At the beginning they were great, now you have people that doesn't wear their masks properly and give you attitude, they are not clean and that is very concerning especially now with our current situation with covid 19. After expressing my concerns they treated us horrible! The people not wearing masks and not following protocol were family members, and instead of making changes they denied us service. Worse place ever!

What should have taken 18 months to straighten my teeth took 5 years. And I'm still not happy with the results. Also was suppose use clear correct but mostly used their own aligners. Have now gone to Smiledirect and am very pleased with all that they have done. Wish they had been around 5 years ago. Would have saved me a lot of money and time.

Very unprofessional and vindictive staff. I switched orthodontists and they won't send my daughter's records to the new orthodontist after saying they would. I've been contacting them for months and they still won't send them. The older black haired lady (secretary) is very rude and mouthy. Not to mention their terrible service. I wouldn't take an animal to these people.

Terrible experience in Spencerport! Office staff has been rude and screwed up appointment times, cancelled appointments without notifying the patient, incorrectly scheduled appointments in Webster for patients of Spencerport. Charged $600 for "recording". Do NOT reccomend. So sad to see a business taking advantage of those in a great small town.

I typically hate to leave poor reviews but this place is ridiculous. They are unaware of how to schedule appointments. And you will hear one thing while you're in the chair (such as your next appointment needs to be in two weeks) only to be scheduled for an appointment six weeks later. You have to fight for every appointment and there will still be a minimum 30 minute wait before you are seen.
After a few months of this poor scheduling my younger sister has taken to calling a few hours before her appointments to triple check her time and today when she called she was informed that she would have to be there in 25 minutes. My sister explained that we live 20 minutes away and she wasn't sure if she as a 14 year old could get there on time.
She was told she had to be here, on time, or else she would be charged for missing an appointment. For anyone that is cause for alarm, but as a young kid with no car, a big heart, and a terrible guilty conscience she was understandably frazzled. Every time that I have spoken with the secretary here we have made no headway. She won't even make eye contact and will continue to write a note or rearrange things on her desk as I express my concerns with scheduling and customer service.
Her typical response is "Well these things happen" and is as frustrating as it is pointless. It's a shame that the actual orthodontists here who we have never had an issue with have their hard work undermined by a neglectful and frankly idiotic front desk. Even as I sit in the waiting room and write this review right now all I can hear is the front desk discussing the candy they're eating and her telling another patient she doesn't know what happened with her schedule and that she should have been back in weeks ago. The absolute worst customer service and scheduling I have ever experienced in any type of doctors office. If you can avoid this place I would do it at any cost.
