Oops had my cleaning and check up, found 2 cavities. Went in to have them taken care of by Dr. Lee. Had them filled, little drilling, little Novocain, little filling. Dr. Lee talked me through it, step by step. No pain, just a little numb. No pain. I give Dr. Lee 5 stars. Need a dentist he is the one. The office is still safe, masks, 6 feet distance, I feel safe.

Dr Kemp goes above and beyond. She treats the whole person not just the mouth and she cares and listens. The entire staff was friendly, funny, caring and helpful. It was a pleasure.

It was awesome I was so nervous because I had terrible experiences in the past, but Chad made me feel comfortable and also gave me great tips that other dentist had never done. They even wished me a happy birthday and sent me a hand written welcome card. They are by far superior to the rest

Went in for the first time (and my first time at the dentist in a long time) and the staff there were amazing. Very helpful and very straight forward. Highly recommend!

They were able to get me in with the oral surgeon quickly after my consult, and accommodated my schedule. No one enjoys having teeth pulled - but when necessary - it's nice when the procedure goes smoothly without a hitch. The staff kept it light with musical trivia & helped make me feel at ease while I was "in the chair."

Beautiful office, very polite and professional staff. The Doctor and his Dental Assistant kept me informed every step of the way in my procedure. For anyone who is nervous about getting dental work done, this is the place to go. From reception till the time I left it was a very great experience!

I am in awe with how white my teeth look after my cleaning! The hygeinist (Allison) did a great job and she was so nice and pleasant. She was well educated too and offered me a lot of practical advice, like which toothpaste to use and how to limit teeth staining. The only negative for me was driving 30 minutes out to Buffalo and dealing with parking, but it was well worth it for the good experience!

Looks like I skipped the every 6 month dental cleaning visit for nearly 18-24 months due to COVID! Very strange for me. I try to stay on top of dental care. My last visit was right when the Pandemic hit in 2020! I've always liked the really clean feeling you get after the hygienist appointment- yeah I'm weird! I don't mind going to the dentist!

I take good care of my teeth. If home, brushing after most meals. Use a good electronic spin brush, they are the best! Flossing almost daily. Very important to floss! Having had braces as a child, I feel comfortable with dental care and visits to the dentist. Every hygienist I've had at Inspire has done a great job, gentle and thorough cleaning.

Easy to get appointments. Plenty of parking. Welcoming and bright waiting area. Friendly and easy service. Bill your insurance carrier if you have dental coverage. I've only had regular cleanings here and maybe once a cavity filling years ago. I cannot speak to what the dental surgery is like here, never had any. The dentists at Inspire are nice and professional in my experience.

I love inspire! I always recommend them to those looking for a dentist. Everyone is professional and kind, and they really treat you like family. I've been a patient for many many years!

Very friendly. Clean and quiet place. I have been going to the Amherst location for years but hardly experienced how friendly and talkative some staff is. I cannot wait to get my wisdom teeth pulled. This place is very professional, fast, and has superb customer service.

Visiting the Buffalo site for the first time was an enjoyable experience. The staff was so friendly and inviting making you feel comfortable and removing any fears. The Doctor was so knowledgeable and thoroughly reviewed all options and took the time to answer all my questions. I got the opportunity to view a bit of the 3D imaging which was super cool.

I will have to return for my procedure but I am thankful that The staff have my best interest at heart and will take good care of my health needs. Caring for the patient is the most important responsibility and I am very assured that I will receive the best care at Inspire Buffalo Dental. On 12/21, called about my crown that had fallen off. Was told I could get an appointment on 12/29. Isn't this supposed to be an emergency? Rep was not very knowledgeable.

Front desk was accommodating and easy to work with, I was seen on time, and the hygienist (Angelica) and dentist (Dr Lee) were cool and did a good job. As good of an experience as going to the dentist can be

I don't know about the doctors or the cleanliness. I thing people who have had the services can tell better. One thing that I experienced is that their billing and scheduling department is not professional. I had an appointment scheduled 2 months ago for today and had given my insurance ID number on their website when I scheduled the appointment. Then I called and asked the call center representative about my appointment schedule.

