Fort Worth Dental never fails in friendliness and service! I've been to several dentists as I travel a lot and FWDental is consistently the best one. Their in-house dental plan is also very affordable for patients without dental insurance!

They have done a lot for me, from cleanings to a tooth replacement. Happy staff, and excellent service. Really worth the drive from Granbury, Tx.

Impressed with how well Eva cleaned my teeth. She cleaned my teeth like she read my mind-PERFECTION. Fast and excellent service. I will only let her clean my teeth from this point on. Really nice and professional staff, as well.

I love the early morning appointments. The whole staff is courteous. Once I had needed a bridge (no metal). They call me and told that it was in, once I got there is was metal (yikes) I told them that is not what I order, they re-order another one w no metal (yay). Once this came in it did not fit (ouch) they kept working with it until it fit. They were closing, but they were determine to make me happy (awe). I said THANK U JESUS! because I was very upset after several trips and leaving work early.but I am HAPPY!

I've been coming to this office for about 4 months and I've received nothing but the best of care. A few months back I had some dental complications while 9 months pregnant and was very nervous about getting treatment. Dr. Haley and his assistants made me feel like calm and taken care of :

Dr. Haley and Rosie are the best! They took care good of me and made sure my visit was comfortable and free of pain or anxiety. I have come here before and will continue to do so. They are phenomenal.

I've gone to Dr. Terry for years and would recommend Fort Worth Dental to anyone who needs dental care with a gentle touch. Due to my bad experiences with dentists growing up, he and the staff at Fort Worth Dental have been extremely patient, yet professional with me. Trust me, these guys are the best. And kudos to Jan ! The best hygienist I've ever had!.

I came in due to pain on my teeth and as soon as I called the scheduled me for the next day. The appointment was great, they explain what had happened and what needed to be done. Everything was clear and they were very nice and caring. I am very satisfied with my treatment and would recomend.

Just wanted to write a quick message about Fort Worth Dental. They are AWESOME! I had a severe toothache and I called and they got me in that day! Gave me relief/antibiotics and got me scheduled for a root canal the next week. The staff are a wonderful crew and would recommend you make your appointment now!

I really loved this place up until my husband had his cleaning. Apparently they do not verify your remaining max or benefits. We paid out of pocket for a cleaning because he was maxed out. The lady who I spoke to on the phone said they just check if you have insurance. Could you imagine if someone has major dental work done and had to pay 100% out of pocket?

I feel like that was an error on their end for not making sure a patient is actually covered for services rendered. A full insurance break down should be completed prior. It was really an awful feeling of being cheated out on money when we pay for dental insurance to be utilized. No body felt bad they took our money and didn't care. They should check eligibility before taking patients back and rendering services.

He could have waited one more month for a cleaning because his benefits renew in January 2022. Very sad and very wrong. I had a long talk with one of the ladies on the phone and it was not important enough to them but for us it was a lot of money. People need to put themselves in other people's shoes. With that being said we were charged 180$ for a cleaning and I reviewed our EOB and we should have only been charged 124$ based on in network fees. In all reality we should not have paid anything. It's not the patients responsibility to do their job.

I came here for the first time today and everyone was so nice. From the moment I walked in, they were there to take care of me. My dental hygienist was so nice and she was very careful with my teeth and made sure I was doing okay the whole time. The Dr. was very nice as well and compliment on the good work I've been doing with my teeth. I'm excited to come back in 6 months because I know they are here for me.

Do not recommend this office! It's been months after treatment now and my left jaw is sore, right side tooth still hurts. I now cannot chew on either side and cannot eat comfortably at all! Drs just care to make as much money as possible from you and after that they get it, could care less about you. Should retire or get a different career! These Drs DO NOT CARE! Listen to the bad reviews they are TRUE! STAY AWAY! I now have to live with their lack of care forever!

Excellent care and everyone is very friendly. Appointments were easy to make and I was able to be seen pretty fast. I would definitely recommend.

I went here last month. I haven't been to the dentist in 5 years. Mainly because I was deathly afraid. I didn't trust anyone. And I didn't know where to go. I'm from New Orleans and I moved to the DFW area in 2015. My teeth had plague that I could brush off and there were some sensitive spots. So I knew I needed to go to a dentist but I was concerned about the sensitive spots.

But my concerns were lifted. The staff took me step by step through the procedures, cost, and recommendations. Most importantly, they noted my sensitive areas and cleaned them without much pain. I didn't know the sensitive areas were cleaned until I got home and stared at the mirror for about a hour. I can't say the same for everyone. But they definitely took care of me. I recommend them to others and can't wait to go back later this month.

I've had nothing but bad experiences. I went in to get fillings done only to have 3 fall out. I had to go back and while they did fix the problem, now a few months later, it's happened again! I've never had anything like this happen to me in my life and for it to keep happening here is ridiculous. I'll never go back.

Guys. I hate dentists. Hate them. Have had several bad experiences and spent too much of my childhood in the dentist's chair. Jan was my (I believe) dental hygienist today and I think she might be an angel. She calmed me down, told me exactly what she was doing and talked me through the whole treatment plan and follow up and why different steps were necessary.

