Dr Morrow And Dr Jamison-Specializing In Pediatric Denistry

We recently moved to Fort Worth and received recommendations from our school community to come here. I am so happy that we listened! My daughter enjoyed her visit with "Mr. Bubbles" (Dr. Beville), and is looking forward to her next appointment. Dr. Beville was patient and went over all my concerns. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly - from initial phone consultation, front desk, and billing/scheduler. A+

Thank goodness for reviews these here are scary. Thank you mom's now we can skip this dental office sounds like a nightmare from hell.

Support staff and hygienist were great. Dr Risner unfortunately treated us like we were wasting his time. Has zero personal skills with toddlers or sense of how to talk to a parent. Was our first and will be only experience with this practice.

My daughter went here as a referral to get fillings and loved it so much that I went through the trouble of going ahead and switching her to DR. Beville and was even willing to drive an hour just as long as my little girl is comfortable and not scared to go to the dentist and getting good care. Spoke with Dr beville and the Secretary about switching over and everything was fine.

So after going through Medicaid and switching. it came time for her check up and I called that same day to reschedule because we had something come up that could not be helped. Not only was the secretary I spoke to so rude that I almost lost my cool, but they have now refused service to my daughter because of 1 "missed" appointment. that was not missed but supposed to be rescheduled.!?

And when I called back the same Secretary told me that I just need to call Medicaid and get it all changed. What trash! I will never be back there. and apparently I'm not the only person with this exact same problem.

Office was very clean and child friendly. Everyone was very kind and helpful. This is my first child's visit here so he was a little anxious but he said it went great. The Dr which was Dr Risner was also very nice. I definitely trust them with my child.

Dr Risner is great! Fast service and everyone is very friendly. My children enjoy going to this dentistry.

Dentist blew off my sons severe teeth grinding. He had ground through two crowns. I had him have a sleep study anyway and he had severe sleep apnea. He had his adenoids removed and the teeth grinding stopped as well as his other sleep apnea symptoms. They did apologize and remedy their treatment if my special needs son after a negative experience with them shaming him for misbehaving in the cleaning chair (history of oral trauma, sensory and feeding therapy) and withholding prizes they had promised him.

My last point is how I wish so badly they could take note that some people hate being called mom by other adults. "Mom sign here. Does he floss, Mom?" It's totally cringe worthy. Edit* Be careful of reviewing on here. Instead of communicating and resolving issues with patients they will refuse care. Called because my son is in pain and was refused any service. My special needs son will now be in pain till a new provider can see him. Very unprofessional way of handling bad PR. Thanks Dr. Beville

Dr. Jack is just incredible. He treats my son with such care and dignity. It makes my heart full.

Dr. Beville and his office staff were amazing for our first time visit! Love how they encourage independence and empower bravery. happy mamma over here! My kiddos can't stop smiling and we're so impressed with Dr. Beville's magic tricks. Couldn't recommend enough! You won't regret it!

Absolutely love, love, love! Facility is super clean. The staff is so friendly and even friendlier with my little. The assistant, hygienist, and Dr. Risner were all so kind, calm and gentle with my little guy. Played with him, and made the whole experience FUN! (Yes, I know we were at the dentist) Filled this Mama up with knowledge and prepared me on what comes next with my little guys teeth. Highly recommend! recommend!

What a great experience my baby girl had today, Savannah had a small accident which cause one of her baby teeth to become loose, I was freaking out about it. I called FWCD and they got me scheduled within a couple of hours, super impressed. (Super cute office by the way). Front and back staff were super sweet and made my baby girl and I feel at home. Love Dr. Jack. My kids have gone to him for 11 years. The office staff has always been exceptional until recently. The front office person is rude and unfriendly. I suggested FWCD to a friend looking for a new pediatric dentist for her daughter. She said the woman working at the front was rude to her twice, one of the times being when she called and asked for directions on her first visit!

My son had an amazing time My son has Austism, and I was so stressed last night worried about his appointment. We've tried different dentist offices in the past, and our son was too horrified to finish the appointments. Dr. Beville and his staff were so awesome. They were very patient and explained everything to our son. He was calm, and so happy about his appointment. At the end, he said this is the only dentist office he wants to go to. Literally this made me have tears of joy.

Today was one of those days, a mom of three kids dreads usually. But after the great experience today. A trip to dentist with all of them? Sign me up! The hygienist was so great with my children! My youngest was nervous and we were worried she wouldn't do anything. But with the encouragement and kindness of the hygienist, she did everything. A big deal for a two year old if you ask me! Dr. Beville was great at explaining our treatment options. The kindness of the staff bring us back every time!

This was our first visit. My child needed a few teeth extracted and they were wonderful. They were able to get her in timely and she had a positive experience. The staff is great with kids. Would highly recommend.

The staff and Dr. Drew are the best! They make it so fun and easy for my son and I. My son is 3 and will go back for his teeth cleanings without me which says a lot because he is a momma's boy. I recommend them to all of my friends.

My son broke his tooth last night at Main Event and the only Doctor I wanted and trusted to repair my son tooth was Dr. Beville. I called this morning and was told to come in at 9:30 by 11:45 we were on our way home and my son tooth looks better then ever. Thank you so much Dr. Beville I appreciate you!

I would recommend Dr. Jamison he's extremely professional. However, his staff not so much. So I opted to move on to another Dentistry, and my girls says they staff is much more friendly at their new dentist than this one.

Great experience for me as a mom and for my 8 year old! He loved it and is excited about coming back. we previously had a horrible experience with another dentist so we were anxious about meeting a new dentist. everyone from the front desk to the dentist was awesome! Dr. Beville was awesome! As a new patient they gave me a walk through of the. office and how everything works and the process the dentist came to introduce himself, even the dental assistant came to introduce herself before taking my son back! I loved the vibes and kid friendly atmosphere!

Very kid friendly! They interact with both the parents and children. Very happy with my choice Eliana did great listened and cooperated Started off with a tour, explained procedure and all about dental hygiene! Jolene her hygienist did amazing educating us all about hygiene and Dr. Drew was super gentle and fun! 1st time at Eliana's Dentist was Great!