She confirmed my appointment also said that they take Fidelis Care insurance. They did had my DOB and they better know I was not below 18 years old or comes under children insurance panel. I went to my appointment today at 11:00 a.m. on 199 Delaware Location. and the receptionist didn't find me on schedule. The insurance lady called me on 11/22/21 for insurance verification, but I am unable to understand what was that she needed from me when she had my insurance ID number given over the phone to add in my chart + you give your member ID number when you schedule your appointment online. However, she told me billing dept cancelled my appointment because I didn't pick up my phone.

I called back the very same day to verify insurance. NOBODY picked up the phone and I LVM. Anyways, my concern is if you can send messages and emails out for confirming appointment why not send out messages after cancelling appointments. I had to literally rush from work for this appointment 25 minutes away from my work. had to put in PTO request for 3 hours because was not sure how long it will take. all for nothing. So thanks for the good customer service

Coming from someone who is nervous at dental appointments, my experience at the Inspire Dental group was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, professional, very skilled at what they do and positive. They put me at ease. I highly recommend them to anyone needing an oral surgeon.

Inspire dental group is amazing! My hygienist Allison was super friendly and she was such a gentle cleaner. Allison and Dr. Lee both took the time to explain things to me and make sure I had the opportunity to ask questions. I felt comfortable and cared for right from the very start all the way through the end of my appointment. Definitely recommend!

Before going to the West Seneca office i had to another dental group and a different location and both were very unpleasant experience. but, at the West Seneca location felt very well taken care of. like I matter. I was greeted by warm receptionists and Dr Lewis, her assistant Nancy and other members of their team were very personable. I feel as if they steered me in the best direction

I have been coming here, Delaware Ave. For a couple of years, very happy with their care in keeping the office open and very safe to come to. Had my teeth cleaned, x-ray and checked by Dr. Lee. I didn't want a cleaning but, it's paid for by insurance so why not. My dental hygienist is wonderful, he tells me what he is going to do, and very gentle but he does want is need.

Thank you very much. (He's Canadian) I will be back in 6 months to see him again. The office is your basic office, too much paperwork but ok. Dr. Lee did some work on my wife, it went well. A+ no pain and did it well, thank you.

My experience was incredible! I was very nervous to get my procedure done and from the moment I walked in til the moment I left I felt very well taken care of! I would recommend this office to anyone in the Buffalo area!

Inspire Dental Group staff were friendly, thorough and kind. Treated my child and spoke directly to him and yet explained details also to us as a family.

Arrived early to my appointment and they took me right away. Cleaning was absolutely pain free. I totally recommend Inspire dental!

I ALWAYS have a issue and this time I refuse to delete my comment. After I am seen and address whatever remaining care I will need I wont be returning! They decide three days before my apt to notify me that my dentist now went from his switch for limited days to limited days and only seeing patients at the West Seneca Location. Only one dentist is available now for my appointment and I dont care for him. He never agrees to address my guard and has poor patient hospitality

Yesterday was my very first visit with inspire dental group & my expectations could have not been any better. Warm & friendly environment! Dr. Lee is fantastic & made me feel comfortable during my visit. Chad my dental hygienist kept me engaged during my cleaning.

Once again they are amazing here. I had a panic attack and everyone there made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend everyone and the services there!

I just had a tooth pulled and I'm scared of needles. They made me feel very comfortable. Everybody there was kind and considerate and compassionate. I absolutely recommend Inspire Dental. I would also go back there. The dentist.oral surgeon was absolutely wonderful and unforgettable! I'm very happy with my visit. Thank you everybody that worked with me today!

Never have I been to a dentist/dental group so unqualified. I came there as a new patient with NO cavities and left having to have a retreat on a root canal that THEY CAUSED. Their mistreatment of me was beyond disgusting. I could go on and on but I'll spare you the horrible details. Do yourself a favor and find a dentist that doesn't work here. Apparently they'll hire anyone. Also, all the 5 star reviews from patients are because inspire promises to put them in the running to win a sonicare toothbrush.

