Artistic Dental Center

I have not had a dental appointment in over a year due to a horrific experience with a root canal. Aesthetic Dental renewed my confidence in scheduling and showing up for a dental appointment. The hygienist was very informative and gave me a full understanding of the work she would need to do. I'm not often impressed but I am. Believe the reviews. Although the dentist didn't have any work to do he still made an appearance, & doubled checked my teeth, the exam & X-rays to assure I was good to go.

I have been going to this office for years. From the time you walk in, you're greeted with great customer service and it only continues as you navigate through the office. The receptionists, dental hygienist, and dentist are all very pleasant and knowledgeable people. In addition, my entire family gets service at this dentist office because they truly care about you as a patient and the work is very good quality. I absolutely recommend this place, they are also extremely flexible and communicative. Thanks for always providing great service.

The service is always professional and informative. I have the best hygienist (Jennien) that I would not trade for anyone.

My dental hygienist is Tammy. She was great. I had a deep root cleaning on March 9th. Very very little to no pain. She is very informative about what will happen and what is happening as you are going through the process, as well as attentive and caring about you through it all. Really really knowledgeable and skilled with her job. EVERYONE I have encountered at this office is really nice.receptionists, dental assistant, dental hygienist, and dentist! I highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed.

Ok let's talk about the Dream Team aka Dr. Nse and his wonderful team! I have been with Artidtic Dentak since adolescence (yes, back when I was on my parents insurance lol.those were the days) And now my family has been with Dr. Nse since he took over the practice. There has been nothing but quality dentist at Artistic Dental, and Dr. Nse continues to uphold the core values that have earned the commitment of loyal patients such as my family.

From the front desk to the patient rooms, things are clean and organized. You will ALWAYS be greeted with professionalism, met with understanding, left with a solution! This is BY FAR the BEST practice on the south side!

Service was excellent, very prompt and good patient staff and doctor rapport. Also, a very clean environment and safety is practice in this office which I do appreciate. So, if you are looking for a good dentist, a staff that cares and great quality of services Artistic Dental is the place.

Went for a deep cleaning today best experience ever. The dentist was awesome and made sure I had no pain. By the way my teeth are WHITE and smooth lol thanks Artistic Dental. The best staff, very professional and courteous.

The customer service and personal touch at Artistic has always been good. I was there before the ownership change years ago and Dr. Nse and his team did not miss a beat. In fact they did a great job of adding their personal touch to it and picking up where the previous dentist left off. I don't have any other dentist I'd be interested in going to. They are competent, professional, friendly and responsive. I'd highly recommend.

First, I have so much anxiety and fear going to the dentist. They made me feel so comfortable! They gave me a weighted blanket to calm me and out on Netflix to ease my mind. They talked me through everything. They explained the treatment process well. I would recommend this dental office to everyone

I definitely recommend Artistic Dental! Top of the notch work. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable that you forget you're at a dentist which helps a lot. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Nse and his top notched staff are the best! The team is very professional, efficient and caring. I am COVID paranoid but feel very safe at the office with their screening protocols and disinfection practices. I had an appointment with Tammy, the Dental Hygienist, she always does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth! Thank you Artistic Dental for your wonderful service!

I love love this place! The staff here are so professional and full of knowledge. They make you feel right at home. They care about the patients and know exactly what they're doing. I highly recommend Artistic Dental Centre. They just don't dive into the work, they take the time and run x-ray on your teeth to see what is going on and see what's need to be done. Then they explain to you what is going on and give you the best service they can provide. 5 stars service this place rock.

If I could give THEM negative stars, I'd give them -5. I was a new patient and the gave me the worst new patient experience. I sat in their waiting room for an hour and watched them take patient after patient before me, with absolutely no explanation! A simple "I'm sorry we are running a little behind." would have been appreciated! I received absolutely nothing untill I went to the front desk and asked what was going on, the front desk person, said she wouls check to see what was going on, she never gave me an update and then said there was a problem with my insurance (Which I had sent them the week prior).

I was so heated I called the office and asked to speak to the dentist, he called me back and had the worst attitude and acted as if it was my fault. BTW, I arrived at my appoinement on time! I would not rec this place to my worst enemy if I had any. P.s I am a dental professional, that was on maternity leave looking for a place close to get a cleaning while off, so I am quite familiar how the "NEW PATIENT EXPERIENCE, " should flow! NOT LIKE THAT! JUST AWFUL!
