Debbie a Registered Dental Assistant began her dental career in 1981 as a dental assistant in Louisiana. She is certified in Radiology/Nitrous Monitoring and CPR. After moving to the Metroplex in 1986 she moved quickly to an expanded functioning dental assistant then to administrative management. She has worked for Dr. Ratcliff since 2006 as his Administrative Manager and has clinical knowledge about all dental procedures and will be glad to assist you with your dental insurance, dental financing, and scheduling appointments.

First time patient here: Lovely people who were on time, very welcoming, gave clear explanations of what they were going to do today and what they recommended going forward. They were as gentle as they could be, given that they are doing dental work. They also seem to like and respect each other, which makes it nice for no drama, no tension. I'm glad I found them.

The office staff and dr are great but unfortunately had a big miscommunication with insurance for my appointment. I ended up being out of network so was stuck with a $300 dollar bill and a cleaning to show for it. I understand miscommunications happen but they should not have been so eager to schedule me and proceed with the appointment.

I felt welcomed the moment I stepped in the door. Everything was explained to me and I felt calm. I was brought back for my appointment in a timely fashion and everything took around a hour for X-rays and a deep clean. My concerns were addressed with the Dr and I felt like the course of action was good and handled swiftly. I look forward to making this office my new dental home.
