Have braces put on and Dr Wiley and her assistant were always professional and did a great job! I actually enjoyed coming here every few months while having braces because the Dr is very nice and welcoming! She does great work!

Worst orthodontist ever. She deserves ZERO stars. Save your money and do NOT go to this place. Had two of my kids several years ago go to Dr. Wiley. She did a poor job and demanded more money when the treatment extended past the finish date. She refused to give my kids their retainers until I paid an extra, already overcharged fee. She did not care that her staff had to reschedule and push back my child's appointment, resulting in the delay in treatment. Additionally, there is a high turnover rate in employees who work here, there seemed to be new staff whenever it was the kids appointment times.

I ran into one of Dr. Wiley's former employee and she said she would cry a lot from the verbal abuse she received and eventually quit. My daughter overheard her calling me a "sneaky bitch" when I walked into the treatment section to watch my daughter being worked on. I highly recommend Smile Doctors in Wheaton if you want competent and caring treatment.

My children loved Dr Wiley, she is professional and gives great advice to the Health and care of your teeth. She does excellent work. My son knock out his temporary front teeth and she did a excellent job with his bridge. Also my other kids chipped there front tooth and she made it look perfect. I have moved out of state but have found no one else who does a better job. would refer her to anyone.

My son was referred to see Dr. Evelyn R Wiley and amazingly she took care of him beyond my expectations. I strongly recommend her to anyone who needs an Orthodontist.

Dr.evelyn wiley is very thorough and trustworthy in her practice. she explains the patient treatment plan well, she spends enough time with her patients without rushing, and the patients are very satisfied with her treatment due to her confidence and friendly nature. her office is well equipped with air purifiers to control infection. her staff is also very polite and well informed.

Was in office having my daughter's braces maintained and I heard her speaking poorly of parents to receptionist. Receptionist scolded me because she wasn't at her desk for over twenty minutes so we were considered late for not shouting that we were in the waiting room. Orthodontist never would give my daughter sunglasses to use under the bright light.

Didn't give my daughter any kind of warning so while her mouth was open poured mouthwash and my daughter choked on it. I had to take her to the ER she had become so ill. Don't let your children be traumatized by her.

I got my braces done today and i couldn't be happier! Dr. Wiley was very professional and reassuring. I was a bit nervous and she did everything possible to make me feel better. She is very funny and polite. Nicest Orthodontic I've met. Her assistant was very nice and informative as well. Showed me how to floss, brush and apply wax to my new braces.

In all, I would definitely recommend Dr. Wiley to anybody that is looking to get braces or anything done. She even gave me a discount for being a college student under the age of 26, which is very thoughtful! Thanks again for helping me achieve my smile! :

Having a perfect smile is tough for most people with crooked teeth. Getting braces is painful, but Twin Oaks Ortho will do a great job in helping you through the excruciating process of making that smile perfect. They are very sympathetic and will get it done for you. Definitely recommend this place!

We are very pleased with my sons braces and his teeth look great. The staff is awesome. Dr Wiley is very professional she was patient with my son through the whole process. I recommend her if your looking for a great Orthodontist.

I love it here, I would recommend to anyone they are patient and they take their time explaining everything that is happening or on what they are going to do next, they are professionals and know what they are doing. My daughter loves it here she feels comfortable coming here and that make me feel good that my daughter likes it and feels comfortable.

Worst ortho every. She purposely cut my gums and made them bleed to make a statement to floss better. She spits in your face when your laying down. She is the worst I give her 0 stars and hope I can save you or your children from torture.

I have been having such a great experience with Dr. Evelyn Wiley Orthodontist, she has made me more confident overtime with my smile and I'm looking so forward to the end results. I highly recommend anyone in need of braces to please visit her! I'm really saddened by all these harsh comments I have had a wonderful experience with her.

Don't waste your time for rude service, and a sarcastic know it all doctor. One of the rudest ladies I've ever met.

My daughter had a very bad experience with Dr. Wiley. My daughter was getting her braces mold and Dr. Wiley just stuffed the mold in her mouth without warning. Also when my daughter was getting her brace her eyes started making tears because of the light being so close to her eyes, the don't even have sunglasses for the kids. Dr. Wiley was very aggressive with my daughter. Overall I am not happy with this "Dr. Wiley" and her office, all of the good reviews are obviously fake and these people need to go to get their brains checked.

Our daughter is 13 and has been coming here for over a year. Dr. Wiley loves my daughter. She is warm and personable. We appreciate the convenience of offices in two locations. Our experience has been nothing but positive. Billing was upfront, everyone is nice, and my daughter is on schedule with her braces. I should mention that our daughter's mouth was a MESS before we came here. Dr. Wiley is a good lady, and I'm happy to be able to support her business.

Can't give this place half a star, unfortunately. I went in to this orthodontist to get a consultation for adult orthodontia, and all I seemed to get was pushiness and attitude. It seems that all this doctor is in it for is the money, and not the needs of the patient. I needed time to think about braces or Invisaline, and I was getting the sales pitch big-time.

Not only that, but she was very condescending to her staff to the point where you could feel the tension in the air. The receptionist at the front desk has major attitude, but I can understand why. I will never go back.
