this were braces, I'd understand but with invisalign, there is an Invisalign home office (in costa rica?) that comes up with a treatment plan and (I think) that your own orthodontist could then makes some updates based on what they think. Notice I say "could", it doesn't mean that they will and I think as a patient you have no idea if they did. Lastly, I don't know if this a positive or negative.

But the office is very very nice. The decor is fantastic. But as I left, I couldn't help but think that all the nice decor was paid for by them over charging their patients compared to other orthodontists in the area. I also couldn't help but notice the line of luxury cars parked around the side. I'm assuming that is where the Orthos/staff park.