She even used numbing gel on my gums since she knew my cleaning was going to be uncomfortable. It was the most thorough and best experience I have had at a dentist in years. I can't thank my friend enough for recommending this office to me.

I've been coming here since August 2018 and love the staff and service. Dr. Razo and all the staff are extremely personable and accommodating, even with my numerous/random tooth issues that have come up. Any time I have had an issue, I had no problem getting an appointment almost immediately. Definitely would recommend.

It was my first time and everyone was great. Melanie did my cleaning and I have never had such a painless experience. I really like her, she was great! I am definitely coming back in 6 months.

This is a review for the customer service at the front desk and not the dental services itself. This is the second time I came into this business where the lady in the front desk was rude and unfriendly to me. When I walked in on 1/11, she looked at me (she wasn't busy at the time), never smiled, never said hello and curtly said, "what is your name?" in an annoyed rude tone as if I were a burden to her. BUT ONE MINUTE LATER a Caucasian male walked in and she was super sweet as pie to him and said "Hello!

How can I help you Sir? What is your name please?" Totally different treatment like night and day. She treated him with the utmost respect in front of me one minute after she treated me like crap. I never get called "Ma'am" when I approach the front desk. A white male will ALWAYS get called "Sir" and and white Caucasian males here in Texas always get treated like gold in customer service.

I am tired of being treated like this because I am Asian-American female. I am a female US Army veteran and I get treated like this at the VA Hospital all the time because of my race, but I didn't expect to be treated like that here because it is a civilian dentist. I was treated like I was sub-standard and not as important as a white male patient because of my looks and race.

I used to work in customer service 20 years ago and I would greet everyone consistently and respectfully regardless what they looked like. I am very disappointed with the woman in the front desk. I have anxiety dealing with her now. Other than that, the dental service is just fine. This is a RESPONSE TO THE BELOW COMMENT FROM THE MANAGEMENT that I wrote on January 14, 2019.

To the Management: By saying "Sorry YOU feel this way, " is not an apology. It does not take ownership of any wrongdoing. It does not communicate remorse for an employee's actions, and it does not express any empathy towards my feelings. It would have been nicer if you said "Sorry our staff didn't greet you." I felt this way because a staff member treated me this way.

By saying "Sorry YOU feel this way" is not an apology for the behavior of the staff. It is not holding anyone accountable for their actions. A genuine, heartfelt apology is a powerful step toward mending hurt feelings and finding a resolution but this was not an apology. In fact, it only made things worst and added insult to injury. Again, if you would have said "Sorry our staff didn't greet you and we will make an effort to do better next time." I would have accepted that and felt better. But when you said "Sorry YOU feel that way" it made it sound like something was wrong with me and the way that I felt. I felt that way because of the behavior of your staff.

I have been coming to Dr. Arthur Mund since I was a young girl and after 20+ years, there is no one else I trust with the health of my teeth. Over the years I've strayed to visit other dentists simply out of convenience (I live in Dallas), and sadly none of them can compare. Not only is Dr. Mund extremely knowledgeable as a dentist, but his bedside manner is very pleasant yet professional.

My dental hygienist has always been Veronica, and even though I'm 100% certain the other hygienist are great I only book with her. It's been a pleasure having a dentist that has had pictures of me on his office walls when I was 5-6 years old, that has been able to stand the test of time by staying ahead of the curve in dentistry. Despite the lengthy drive, I will remain a loyal customer of Fort Worth Dental. It's definitely worth it!

2 years later and I still love these guys, in fact- I was pregnant during my first review and my little girl just had her first dental appointment ever last month with Dr. Razo! She was amazing! So warm, patient, and kind- even with my screaming 20 month old throwing an Exorcist level tantrum! I see Dr. Zang and highly recommend him to adult patients, he's a no-nonsense kind of dentist who is sensitive to patient's pain thresholds.

The office staff is ALWAYS extremely friendly and accommodating. I've had to have an emergency temporary crown put on with both my kids present and they were amazing with them, even keeping an eye on the little one. I really can't praise this practice enough. Their pricing and planning is always thoroughly explained, the wait time is never long, and they are extremely accommodating with scheduling. I won't be going anywhere else anytime soon!

Dr. Razor is really nice and helpful. The wait time is less then 15mins, and the doctor and staff are very friendly!

Love Fort Worth dental. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Jan is absolutely amazing at cleaning my teeth. I will not let anyone else clean my teeth. Dr. Mund is an great doctor. I have referred my husband and my best friend to Fort Worth dental. Highly recommend.

Dr Zang has been my dentist for more than 15 years. I couldn't be happier with the dental work. He has provided over the years. I do not have dental insurance, but Fort Worth Dental has their own insurance which is very reasonable and not only provides discounts for services, but also six month checkups, X-rays, and cleaning. There has never been a long wait upon arrival for appointments. I can't say enough good things about Fort Worth Dental.

We're still so happy with Fort Worth Dental. I recommend them to everyone I know. The dental plan they offer makes dental care very affordable for my family since we don't have dental insurance. My son had a cleaning today, and when the found a cavity, we were able to get it filled today without having to schedule another appointment. Dr Razo was so good with him. He's never nervous about visiting the dentist because the entire staff is gentle and caring. They let him know step by step what they are doing but they don't use harsh words like "needle" or "shot."