Entered as a new patient and loved the online convenience of filling out all of the forms online. It sped up my check-in process. The staff was incredibly friendly and throughly answered all of my questions. I hope my when I get my wisdom teeth removed the process is this smooth. Also, for checking-in I got a free sonicare toothbrush which is pretty sweet. This office is equipped with all of the latest technology making x-rays/cleanings/etc a lot less painful. Called and made an appointment. This place seems really concerned about my daughter's periodontal problem.

Pediatric review only for now. Will update once adult appointment has been completed. The pediatric dentistry room is its own / separate from the adult section. Toys in the waiting room and large windows in the dentist/chair area so kids are more at ease. The pediatric hygienist was very friendly which helped our nervous 2 year old with her first appointment. Likewise with the dentist. Friendly, helpful, and informative. Seems like a great option for kids dentistry.

This is a great new practice with brand new facilities (clean and modern). I was able to schedule a convenient appointment with ease and the intake process was simple (you can fill out your paperwork in advance using forms from their website). Once I arrived I was promptly taken in for a cleaning. The hygienist was excellent - the most efficient and pain-free cleaning I've had to date. Afterward the dentist came in for a thorough examination and went through a course of treatment with me.

The entire process took about an hour but I didn't feel that I was rushed. I've read about a lot of nicer dental practices is that they try to sell you products - this one does not - it seems to be geared towards the working professional that requires expedient, high-quality dental services before work (hours start at 7am) or over lunch time.

That said, I could also see this is a good family practice too as the staff has a very nice bedside manner. The only recommendation I might add is to offer a few days with the early AM hours and a few days with PM hours (say, until 6pm) to accommodate all work schedules.

I highly recommend Inspire! I have been going to them for about 4 years, and after multiple cleanings and a wisdom teeth removal my positive opinion of them has never changed! I am constantly recommending that people go to them. The Amherst location has the best staff, and everyone is always very friendly and takes the time to listen to any questions you may have. Ally is my all time favorite dental hygienist, and since she is moving locations. I look forward to seeing the new downtown office!

In one word - AMAZING. I usually am not one to write reviews. But Inspire was fantastic. I took my two kiddos - age 7 and 3. They are your typical rambunctious boys. Julie was SO patient and great with my kids. Honestly, she has the magic touch. My 3 year old was so still and obliging during his cleaning, I didn't seem like it was my child! He's usually squirming and trying to run away. Julie kept him engaged and asked him questions and it was just amazing to watch.

She was so patient with my 7 year old, too, who has a hard time sitting still and asks a million questions. She answered all my questions and my kids left with squeaky clean teeth. I was able to get appointments fairly quickly with both kids. The facility is great and clean and welcoming. The kids section is cute. Movies playing, open, toys for the kids when they're finished.

Both boys loved their gold coins and backpacks. For our first appointment, we waited for a few minutes, but nothing too bad. I would recommend Inspire to anyone. I might actually make an appointment for myself, and I'm terrified of going to the dentist! :

If your looking for an outstanding dentist you can trust, go to Inspire Dental! I live more in the city of Buffalo, but I'm willing to drive the 15 minutes to know my teeth are going to be well taken care of. Its a newer facility with all updated state of the art equipment. I've been there to get my wisdom tooth taken out and it was a smooth process ( a little pain a few days after but that's normal).

