I've been going to Susan Hollar's practice for about five years and every time, I'm blown away at their exceptional customer service. I mean, who knew going to the dentist could actually be enjoyable?!?!? Dr. Devon McClurg has been absolutely extraordinary with her care of my dental needs; she's very thorough with her explanations making sure I understood everything, she had a gentle touch when it came to the actual procedures, as well as a calm demeanor when I started getting nervous from the sounds of the dreaded drill.

This individual dental practice has restored my faith in the services industry with their attitude towards their customers, as well as their meticulous detail to the atmosphere they exhibit to their customers, evidenced by the floor to ceiling windows so you can look at their award-winning garden while "in the chair". I've disliked going to the dentist my entire life, and while going to Susan Hollar's practice isn't exactly fun in the typical sense, it is enjoyable.

Dr. Hollar's warmth, genuine care and her exceptional expertise is reflected in her entire operation. She truly advocates for you--and your teeth. She believes that it is her and her team's job to give you the best possible dental care--helping you understand how to care for your teeth so we get to keep them for life! And when you need exceptional expertise to give you the best smile and function--there's no one better. We have trusted our family to her care for the last 20 years and will continue to do so--because she is our best advocate for our family's dental care.

I never met Dr. Hollar _ I was assigned to the other dentist. Rather than completing my treatment plan and resolving the issues I came in with, she told me that I need braces. I've never heard that before in my life. Of course they're $6,000 down. I had already committed the $500 required for my impressions. I had to go through that twice, just to come back and be told she couldn't do what I actually needed/wanted done, because she decided I need braces in my 50s.

I have been seeing Dr. Hollar for over a year she is absolutely amazing. My case was difficult but she assured me everything would be fine. Dr. Hollar and her staff are so polite, and professional. Dr. Hollar is an artist with an amazing talent. I am so happy with everything that she has done for me I can't stop smiling. Being able to smile says so much about a person. Thank you Dr. Hollar and your wonderful team.

This is THE BEST place to get any type of work done on your teeth! From cleaning, to veneers, Dr. Hollar and her team and absolutely amazing! Everyone is so sweet and the care is top notch and you can tell that patient care is their top priority. Before finding Dr. Hollar, I had veneers done elsewhere and was not satisfied at all. Because of this, I was discouraged and afraid to ever have work done on my teeth again. Dr. Hollar assured me that she would be able to give me the smile I have dreamed about, and while I was skeptical because of my experience before at a different office, I decided to trust Dr. Hollar and her vision.

This was truly the greatest decision I have made and it is because of Dr. Hollar! Because of her, I now have the most beautiful smile and I couldn't thank her enough! She gave me back my confidence and now I am always smiling! She truly is an artist and I am forever grateful that I was referred to her!

Where do I even start? From the moment I stepped into Dr. Hollar's office She and her staff have been nothing short of exceptional! The attention to comfort and detail from the moment you enter till your exit is completely unmatched. I have personally been visiting her office for more than a year and its honestly one of the best dental office I have been to.

They're very welcoming, professional, and extremely caring. Not to mention the office itself is beautiful. Moving on to Dr. Hollar herself, she is not only an exceptional Doctor of Dentistry but truly a wonderful person. She has a keen eye for cosmetic dentistry and is truly a pioneer in her field of specialty. There is absolutely no doubt in her capabilities to give you the most natural and stunning smile that is specifically tailored to you. I am so grateful for Dr. Hollar and her team! Dr Hollar and her staff are AMAZING! I have been going here for years for my cleanings and they always do a great job. This past weekend I had an accident and chipped my front tooth. I called their team and they got me in on that Monday to get me fixed up! Dr Hollar bonded the tooth and you cannot even tell I ever chipped it. I cannot recommend their team enough for either just a cleaning or something cosmetic. Thank you for being so caring and professional.

I had a terrible experience with veneers done by another dentist in the area (several fell off or cracked) so I decided to switch to Dr. Hollar. The quality of the work is light years ahead of my prior dentist. She paid attention to the smallest details when shaping my veneers. I have had very few issues with my new teeth and when I did, Dr. Hollar fixed the problem quickly and free of charge (unlike my previous dentist who billed me every time I had to come in for a repair).

Not only is Dr. Hollar outstanding, but the staff is incredible as well. Every cleaning is very thorough and I have never had a negative experience in the several years I have been going there. From the front desk to the dental assistants and Dr. Hollar herself, everyone is extremely professional and friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I have been coming to Dr Hollar since the early 2000s. When I say she ranks with the Renaissance masters of sculpture, I mean it. She is incredibly talented because she took my ugly teeth and transformed them into a thing of beauty. Her staff is outstanding. Very professional, but very personable also. I can honestly say that I look forward to going to the dentist because they treat me well and we all have a great time. Yes, one CAN have a pleasant experience visiting a dentist's office.

One recommendation: if you need your mouth numb, ask for a ligajet injection! Much better than an inferior alveolar nerve block! I give Dr Hollar and her team of professionals my highest endorsement!

Dr. Susan Hollar and her entire staff are polite, professional, excellently skilled in their positions; including photography & lab! This is by far the most well run team with a brilliant cosmetic dentist leading the way! Rarely have I waited 5 minutes. I came in from a disastrous full mouth restoration plan from Las Colinas Cosmetic Dentistry; to get a consult. (I was still in temps for almost a year on both lowers and uppers and would wait 2 hours!) Dr. Hollar looked at my temporaries and with good consciousness said "we needed to change the consult".

She couldn't allow me to leave in the condition in which I had arrived. My gums were suffocating! She made needed adjustments and we were on the path to get my gums healthy to proceed. They have a photography studio, their own lab and a very skilled team and captain! The beautiful music inside and views out of the window is calming. I watched movies during some visits, was treated to soup and yogurt any time I wished!

I felt well respected and pampered! This is not a cost effective dentist (which I had tried in Las Colinas ) but the well being of your HEALTH and BEAUTY of your smile and peace of mind; is well worth the cost! You can get a "temp smile" too see what her vision is; along with a 2 hour thorough & dedicated consultation for $500! Well worth the investment!

This is only my second review ever; because I am so grateful for her repairing another dentists poor work! Thank you Dr. Hollar for sharing your highly educated skills and fabulous chair side manor! Your entire team is fantastic! Sincerely a happy patient! LM
