Easily the best experience at the dentist I've ever had. Dr. Chalom is super awesome, professional and gets the job done.

We had prepared for our 6 month cleaning which involved me leaving work early/picking up daughter from school. Yesterday in the mail, I noticed a letter from them.the letter was stating that they had to cancel our appoints and to call and reschedule. I checked my email and text for notification of this, but later confirmed, they only send cancellations via snail mail.

They take such time to confirm appointments and to send reminders but apparently can care less about cancelling on customers. When I called to to confirm this, the lady confirmed. Then to make matters worse, they didn't have any cleaning appointments for another 4 or 5 months out. I'm not even mad about the fact they didn't have any more appointments as they say they're short staffed.

I can easily just schedule that somewhere else.but the fact that they put such little care into notifying one of a cancellation is annoying to say the least. If I wouldn't have seen that mail from them yesterday, I would have showed up a lot more heated. 2 out of 5 for the good dental workers, but the carelessness of the cancellation/operation definitely caused headache.

Friendly staff and superb hygienists! Love Dr. Dass. He is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend! BEST dental practice in Rochester!

This dental group is great. The dentists are amazing at their craft. The office staff are friendly and efficient.

This week I had the best experience I've ever had while in a dentist's office. My first visit with Dr. Chalom proved to be stress-free and yes, enjoyable! He makes you feel at ease, spending time just talking to you so that you are comfortable with the procedures that are about to take place. He recommended an alternative treatment that saved me HUNDREDS of dollars for which I am so grateful. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone seeking a competent, bright and ethical provider who really knows what he's doing.

My dental hygienist Umar was extremely professional and efficient. He gave me a thorough dental cleaning and I am very happy with the service. The Secretary in the office was also extremely helpful and patient as I completed all of my paperwork. Thank you so much!

I went in for a cleaning and found out at the end that my dentist was unvaccinated. How on earth does a service that requires the customers to be mask-less not require vaccinations? I immediately cancelled my followup appointment and will not be going there again.

Great Service and I've always felt comfortable with the dentists but I do not know how to contact them because they do not have voicemail set up! In other words, it's hard to communicate with them about appointments, etc

100% the best practice in Rochester area! They go above and beyond throughout every step. With staff that is honest, informative, friendly and most of all FUN! Excellent experience every visit. I have had two different hygienists so far and they both have been excellent at their jobs. The dentist I have seen is also very knowledgeable and always friendly. As someone who has had anxiety about dentist visits before, I'm never nervous about getting my teeth cleaned here.

I've been going to Brighton Dental group for over a decade now. I've always gotten friendly service with a clean atmosphere and office. The front office staff, Dentists, and Dental Technicians are top quality and experienced. Safety, and Happy customers seem to be their Top Priority.

I have been coming here since I was a kid. Brighton Dental and Dr. Dass have been taking care of me and my family for many years. We love coming in as everyone is so kind. Dr. Dass truly cares for his patients on a personal as well as professional level. Great office and team!

I always have a great visit at Brighton Dental Group. I staff is just wonderful. The Doctors are skilled and knowledgeable in teeth and oral care. The Assistants and Hygienists are always quick and thorough. The Front Desk girls are always so helpful and fun. They make me laugh. Even though my insurance isn't the best, I always leave there feeling like my teeth had a Spa Day!

Brighton dental has been treating and caring for my family for years. Dr Chalom is always kind, caring, and does a great job on any work that needs to be done. I looked for a long time for a good dentist and I'm so glad I found him. Fee at the desk is always understanding, they make sure you understand, and provide great customer service : Kathy also helps you find what options you have for payment and what insurance covers. All around a great team and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my family!