I went for a teeth clean, exam, and x-rays last Friday, which went smoothly. They took "cavity x-rays" and that helped the dentist see if I had any cavities. I had none which made me happy! The teeth clean was very good and painless. I felt comfortable through the whole process. I know they have a location in West Seneca, but I go to the one in Amherst (on Sweethome Rd. and Maple Rd.) These dentists KNOW what their doing and will not scam you in any way. Place your "teeth trust" in the hands of Inspire Dental and your teeth will SMILE :0)

I have super severe dental anxiety due to nasty hygienists at my previous dentist, so I went on a search for a new dentist. I came across Inspire on Google when I was searching for dentists that help patients with their dental anxiety, so I made an appointment. That was three years ago and now I keep coming back. Inspire does everything in their power to make you feel comfortable at the dentist.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I always feel like I'm getting the best care possible and my fears are calmed down. I don't get pre-dental jitters anymore. At my last visit the other day, there was a small problem that requires a specialist and I was pleased to find out the specialist is part of the Inspire practice. I know when I visit him, I will be getting the best care possible and they will professionally explain all the solutions. The dentist may not be my favorite place, but Inspire Dental Group does a good job at making my experience as comfortable as possible.

Great location and amazing staff! Very friendly atmosphere with flexible schedule. My entire family's dental needs are met at this location. Highly recommend!

Seriously. I will be honest, I stayed away from a dentist for a whole year because of a negative experience I had. I came to inspire and from the moment I walked in - I was greeted. My wait time was about 3 min. My experience there was like no other. I usually hide my smile - and Tim had me smiling and laughing. After my visit I was still smiling.

I felt really good and confident. The environment is clean. Friendly. Relaxed. I have recommended this place to others when they are asking about a dentist. Great for families and young adults.

Facilities are new and most of the staff are more than pleasant. I have always been able to get in immediately when I have a dental issue which I truly appreciate. Appointments are usually on time and completed efficiently. I had many crowns put in here and I am very happy with the work. Every time I come in everyone asks me how I like them, if I am happy with them etc.

I had a surgery scheduled today for wisdom teeth to be removed. I went in for my appointment and was told the co-pay. I then explained that I was supposed to have cultures taken for a biopsy which I requested be done another time simply because I could not afford it today. I was told that they must be done today. When I spoke to Dr. Abbott and explained my concern he informed me that I had the right to not opt for the biopsy but he had the right to not perform the procedure and told me that I should probably go somewhere else.

For background, at my last visit I was chewing tobacco. I quit four weeks ago before my surgery and my gums looked great. I did not want the biopsy done today due to cost. That's the only reason. For a medical professional to refuse to pull my teeth because of this is absolutely irresponsible. I have never before experienced this level of unprofessionalism and lack of concern.

I am now left to find another dentist and remain in pain until I can get another appointment somewhere else. I have told the story as truthfully as possible and without exaggeration. Do yourself a favor and do not give this place your business. The receptionist is also completely inept. She had never even heard of an HRA! This is my fiancees experience, I'm just posting for him.

I can't believe the low reviews given to this office. After reading them they all appear to be cost driven. Let me give you mine. I'm 100 percent happy. My veneer broke yesterday. They accommodated me immediately. Office was well located and professional. Drs were both understanding and able to offer me sedation which other offices don't bother to do that for patients. The repair is excellent. I will be back.

I went here for a cleaning and check up due to serious pain from one of my wisdom teeth. The dental tech who did the xrays and cleaning was great and I really liked her. However, the dentist, dr. white, was very aloof and rude. He basically brushed off my wisdom tooth pain, told me yes we should extract them but i'll have to come back to consult with another dentist to make the appointment (3 weeks in the future).

Then as I'm leaving he says to make the appointment for fillings. I was in pain and therefore this statement didn't register. Until after he walked out and I'm ushered to the front to check out and get a statement of cost. I've never had a cavity before (I'm 32 years old). I was not told by Dr. White that I now do have a cavity.

I was basically just told to come back and have my tooth drilled when I am there for my wisdom tooth consultation. Why would a patient want to return to a place for a procedure when the reason for the procedure was never explained (or even mentioned!)?!? Sure, go ahead and drill my mouth without explanation. Use my pain in another area of my mouth to distract me into forking over my money. I'm picking up my xrays today and going elsewhere. I'm not giving my money to a place that treats me like I'm an idiot. Don't go here. It's a business that doesn't care about its patients.
